Without knocking, Duke kicked the door of his room open.
Oscar who was sitting reading, woke up aghast. He dropped his book on the floor, when he saw the Duke enter while carrying the unconscious Lui.
"What did you do to him?" woe.
"Are you an idiot? I wasn't even with him before two minutes ago" hardened Duke resentfully, hearing those baseless accusations.
Oscar shut his mouth, when he saw Sorrel appear behind Duke and immediately checked on Lui.
Sorrel's face was slightly wrinkled and it was enough to make the air disappear from Duke's lungs. He did not want to hear bad news about Lui's condition.
"Don't worry, he's fine. Lui just fainted from my spell" Sorrel explained, continuing his activities.
"What's really going on?"
The duke asked as he looked at Sorrel who finished his spell with a wave of his hand. A magic circle formed around Lui disappeared.
"Call Miss Roan, I also want to know the full story in more detail"
Sorrel threw his body on the sofa, and poured water in the glass on the table. Duke typed a line of messages on Roan, then sat down next to Lui.
Oscar frowned "What does Roan have to do with all this?" he said as he pointed at the lying Lui, he was already back sitting on the chair.
No one answered the question, because a slow knock had been heard from the door.
"Come in" Duke replied.
"How are you doing?" duke asked Roan who was still slightly lame as he walked.
"Much better than Kamaria. Arana had to take her to the hospital because she couldn't move her legs yet" After a lame walk, Roan next to the bed containing Lui..
Oscar, who was opposite him, looked sculpted, and this of course made Duke wonder.
A few minutes ago, he was eager to hear what had happened to Lui, but now he ignored Roan. Oscar moved away and sat on the sofa.
And of course Sorrel chose to laugh back then.
A very annoying happy laugh, as Duke had no reasonable guess about the cause of the laughter
"Tell me completely what really happened" Duke asked Roan.
Duke ignores his astonishment about Oscar and Sorrel, deciding to discuss more important matters.
"We are fine until that b*tch coming" Roan said irritatedly.
"Camaria?" guess Duke. Roan nodded.
Then Roan recounted the full details of the incident in the park. "Blue mist like when I gave him Insignia?" ask Duke.
"Yes, but it's more concentrated and cold. It was a cold that made me and the other siewolf almost freeze. Kamaria who was closest to Lui, therefore she received the most damage" Roan looked very satisfied, not the slightest bit of sympathy from her for Kamaria.
"I already knew about the strength of Elf Lui, but I didn't expect to show up without having to practice. How exciting!" Sorrel.
"The blue fog is Elf Lui's power?" Oscar was surprised, he also did not expect Lui's strength to come out just like that.
"You shouldn't be surprised Oscar, you are too, even if you are still very weak" Sorrel explained.
"Ah... of course" Duke clapped his hand understood.
Duke recalled several times when Oscar was angry, the temperature of the room he was in suddenly decreased. All this time the Duke thought that coldness was only happening inside his brain. The intimidation of Oscar seems to be magical.
"That's right Duke" Sorrel approved of the thing he heard from Duke's mind.
"Lui also has that power now. Your Alpha's blood is so powerful it can awaken Lui's power deep in her DNA"
"With a little training from me, that strength will be the key to our victory in this war" Sorrel widened his eyes excitedly.
The duke turned his head to hear Sorrel's words.
"Do you mean to take Bee to Alaska?" he asked, with a dangerous angry tone.
"of course. This is the answer to the bad news brought by Abel" Sorrel said.
Abel calls him to let him know if Crispin's waiting squad starts coming. And the number that came was far more than expected. This was obviously very detrimental news to their side.
"With Lui's strength, we can hold them for at least a few seconds. You know it's gonna have a huge impact on the life and death of your army"
In his heart the Duke knew, Sorrel's words were very reasonable. With the speed and agility of the mutant vampire he saw last week, Lui's strength will hold them for a while, and that's enough.
Those few seconds would give them a gap to attack first.
But taking Bee to the battlefield was a bad idea, very bad.
"There will be many werewolves guarding it. And there you are there. You can watch him directly" Sorrel persuaded in a softer voice.
"You gave me the task of fighting Crispin, and also I wanted to kill Egon. If you haven't noticed, chances are I'll be very busy" the Duke said cynically.
"Leave Lui with me!" Roan woke up and looked at Duke.
Sorrel's idea was brilliant, he thought, Duke should not mess up, just because of his paranoid nature.
"You're going to fight?" Oscar replied abruptly, and more to his surprise, the question was directed at Roan.
Roan only nodded faintly, so the Duke replied "Of course, Roan is the most reliable fighter after me and El. I can't leave him"
"And why are you asking?" Duke had never seen Oscar and Roan chat before.
His unreasonable concern according to Duke.
"Eh... I just want to know who will take care of Lui if she goes there" Oscar replied calmly.
But a split second earlier, Duke saw Oscar's poker face mask broken. His face was slightly red.
"What's wrong with you?" the Duke was confused.
But Oscar just shrugged. His face returned to its usual look. Cold face untouched.
"You approve of Lui coming to Alaska?" sorrel asked Oscar, trying to find support for his idea.
"No, I don't approve. Why did Lui have to go there?" oscar said loudly. He naturally did not approve of everything that harmed Lui, as usual.
Duke's degree of astonishment grew, he did not complain that Oscar rejected Sorrel's proposal. But his attitude is getting more absurd. Why would he ask Roan if he disagreed with Sorrel's idea?
"What are you guys talking about? Where am I going?"
Lui's voice replied, making them all turn their heads.
The Duke immediately ran up to the bed possessively.
"I'm fine" Lui replied before the Duke could ask.
Lui realized at the right moment, she had heard a few pieces of their conversation. Lui straightened her seat on the bed and looked around.
The Duke smiled happily, then squeezed Lui's cold hand in relief.
Sorrel also smiled seeing Lui "What do you feel?" tanyakanya.
"It's weird that I was in the park" Lui replied, trying to call out her last memory.
"Kamaria" he murmured softly.
"There is a blizzard in the park" Lui said uncertainly.
He looked like he was watching a storm, but wasn't sure it was actually happening. Was I just dreaming? inner Lui was confused.
"You don't dream, Lui, the storm did. And you're the one who caused it" Sorrel said. "
"Heyy...?" Lui exclaimed between wonder and disbelief. He pointed at his own face with his mouth open.
Sorrel nodded reassuringly, "I didn't expect you to be the jealous type" Sorrel said with an amused laugh.
"Jealous?" Duke replied quickly, he turned his head to look at Lui who was starting to misbehave.
"I'm not jealous, but that woman is very......" As usual Lui's voice grew smaller, because of course besides being angry because of Kamaria's words to Roan, she was indeed jealous.
Lui can't lie.
Kamaria is beautiful. Exotic beauty is complemented by an ideal body. Lui didn't like to remember how she behaved to Duke.
The Duke was indeed troubled and did not respond to him. But that doesn't mean he's not jealous.
Duke chuckled amusedly, as he began to understand what was causing Lui to be angry.
Lui is not an easy person to get carried away with emotions. But he can be very jealous. Duke has been through a bad run of events because of this. She was glad that Lui could read how she felt earlier, there was no way that a misunderstanding now.
"You certainly know how I feel Bee, you don't need to be jealous" Duke whispered softly.
Lui nodded in embarrassment with a face as red as boiled shrimp.
"Can we go back to talking about that? Where am I going?" lui said, trying to change the topic of the discussion before she could no longer endure the embarrassment and hide behind a blanket.
"I want you to come to Alaska, because your power will be very helpful in the war" Sorrel said, before Duke could prevent it.
The duke shouted the swearing in the head so that only Sorrel could hear. And of course Sorrel ignored him.
"My strength? What powers?" Lui still doesn't understand.
Sorrel calmly explained the Elf power Lui had inherited from her.
Sorrel is an Elf with the power of the water element, the power of Lui and Oscar is part of the Sorrel element, ice. That blue fog was his embodiment, a cold mist that could freeze even inhumane creatures.
According to Sorrel, this ability is rare because Lui took it out without going through proper training. And right now in the sanctum of Appolline only he can perform such magic.
"If you can do it, why don't you go to Alaska?" The duke cut Sorrel's story in annoyance.
Sorrel smiled and waved his hand, he pulled out his wand from the magic circle. The stick is still charcoal-black.
"I won't be able to bring out my strength to the fullest before my wand returns to normal. It took me at least 100 years to be normal"
Lui gasped, she recalled the incident in Duke's memory.
"We caused it?" Guilt immediately filled Lui's mind.
"No Lui. This is my choice, and I will never regret it. You don't need to feel guilty" Sorrel smiled as he looked at Lui warmly, he also gave a small nod to Duke, which made him throw his face away from Sorrel's eyes.
Sorrel chuckled happily, as he knew Duke was trying to hide his guilt by thinking about his father's funeral moments.
Hope Duke, those sad memories will disguise his true feelings.
"Don't torture yourself" Sorrel waved his hand at the Duke. The sad memories he saw made him feel uncomfortable.
Lui simply looked at the silent conversation curiously.
"I want to come to Alaska" Lui said determinedly.
This was a rare chance he could be useful to Duke as an inhumane. He won't waste it.
"That's very dangerous Lui" Oscar replied instantly.
"I know, but I want to help. You know, if we don't win this war. They will attack ordinary people. This is no longer an Inhumane problem" Lui said.
"Yes, but it takes you to the battlefield.... I can't imagine it" Duke ruffled his hair in annoyance.
He could see Lui's eyes that had been rounded full of determination, it would be very difficult to change this decision.
"Lui will be fine. Roan and I will take care of him"
Myra suddenly opened the door exclaiming loudly. "I'm sorry, I'm listening from behind the door" she said shyly.
From earlier he waited for an opportunity to enter, but was reluctant to break the exciting conversation that occurred.
"I know Mom" said Duke, shaking his head He could smell the scent of vanilla since. The Duke accidentally did not invite her in, knowing that her mother would approve Sorrel's proposal.
Myra needs a reason to be there, and she just found it, which is to look after Lui.
"Well, with the guard of the great fighter and also the former Zhena with the power of Dyad, Lui will be fine there" Sorrel clapped his hands in satisfaction.
"I'll start training, once you're normal Lui" Sorrel walked out after saying that. Myra who also did not want to get any rebuttal from the Duke followed Sorrel out.
Roan without saying much also followed them. He did not want to be near the enraged Duke.
Before being able to say anything to Lui, Duke's phone vibrated revealing El's name on the screen. "You're done, aren't you? I saw Sorrel come out. The Elders are still waiting for you"
If he didn't remember this was his umpteenth phone, he would slam the flat object right now. But the Duke tried to hold back, one thing that began to stick in his mind. Anger never brings good to her.
After exhaling slowly, he stood up "Bee, I have to go back down".
Lui nodded "I'll wait".
With a pounding of a foot that was harder than usual the Duke walked out of the room.
Lui got out of bed, her walking way was almost normal, she took her place next to Oscar.
"It turns out magic works much better than infusion" Oscar said of Lui's body, which recovers quickly.
"At least I don't need to wear that anymore" Lui pointed to the wheelchair in the corner of the room.
"You're so far away" Oscar let out a deep breath, and threw his body on the back of the sofa. His tone sounded desperate.
"Distant? I'm next to you" Lui looked at Oscar who looked very tired.
"I've been trying my whole life to distance myself from Inhumane life, but now"
Oscar stopped finishing the sentence, not wanting to burden Lui with his disappointment.
"Oscar, I'm happy with all this. The world of Inhumane is very unique and colorful. I enjoyed it" Lui stroked Oscar's hand slowly.
He wants Oscar to understand his choice.
"The monotonous life I lived before I met David now looks like a dream. There are many other lives I can live other than with ballet"
Oscar grimaced hearing that. He's in charge of Lui's monotonous life.
"I love ballet, maybe forever. But the world is over for me. And I really loved my new life with David" Lui added.
Lui's memories returned intact to make him able to pour all his feelings better to Oscar. It was his choice to leave his old life behind. And he will still make the same decision if he can repeat the time.
"Why are you keeping Sorrel secret from me?" ask Lui. When Oscar did not respond to his words.
"I've kept a lot of things from you, Lu. and it would be better to keep it that way" Oscar replied with a tired smile.
Lui never doubted Oscar's decision, despite the many things she wanted to ask. Oscar would tell me if it was time. She had gotten used to trusting her brother without asking any more.
"You're not angry I removed Duke from your life? I thought you would attack me the moment we met" Oscar looked at Lui with a wry smile.
He knew his actions would look wrong in Lui's eyes, with the many lies he had told during the Duke's six months of departure. But Oscar has no regrets, he took a logical decision at a crucial time.
Lui sighed and looked at Oscar, he disliked it the most if someone lied to him. He also knows Oscar.
Duke and Oscar, both of them the same, will lie only if the circumstances are in danger. He has no right to be angry about it..
"No, I know you did it for me. But you shouldn't have blocked Duke from approaching me"
Lui's eyes narrowed ferociously.
"Why do you hate him so much? Your relationship was fine before" Lui asked curiously, they used to eat the three of them peacefully.
"Because he left you. I'll hate whoever hurt you, Lu"
Oscar got up from the couch and squirmed. His body felt much lighter, as there was no need to hide things about the Duke from Lui. Keeping secrets is exhausting.
"That's not his wish. You can't blame him" Lui protested.
"Of course you can" argued Oscar, not to lose.
Lui could only shake her head in surrender.
They were still unaware if they were so similar, inner Lui. Duke and Oscar are almost identical in terms of what hurt him.
"I'm going back to London tomorrow" Oscar said. "You're healthy and happy, then my responsibility is over" he continued, stroking Lui's hair slowly to tidy it up.
"Why?....." Lui whining spoiled. She may be married, but Oscar will remain her brother for life.
"Lu. I've been here for two weeks. If you remember, I'm the CEO of a multinational corporation"
"What did Tony say?" Lui grimaced at Tony's confusion with Oscar's absence.
"Most likely he will submit a resignation letter when I return later. I gave him many tasks that were almost impossible to complete"
Oscar smiled at Tony who called him in a voice full of tears yesterday.
"really? She's very skilled" Lui would be sorry if Tony stopped, her job was very neat and rarely complained about Oscar's crazy schedule.
"He can hand over the resignation letter, but I'll rip it off of course" a prank smile appeared on Oscar's face.
Lui laughed softly hearing that, Tony's life will never be easy.
"Call me if the dog makes you hard" Oscar said in a usual snide tone.
"He's a Wolf not dog.." sighed Lui, giving up reconciling the two of them. He still heard the hostile tone in Oscar's voice.
Tok.dok...Geck!
"Lake in!" suhut Lui while getting off the sofa.
Sorrel's face emerged from the door. "I hope the time I give is enough" he said, looking at Oscar.
"Oh. enough of course. Thank you very much" Oscar said sarcastically.
"I'm sorry, but my time to train Lui is very narrow"
Sorrel knew Oscar wanted to talk a lot with Lui, so he left them behind. Actually he wanted to start training with Lui immediately, because the time had indeed been very urgent.
In a few days the warriors will soon gather in Quebec.
"I'll get ready" Lui said as she headed towards the closet, picking up the coat.
"No need Lui, your dress will be enough. Didn't Duke tell you that the cold won't have any effect on your body anymore?" Sorrel.
"No..!" lui said in surprise, her body will be fine in the cold?
"You're half an Elf with ice powers, it would be ridiculous if you froze, wouldn't you? You'll be fine, believe me!" sorrel said, waving to the floor telling Lui to stand there.
Lui shifted without asking much.
As Sorrel's hand wavered, a magic circle appeared around Lui's feet. "Close your eyes" Sorrel said.
Slowly Lui's figure blurred. His body felt cold as if someone was watering it with a bucket of water, in reverse order. Because the cold is centered from within him then spread throughout the body.
The sight of a tree covered in thick snow stretched out in front of Lui, she was standing to the east of the Manor. The garden he often saw from the Duke's balcony.
That instant too, it was clear to Lui, that her body was indeed immune to the cold, as the rush of snowy wind was cool on her skin.
Lui's smile grew wider, when she was able to touch the snow without feeling cold. It was like a dream come true for him.
"I can't take you too far, because that means I'm going to need a stick" Sorrel said.
Lui just nodded, moving in an instant from the room to here was enough to amaze her, if she could just want to learn it.
"I'm sorry, beautiful. This magic took a long year to learn. Maybe later we will get a chance if this war is over" Sorrel said kindly.
"I'll be very happy" Lui said with sparkling eyes, unable to hide her enthusiasm.
"Now I want you to focus on what we want to learn, okay?"
Sorrel walked towards one of the frozen artificial pools and touched the ice sheet on the surface.
The ice and snow around the pool melted. Lui's jaw gaped automatically at the sight.
"Your first exercise will be successful if you manage to freeze the water of this pond" Sorrel said as he gestured for Lui to approach.
Lui stood by the pool while squeezing her hands nervously. He had absolutely no idea of magic.
"I don't like the fact that your power comes when you're angry with Lui. Anger would be the easiest path indeed, but the power that arises from anger is almost impossible to control" Sorrel explained.
"Close your eyes and concentrate on the environment. I want you to tell me how you feel" she continued, shifting slightly away from Lui.
Lui closed her eyes, trying to execute Sorrel's orders as best she could.
This was a challenge for Lui, as she was used to studying Ballet by looking at movement and direction.
The magic lesson was the opposite of that, Sorrel could have exemplified the movements or the wave of the hand and also the spell on Lui, but it would be useless because Elf magic is largely based on the bond of beings with nature.
The bond that Sorrel tried to form, because as a human, Lui's life was mostly spent indoors, not the outdoors like ordinary Elves.
Sorrel's abstract command leads Lui to her wild nature of daydreams. His habit of daydreaming makes it difficult to concentrate in a state of silence.
"Concentration Lui, daydreaming habits are not bad, you just have to focus it on the circumstances around you"
Sorrel warned, as Lui's mind took off uncontrollably.
Lui complained inwardly.
"It will be a little difficult maybe, but try to be patient. The blood of the Elves will lead you" Sorrel continued, encouraging.
Lui took a deep breath of self-soothing. He tried to imagine what he saw in more detail, hoping it would help.
A gust of snowy wind caressed his skin like a cold soft sweep of fur. His ears caught the sound of chatter of several citizens passing near Manor.
"Hmmm.. ck--very human" Sorrel clicked, listening to Lui's very ordinary way of thinking. That's not what he's looking for.
Sorrel grabbed Lui's right hand and pulled her down. Lui slightly gasped, as Sorrel's long fingers were not as warm as he had expected. Cooler than Duke, but not painful.
Sorrel dipped Lui's hand into the pool water, "Maybe we should give you a little more real picture" he said.
"I agree" said Lui, as she still did not understand what Sorrel was asking for.
"The "power in your body is water. I need you to concentrate on using the water you touched with your hand. Try to look inside your body, that power" Sorrel said.
He arranged for Lui's body to sit more comfortably.
Lui took a deep breath and concentrated. He could feel his hands in the water, and once again he felt astonished, how the water did not torture his skin at all. The water feels like water in the summer.
"Lui.. You're washed away again" Sorrel's voice whipped him up.
"Sorry" Lui said as she shook her coconut, trying to focus her mind again.
Lui suddenly recalled her short journey with Sorrel earlier, a chill running out of her body.
"Good, your power is reacting to the magic I used. Try looking for her again" Sorrel exclaimed excitedly at Lui's thoughts.
Lui smiled and closed her eyes tightly, imagining the center of the coldness she felt earlier. Cold that radiated from the center of his body and came out.
"Good!!' Sorrel suddenly exclaimed happily.
Lui immediately opened her eyes, "Yes!!" scatter it all over the park.
The pool water froze... Not just on the surface, but all the water in it, along with his hands.
"Oh.--." Lui grimaced regretting the too early celebration of success, because now, she could not pull her hand out of the ice.
Lui tried to stand up to have more power, but she could not move. His feet were frozen in the snow.
Sorrel laughed "Our road is still long Lui" he said as he touched the surface of the pool and also the snow, freeing Lui's hands and feet from the ice.
"I'm ready" Lui said as she stood with sparkling eyes.
One standout attitude she formed during her decades of hard training as a ballerina was unyielding. Failure won't make him retreat, let alone in a very interesting subject like magic.
"Good!" Sorrel clapped happily at Lui's spirit. This training will be difficult, but at least his students look very willing to live it.
"We can still chat like this, you don't need to change back" Lui said as she hugged the Duke's big, hairy legs in an anxious manner.
The figure of the Duke wolf is like realizing his fantasy, over a giant doll that you can hug until satisfied.
"You know I can hear everything you're thinking, including everything I'm sure you don't want me to know" Duke thrust his forehead over Lui's shoulder.
"I don't have any secrets you don't know" Lui said after thinking for a few seconds.
\*"Including how did you really enjoy our activities last night?" \*
The Duke chuckled at the panic in Lui's head.
"Cheat!!. You can't intentionally make me think about it"
Lui pursed her mouth while stomping her feet on the snow.
"And again it's no secret, you know I enjoy it" Lui added with a flushed face, leaving Duke and walking towards the frozen Blackmoon Lake.
The pale reflection of the moonlight made the view of the snow around the lake silvery.
Duke chuckles in his head, but he complies with Lui's wishes and still maintains his wolf form.
The duke approached Lui who was stroking the ice on the lake with his hand.
He had already accepted that Lui was completely immune to the cold air. The duke let Lui out just by wearing her usual home dress.
"*You'll freeze the whole tree if you keep getting angry*" Duke said as he sat next to Lui.
"I'm not angry" he argued a little louder than he expected.
"*Yes. I will ignore your anger Bee*" said the Duke lazily, curling up and burying Lui's body with her fur. Lui's mind was in turmoil, therefore she was a little sensitive.
"Hahaahhh..." Lui leaned her body against the Duke's body tiredly. And immediately sighed in satisfaction, due to the warmth and softness of Duke's fur, giving him an overwhelming sense of comfort.
"I'm sorry, I'm just upset that my training didn't go well" Lui said as she lay on her side and continued to immerse her face in the Duke's black fur.
He could occasionally let out a frozen fog, but his control was far from good. There were no more times that he had frozen his feet.
"*You have to be patient Bee. I don't know much about witchcraft, but patience is everywhere*" said the Duke, feeling Lui's unease.
\*"You know, it took Alva almost a month before you could treat the lump on your head. And almost two months to be able to finish the usual potion injected into your body? \**She keeps looking for from very little possibility of success, because she cares for you with an entirely new magic*"
"really?" Lui widened her eyes in astonishment.
Duke shares his memories as he accompanies Alva fighting to save Lui.
Alva failed many times, because the magic planted in Lui's head was extraordinarily complicated and new. At that time, Lui's brain was already very weak. Moreover, Alva works on the assumption that Lui is human.
Alva becomes obsessed with Lui's case, because indirectly, the case gives her the desire to learn more magic. The magic that was previously almost abandoned by him. The case makes Alva aware that her magic can help humans.
Sorrel had already fixed the spell, so Lui would not faint too easily. But the previous restrictions remain in place. Sorrel was also unable to make the lump on Lui's head disappear.
It's the state of Lui's brain.
Lui nodded in understanding looking at the Duke's memories.
"But I don't have months. Sorrel said you will leave for Quebec in a few days" Lui said desperately.
"I want to help you" he continued while stroking the Duke's stomach where he was leaning .
"*I know, Bee. Your powers will be very useful, but we've prepared a pretty decent resistance*"
Lui did not reply, but her mind was describing her worries and also fretting.
The Duke rubbed his forehead into Lui's body. "*I'll be fine*"
"You're right, this is a bad idea" Lui's face grew grim, aware that the feelings she was trying to hide were read by Duke. Though he tried not to make Duke worried with his worry.
\*"Mindlink is sometimes very annoying" \*Duke laughed softly at Lui's annoyance.
"But if I have to choose, I prefer this situation. I will never regret it" Lui said steadily.
Tracing the Duke's mind was the most beautiful experience he thought.
\*"I also" \*Duke approved of Lui's thought for the same reason. He liked what Lui had in mind.
Lui smiled slightly hearing that.
The next second their memories both twisted the same memories. Memories of when the two met for the first time.
The Duke felt Lui's irritation, when he thought the Duke was snapping at him. And Lui delves into how Duke feels perplexed in the face of his misdirected anger.
"*You were already interested in me at that time*" the Duke's tease saw the nervousness of Lui he had once managed to hide. Lui could only smile embarrassedly, though,
"You too" said Lui seeing Duke blatantly change his flight to Paris.
\*"Indeed, and you know it" \*Duke never hid it from Lui.
"Sorrel is right, your mind is very honest" Lui said with satisfaction.
The Duke snorted in annoyance at the mention of Sorrel's name. He still doesn't like his guts. Lui laughed amusedly, Duke sometimes exaggerates matters too much.
The next few minutes, they were immersed in all the memories they had shared.
Lui's foggy memory now manifested for real. How they walk through the beautiful flower fields of France, the cool forests of Germany, and also the beautiful beaches of Greece.
Memories that used to be just confusing pieces, now strung together into a beautiful whole story, with the figure of the Duke on each sheet of the day.
"How can I forget all that?" Lui again voiced her astonishment.
"*Because you love me Bee, that's why you forgot me*" the Duke replied quickly, hoping to cut off Lui's regret.
Lui tightened her grip on Duke's front leg, "*Forever and always*" he whispered wholeheartedly.
The image of love that rises, making Duke as if he was under the touch of warm sun in spring.
\*"Forever and Always" \*
The Duke replied with all the love in his heart that made Lui teary eyes.
\*"I didn't say it because I wanted to make you cry Bee" \*
"Sorry" Lui laughed as she winked holding back her tears.
Duke improved his seat "*Alright, we're back at the cabin*" he said.
Their nighttime picnic was over. They have to sleep, especially Lui because tomorrow the schedule is to train back with Sorrel.
But of course the Duke did not plan to go straight to sleep when they arrived at the cabin.
Lui gave him a small jewel in the ear when she saw what he was thinking, but did not protest.
