I'm Not a High School Boy
CHAPTER 51: Rey Came to the Rescue Again

BRAK!!

"GIE!"

Gisel heard a voice calling his name. A voice he had known for a long time. And it turns out to be true. Therehewas.

"Rey ...," she called him weak.

The effect of the drug had already begun to work a few seconds after the injection had pierced his skin. Gisel began to feel his brain was no longer able to work as usual.

Some people behind Rey started to go in and disperse everything there. Some were fighting with the bodyguards that were guarding there. Someone's already secured Clara. And a few more chased after Rafael who had escaped through the window. Rey is focused on Gisel.

Quickly, she untied Gisel's hand.

"What medicine did you give me? What medicine?!"

Gisel could hear Rey yelling at the man in the white suit. The man was already quite frightened by all the situations that were happening at the moment, and now coupled with Rey's anger. The man was already like a little mouse caught by a big cat who was on a rampage.

"Give me the antidote! The antidote!," snapped Rey again who continued to scold the man.

"B-well, b-good ..."

With his trembling hands, the man started injecting something into Gisel's hands.

"It takes time for the medicine to work" said the man again.

Rey immediately saw Gisel's condition. But, the effects of the first drug still did not disappear even though the man had given him the antidote. He still felt a strange taste in his head. His brain is no longer under control.

"Corens knows who I am" said Gisel who still sounded quite weak.

"I knew. We're getting out of here first, yeah."

Rey intends to hold Gisel, but is rejected. "I'm still strong on the road."

"You sure?"

Gisel nodded his head.

Without waiting any longer, Rey immediately took Gisel out of there, and let his men clear things up.

On his way in the car, Gisel suddenly remembered something.

"Dian! I have to save Ian!" cried Gisel.

His hand is already holding the handle of the car door and will open it. If the door was unlocked, Gisel would probably have opened it and jumped out.

"Calm, Gi. Calm. Ian is Nabila. They're doing just fine. We'll meet them at my place" Rey calmed Gisel down.

"This place ..."

Gisel's gaze was sidetracked as he looked at the trees he was passing through. A place that feels familiar. Trees, big roads, "Is this what I saw?" he thought.

"Mansion Corens is far from here. But, this region is still the territory of Corens. Therefore, I brought my bodyguard with your other team of bodyguards. They share the task of finding you and saving the other team. Luckily, Nabila sent out a GPS signal when he contacted Mr. Bagas. That's why, I can find you" Rey explained.

"Maybe this is called luck" said Gisel.

He didn't know how to name it other than luck. The medicine had already entered his body completely. He almost lost his consciousness. But now it's turned around 180°. If not luck, what is it called?

But, Gisel knew he could not continuously rely on that luck. His hand was clasped very hard. His anger slowly rose as he recalled the treatment he had received earlier.

And slowly he felt Rey's hand grab onto his fingers. Gisel stared deeply at the man.

"We'll get back at him, Gi."

......................

"Sir Aya ..."

Ian's call was excited when he saw Gisel get off the car. The boy ran over to Gisel and hugged him.

"You're okay, right? You're nothing like them, are you?" asked Gisel.

Ian simply shook his head every time Gisel asked. His smile was occasionally shown so that it slightly reduced Gisel's anxiety. That kid is okay.

"Mama would never hurt Ian. He just wants to use it for your nakutin."

Gisel looked at Nabila who was walking towards him. He smiled at Nabila. He began to think that there was something wrong with his way of looking at the girl. Basically, Nabila is not as he had expected all along.

"Today you did an amazing thing, Nabila," said Gisel.

Nabila was surprised to hear Gisel's words, but then she threw her face in the other direction. He turned his gaze to avoid Gisel's gaze on her. Although Nabila's lips pursed as she blabbed softly, Gisel could see Nabila's blushing face. Gisel smiled seeing that.

"Come, you go in first, rest first inside. We'll talk again after the doctor checks on you."

Rey's orders cannot be challenged by Gisel. Because the man had already pushed her in the first time he said so.

After Gisel cleansed himself, a doctor came to check on Gisel. Rey actually brought in a doctor to check on Gisel. Especially after Gisel received the medicine. Although he had already forced to give the antidote to Gisel, but his worries still did not disappear.

"I'm fine, Rey," said Gisel, giving Rey a vexed look.

"You can guarantee you'll be okay? You're sure the cure is completely gone?" asked Rey to challenge Gisel back.

Gisel's face instantly turned grim, although he still remained annoyed.

"Check everything. Make sure nothing is missed," Rey orders the doctor who examined Gisel after he sees the girl no longer fighting him . Now Gisel can only give up with everything.

......................

Gisel woke up feeling better than yesterday. He could feel pain all over his body, but his feelings this time were not as bad as yesterday. Calm and without the slightest bit of excitement as he felt last night, now it was no more.

Gisel could see Rey sleeping on the bench. Again Gisel woke up and found that the man was waiting for him.

Gisel recalled Rey's words before she left for Japan.

"I like someone. Wait for me to come back, and I'll tell you."

And now, Gisel sees it like this. Instantly he felt his body being made to float high. His heart was surrounded by many flowers and butterflies flying. Gisel was made to ask himself, "Could it be me?"

And a second later, Gisel scattered the crowd of butterflies over his head. He cleansed his heart of the blooming flowers.

"No. Naw. There may be others" he thought. Gisel cursed himself and considered him a fool.

Gisel lets Rey stay asleep there by getting out of that room without waking her up. As he came out, he looked at the entire corner of the house. Everything still looks the same.

Back when Reina was alive, she used to come here. Reina must have invited him to play in this house. If Gisel hadn't been here for a long time, Reina would have called Rey and asked Rey to give it to Gisel. At that moment, the girl begged him to come to the house.

Since Reina died 5 years ago, Gisel has never been here again. Not that he didn't want to, but he had no reason to come here.

Gisel entered a room he used to know as Reina's. When he opened it, he saw that everything was still the same as before. Nothing has changed.

He passed his study table. The books, the photos, the pencil case, everything is still in place. Gisel sat down on his bed and looked around the room. Everything was exactly as he remembered it before. Time stopped in that room.

"I've been looking everywhere for you, you're here."

A voice that Gisel was familiar with returned him at the current time after he had gone around to the past.
