Serving a Paralyzed Wife

Serving a Paralyzed Wife
15. Lightning Rain and Sprains

"Why won't Papa let me stay in the mansion? I'm really uncomfortable here" complained Glacia.

This week John visits the home of Glacia and Narendra. The man looked relaxed in his casual attire, different from the usual days that were always formal and rigid.

John smilingly looked at his daughter, his outstretched hand rubbing Glacia's neatly arranged black mane. The princess was always beautiful, even though she was not perfect as she is now.

"You're a wife. Everywhere the wife must follow her husband."

That again. Glacia was sick of hearing the same reason.

"Even though unhappy?"

Unfortunately John kept nodding. Glacia snorted away her gaze. Whether it was Narendra or John, both were equally happy to complicate Glacia's wishes.

Narendra shows up with Doctor Teresa. Glacia just finished her therapy schedule today. The man gave a formal nod to the doctor, whom Doctor Teresa responded similarly. Doctor Teresa then said goodbye to John and Glacia. The middle-aged woman looked at Glacia gently with a mellow smile.

"Today you were great. If you continue to be excited, the possibility to recover quickly must be there," he said before actually going home.

Glacia could only pensively hear it. He knew that Doctor Teresa was only intent on comforting, because in fact Glacia had not felt any change.

"Papa should go too. You're fine at home with Narendra, aren't you, honey? Sometimes respect your husband." This time it was John who said goodbye. He said as he glanced at Narendra who was standing behind Glacia.

Glacia threw away her lazy eyes. John stood up after wiping his daughter's hair, dipped it briefly before then patting Narendra on the shoulder warmly. "What's Glacy's tit, huh?"

Narendra nodded. After that John actually left him and his wife.

Everyone left, and the house felt lonely again. Narendra looked down at Glacia who was sitting in her wheelchair, the woman also looked silent like herself.

Not long after Vienna and Weni came to them. "Mrs wants to eat something?" ask one of them.

Glacia said as she started running her wheelchair. "I want hot chocolate, take it to the sun house as usual."

"Will the lady go there?" ask Vienna.

Glacia opened her eyes to make Vienna immediately silent. "I'll make it soon, madam." He quickly passed to the kitchen to prepare the hot chocolate request Glacia.

While Weni accompanied Glacia towards the greenhouse. Before that he bowed to Narendra, then the two disappeared leaving Narendra who was again floundering in loneliness.

A marriage that feels cold. I don't know until when they can ride a boat that actually does not know where to go.

Day went by night. Heavy rain flushed the capital with its mighty lightning. The lights of the race show the action outside the window, making a frightened woman curl up behind her blanket.

She is Glacia. The woman shivered with a pounding heart trying to close her eyes. Thunder boomed like a bomb over the sky, the sound of rain and wind also noisily occupied the noise.

Duaarr!!!

Jdeerr!!!

Glacia squeaked to hide her face, she did not want to see the window or mirror that glittered eerily. He regretted earlier ordering Vienna to turn off the lights, because Glacia was used to sleeping in the dark.

Glacia could only hope to sleep well even though it was impossible, because at this time he was really frightened to the point of shivering and sweating coldly.

"Papa ..." - Glacia.

He lowered his blanket slightly to create a gap. Glacia's eyes circled around looking for her wheelchair. Can't, even if it's close, Glacia can't move her own body there.

He wanted to find a remote to turn on the lights, but the lightning again unbundled his intentions with a shocking thunderclap.

Glacia tried to go back to sleep but it was difficult. In the end he decided to get up and try to reach his wheelchair at the end of the bed.

Glacia dragged her body with difficulty. He managed to grab his wheelchair. But unfortunately, when Glacia was about to lower his body there, he fell to a terrible place on the floor.

Glacia screamed in pain as she felt her hand sprain. Unable to do anything about it, Glacia could only cry as she pleased to immerse her face on the floor.

Suddenly the door of his room opened a little rough. A beam of light burst out from the outside along with the silhouette of someone standing there.

Glacia blinked between her tears. The shadow ran over until Glacia could faintly recognize her face shrouded in anxiety.

"Glacy!"

Narendra immediately knelt down and grabbed Glacia's body lying on the floor. He lifted the wife back into the bed and turned on the lights until now the room was bright.

Narendra could see Glacia's tear-filled face. The woman cried as she held her right hand. Narendra saw it turn blue, he approached and sat on the edge of the bed, grabbing Glacia's hand which he thought had been sprained, very severe because it immediately swelled up.

Narendra grabbed the house phone on the bedside nightstand, calling Vienna who thankfully responded immediately. "Take a cold compress to the Madam's room. Now." Now."

Narendra kept the phone back, then focused on Glacia sobbing in pain. "Sakiit .. hiks."

Narendra gulped, unconsciously clenching his hands until shortly the door opened displaying Vienna. The woman brought what Narendra asked for.

"This, Sir. Madam why?" Vienna handed the compress to Narendra while watching Glacia cry as she pleased. He only knew the answer when Narendra placed the compress in Glacia's hands.

"Geez, what's the lady's hand?" Drowsiness wake up instantly change anxiety.

Vienna also saw the worry in Narendra's face. The man painstakingly compressed Glacia's hand. The lady never stopped crying because of the pain.

"Call Mr. Ramlan. Get him over here. Hurry," Narendra said next.

Vienna immediately nodded and rushed out to look for someone Narendra meant. Mr. Ramlan is a gardener in the house who happens to have the ability to sort. They workers there often rely on it when there is a urate problem, including Narendra though.

Glacia's still messing around. The rain was still pouring outside the window. Lightning seemed as if there was no intention to stop throwing thunderous sounds. Glacia's scared, Narendra knows it.

"Naren, sakiiettt, hiks~"

For the first time Glacia sounded whining calling her name. Narendra was stunned for a moment by surprise. His eyes stared fixedly at Glacia who was either conscious or not grasping Narendra's hand tightly.

The coldness from holding the compress suddenly changed like a creeping flow beating the space warmers.

Staring at Glacia's swollen face, Narendra slowly directed his other hand to rub the corner of the woman's eye.
