"When can I go home?" Glacia asked Narendra who was stirring the porridge, preparing to feed Glacia.
The man sat down on the chair next to the bed. His hands were then stretched out with a spoon along with porridge and other side dishes that according to Glacia tasted bland.
But Glacia did not open her mouth until Narendra let out a long sigh. "If your condition is possible enough, we will definitely go home. Now eat, so you recover quickly. At least it's much better to have chemotherapy later."
Glacia accepted Narendra's mouthful with slightly pursed lips. He chewed the bland porridge half-heartedly. Narendra held back a smile knowing Glacia didn't like the taste.
"Can't you buy me pasta?"
Tuh, right. Narendra. "You can't eat MSG just yet."
"How can I enjoy life if eating is not good?" pissed off.
Narendra could still hear the low grunt, but he kept quiet and went back to feed Glacia. Actually Narendra also pity, but anyway Glacia must take care of his health as recommended by the doctor.
By far, the most delicious food Glacia eats is fruit. By the way, Narendra has not stopped glancing at the fruit basket that looks new on the nightstand. He knew who the fruit was from, but he still wanted to ask Glacia directly.
"Who's it from?" narendra asked, looking indifferent while struggling with the contents of the Glacia bowl. But he still noticed the change in Glacia's look was ordinary.
The woman replied. "Doctor Rafael. You guys met, right?"
Narendra. He was relieved that there seemed to be nothing special about Rafael in Glacia's eyes. He was old enough not to throw away the man's gift.
"By the way, he said Lizy hasn't been found yet?" glacia asked suddenly.
Narendra was silent for a moment, then he continued to scoop the porridge and feed it to Glacia. "I told you, stop thinking about something that's not your problem. Me and the police are trying, you're quiet enough."
In Narendra's heart grunted. What police, they're a lot slower than he thought.
"Hey, that victim was me. But why aren't there any cops here? Do I not need to be testified? Don't they usually need information reports from victims?" glacia asked felt strange.
"No need," answered Narendra briefly.
"Why?"
Narendra was silent, until Glacia asked many times. "Why— eummp."
The woman was silent as Narendra forcefully crammed the porridge on her spoon. "Did you suddenly forget your manners while eating? No talking, no noise" he said, warning subtly.
Glacia's eyes squinted at Narendra. "It's not at the dinner table. Besides I don't eat alone, you're bribing me."
"Stay you must be quiet. I won't be held responsible if you choke" replied Narendra.
Glacia sneering. "I don't believe."
Narendra did not make a sound anymore, Glacia snorted because Narendra was really serious about his words. Glacia also muttered. "Okay, I'm quiet."
Until he finished eating, Narendra did not invite Glacia to talk. The man gave Glacia a drink, then kept a dirty plate on the table.
Glacia opened her voice again, muttering softly while observing Narendra who was putting an empty glass. "Doctor Rafael .. He was sorry."
Narendra turned his head, his look seemed ordinary because he already knew from the camera and eavesdroppers he installed in Glacia's room.
Narendra asked. "I'm sorry for what?"
He soon chimed in. "Are we not the same?"
Glacia. He blinked, and only realized what Narendra meant. Right, they were married as well not on their own accord, at least that was what Glacia thought. He and Narendra were united as strangers.
Glacia suddenly felt a little uncomfortable. Narendra is silent. I don't know why, but Glacia felt that the words offended him.
"That's ... aren't we trying .... to get closer to each other?" great-grandson Glacia hesitated. He looked at Narendra who was still silent with lips that formed a straight line.
Narendra got out of the chair, and sat on the edge of the bed, right next to Glacia. The two of them looked at each other closely, and suddenly Glacia was made stuck by Narendra's question. "So, you agree to approach me?"
What the fuck? Why would Narendra ask that? Isn't it clear that they are much closer than before? Perhaps this is a late approach after more than a year and a half of their marriage.
"Why do you have to ask? Aren't you the one who always said that we have to fix everything?" Glacia grimaces prestige. He threw away his face from Narendra.
Narendra smiled slightly. Suddenly he grabbed Glacia and held her warm. "Thank you for accepting me. This is my wish from the first time we got married."
"Gum." Glacia looked confused. He could not answer other than returning Narendra's embrace, even his hands still seemed hesitant and embarrassed. But Narendra seems to understand, he understands it all takes time.
Glacia looked at. Narendra may not know, one of the reasons Glacia would accept it is because she does not want to regret. With the condition of the body that could die at any time, Glacia wanted to do some good things before leaving.
His biggest mistake was to ignore Narendra as a husband. So, now Glacia was trying to make up for it, by starting all over. Repairing their relationship which has long been battered by winter.
Glacia wants to create spring for Narendra. At least, Glacia hopes to awaken the flowers in their relationship, even if only temporarily.
"Ohuk!" Glacia. He smothered his mouth for a moment, then pecked when he saw the blood there.
Narendra frowned and asked. "What's wrong?" He distanced his body and touched both of Glacia's shoulders.
But Glacia nodded. He secretly clenched his hands, trying to hide something in his palm. Glacia smiled. "It's nothing. You ... haven't had lunch. Not down to the canteen?"
Narendra was breathing. "I forgot Julian wasn't around, I couldn't tell him. You okay to be left behind? Just a minute, promise."
Glacia nodded. "Huum. Justjust go. Hurry, your stomach is already shaking with hunger." He pushed Narendra up.
Narendra's forehead creased deeply. "I was hungry, but my stomach didn't sound" the man said.
"Is that so? But I just felt your stomach shake, really."
Narendra snorted in disbelief at once amused. "Instead of sounding, would you rather call it quivering?"
"It's a little vibrating, right? Try to touch your stomach if it sounds," Glacia replied.
Narendra laughed softly. "It's funny. Yeah, I'm down for a second to ease my stomach's vibrations."
He approached Glacia, kissed the top of the woman's head, then stole a quick kiss of her lips. Glacia glared, while Narendra only smiled faintly before coming out.
As soon as Narendra, Glacia's face turned stiff. He scooped up the tissue on the nightstand to wipe the blood on his palm. Because the trash can was too far away, Glacia preferred to hide the used tissue under the pillow.
While lying down with a look of laughter, Glacia thought of many things. I don't know what he was thinking until his forehead was slightly wrinkled to look serious.
But there's been one that's been bothering Glacia ever since. It's about the father's message, which he thinks feels strange.
