Serving a Paralyzed Wife

Serving a Paralyzed Wife
67. Awaiting Glacia Awareness

In another corner of town, a woman had just walked out of a house. A simple little house that can not be compared with his in Jakarta. Because of the situation and conditions, inevitably he had to be a little patient until the situation returned conducive.

The woman confirmed the sunglasses she was wearing. A scarf covered his head exactly in a veil, while his body was wrapped in a long coat, in harmony with the black boots that were now making knocking sounds every time he walked.

His appearance is quite striking for a remote village. But he didn't seem to care because no one recognized his disguise there.

The woman walked several meters away, before she turned to a path that led to someone's sugarcane garden.

Another woman was waiting there, she turned around as the footsteps of the boots approached causing the rustling sound of dry grass.

"Miss Lizy," said the woman, looking down a little. He then straightened his body again to look at the woman in front of him.

Lizy stared at the woman. "How's it?"

"Mrs Glacia is still critical. I hear doctors don't dare to give you hope."

The news made Lizy smile. Although she did not die, at least now she is dying. True said Krishna, without killing him Glacia would still die with his weak body.

"good. Keep an eye on the progress, and report to me no matter what happens there. You know what to do if she gets better."

The woman nodded. "Good, Miss."

"Now go. Don't even use your phone here, because it can make them track you."

"Good." Again the woman nodded.

Lizy turned around to leave, but then he stopped and looked back at the woman. "Remember, your father's fate is in my hands. So, don't fuck around."

Lizy's voice sounded threatening, so the woman who had just looked down did not dare to look at him. His two hands squeezing each other made his shabby skirt grow crumpled. He looked at Lizy's back which was moving away with mixed feelings.

How not, he had betrayed his master so far.

Narendra did not stop staring at Glacia in the room. The woman was just alone there, just befriending the monitor voice who would somehow show progress.

His meeting with Gibran Wiranata last night is still ringing. The fact that the man is Glacia's cousin can't seem to Narendra. Also the fact that he had worked with the man could not be Narendra tepis.

Narendra and Gibran once belonged to a dangerous group. He decided to leave a few years ago, right after he met John who pulled him to work for the man's company.

Narendra does not want his former job to have a bad impact on his helpers. John had helped Narendra a lot in everything, plus he was also given the trust of marrying his daughter.

You could say Narendra's life is much more peaceful than before. But what Gibran said last time wasn't entirely wrong. For such a precarious matter as yesterday, Narendra did need the man's power.

At first Narendra only asks Harley for help, but he forgets the American has great loyalty to his master. He must have told Gibran about the problem that Narendra was having until the Asian Cheetah stepped down from his throne and made a mess.

Narendra was wasting his breath recalling yesterday's accident. Many innocent people are victims. This is the reason why Narendra does not want to come into contact with Gibran again, because if it has been talked about power, the legal apparatus and even the leader of the state even fell over to him. Similarly, about retaliation, they move unmitigated bully anyone who is guilty.

"Master?"

Narendra turned his head towards the door as Julian's voice greeted the hearing. He lowered the hand that was originally closed, then turned to face the assistant who was now walking closer.

"Not yet, Sir."

The answer made Narendra unable to resist the decision. Why does he think the police are too slow to follow up on Gallen and Lizy? Is it because their families are influential?

"Go and do what I asked yesterday. If the law is slow to go, I have to run off the track" Narendra said.

Julian nodded obediently. His eyes then shifted on Glacia who was lying in the ICU room. The mistress looked fragile with life depending on the various tools in her body. He then saw Narendra who was also silent looking at the woman fixedly.

"The lady must be healed" he said.

Narendra. He breathed out with a calm, controlled look. Julian knew the man was nervous.

"Hopefully" whispered Narendra expectantly. "For now, his awareness is enough to make me grateful" he continued.

Julian nodded, praying in his heart that the woman would recover quickly.

Weni, who has been daydreaming for days since the Glacia abduction incident, has often worried other servants. The woman did not stop asking about the state of the madam. He felt guilty for failing to look after his employer.

Jeremy repeatedly advised the girl to stop blaming herself. Anyone wouldn't be able to fight back if the kidnappers were as many as yesterday, let alone all of them men who clearly won the manpower.

"Already, the important thing is that now Miss Glacia is safe, we just need to pray so that she can recover and come out of the critical period. If necessary, let's all go to church and share with the orphans to support Miss's recovery. God must always hear the prayers of good people." Jeremy spoke to all his subordinates.

But indeed people's minds were different, some servants seemed indifferent and reluctant to accept Jeremy's proposal just now. These are the people who don't like Glacia in this house.

"Why do you have to grieve like that? You should be relieved that no more evil women can rule us arbitrarily. Maybe it's also karma for all the sins Miss Glacia has committed on everyone. Moreover, Mr. Narendra, I think he is the person who most often Miss hurt," said one of the servants there.

They were indeed gathering to discuss everything regarding the tension that occurred to kill some of the bodyguards in the Martadinata mansion. Jeremy as the butler there is certainly responsible for easing the concerns that hit the entire house. But the narration of one of his servants is still making the atmosphere become silent.

"What did you say? However Madam is our master," Weni cetus grumbled a little. Weni accompanied Glacia all this time, according to her Glacia was not as bad as others saw. In fact, sometimes according to Weni, Glacia often looks sad on several occasions. The woman only needed a fortress to cover up all her incompetence.

"I know, but Miss Glacia is an employer who doesn't care about her workers" the waitress replied.

Weni scowled in annoyance, while Jeremy immediately broke up to prevent a longer commotion. Weni as Glacia's personal servant could be understood by her anger, while the maid in the mansion also did not completely like Glacia, Jeremy could not blame them for Glacia herself making the hatred grow.

"It has. Why are you even arguing? Remember, whether Miss Glacia is good or evil, she is still our master. Understood it? We, as virtuous servants, must respect him. So stop showing off the ugliness. After all, this whole time Miss never really harmed us, did she?"

Everything quiet. Jeremy was right, although Glacia was a fierce and arbitrary employer, but he never hurt his servants physically. It's just that the words that come out are often too harsh.

After this Jeremy plans to contact Meredith at Narendra's residence. They as the butler in each residence is often sharing information. This had happened since Glacia had moved to the great mansion of Martadinata.

At Narendra's residence, Glacia is the mistress to be honored. While here the woman is the Young Miss who must be guarded and served. Between the two, Glacia was equally cast as the employer.

Moreover, Meredith did get an order from Narendra that he should establish good relations with the people in the mansion. This was done so that the man could still know the news of his wife at the house of the in-laws.

In the midst of their silence, someone who had just arrived there drew attention until now all eyes were looking at him. The most curious Weni asked.

"Wina, where have you been?"
