The police have managed to arrest Krishna and his minions. The rascal who turned out to be an ex-convict had to feel the coldness of the iron bars in detention.
Eliza, the woman, has not been found. Police are still trying hard to track down and trace the places the woman may have visited.
Glacia himself managed to save Narendra, but the situation is still much worse than expected. Critical Glacia, it has been two days since the incident on the bridge, Glacia has not been conscious.
The doctor said his condition was not stable until he or John were not allowed to enter let alone see him directly.
During that time Narendra could only wait. He hoped Glacia would wake up soon. Narendra is also processing the accident case that Glacia experienced with Gallen first. This was at John's request, and Narendra was eager to send the man to prison.
Apparently John still holds anger at his daughter's ex-boyfriend. Especially when she learned that Gallen supported bullying at Lizy's birthday party some time ago.
It was natural to remember Gallen as if there was no guilt at all towards Glacia. Though the accident was clearly due to his negligence in driving. Instead of feeling pity, the man just dumped Glacia arrogantly.
Although Narendra was happy that Glacia and the man's relationship was finally over, but he was not willing to see Gallen living a quiet life just like that, without remembering what great sin he had committed, makes a disabled and almost desperate woman want to end her life.
The clockwork seemed to slow down for Narendra, exactly the monitor next to Glacia that never showed progress. Glacia is between life and death. He was critical, even his health declined because most of the cancer in his body had spread.
Supposedly, tomorrow is Glacia's chemotherapy schedule. But looking at his condition now, I don't know when the doctor will continue the treatment schedule. Narendra was worried that if left too long it would have a worse impact on Glacia.
Narendra stood up as he watched John approach from a distance. The man was no less chaotic, lately his appearance was so messy, even his baby beak face looked very tired.
"Outside a lot of journalists" he said as they got closer.
John walked to a door and opened it. It was the room where they saw Glacia from behind the glass wall. Narendra followed and stood silently beside the in-law. Both of them were silent to watch Glacia who was lying weakly with various tools to grasp her frail body.
"Your father is absolutely outrageous" whispered John.
Narendra did not argue because it was true. The only thing Narendra regrets is that he hates himself. Why should Krishna? Why should this man be his father? He hurt his mother, then now Glacia, and that makes Narendra want to kill Krishna right now.
"And your ex-boyfriend is far more outrageous. He was the mastermind of all the evil plans that had befallen Glacia" continued John, glancing at Narendra who was unmoved with a straight glance at Glacia. "It's funny, Glacia almost took her life at the hands of her own in-laws."
"He wasn't Glacia's in-law, because that man wasn't my father." Narendra did not even mention Krishna by name.
John understands. He did not support Narendra not to care about his own father, but according to John, the man was too depraved to be the father of a child as good and as smart as Narendra.
"On Gallen ..." John hangs his words. "His family doesn't accept our report. Papa had expected it before. They're counter-attacking, funny. Those who do not want to be wronged are scattered, and even barking up to exalt power. How sad people today, lack empathy and care," continued John muttered.
"Papa only held Gallen responsible for making Glacia disabled, but he remained reluctant to admit wrong despite some evidence that corroborated his negligence in driving that night. The most Papa is not out of thought, why not a single word of apology from him?" John laughed softly. "It's true that Papa doesn't approve of them. Glacia's too precious for a bastard like Gallen."
Narendra silently listened. Both of his hands sank in his pants pocket, while his eyes never once left Glacia.
"I make sure Glacia gets justice" Narendra said.
Narendra was unable to say anything, he hoped for the same. But, somehow his feelings are getting more and more uncomfortable. Narendra is anxious and worried waiting for Glacia's condition which sometimes improves sometimes worsens. I don't know when he will be out of critical time.
Narendra lowered his head in a faint, bland smile. "You always wanted to leave me, Glacy" she whispered inwardly.

Two footsteps crept in the silence of the night. Narendra followed Harley in silence. Both of them had been silent for a few minutes. Harley suddenly meets him at the hospital, and has Narendra follow him to one of the deserted passageways far from people's reach.
Harley stopped as soon as they reached a dark corridor with a dominant glass wall. The dim lighting makes the outside view clear. But that was not what Narendra thought, but rather a man standing on one side of the window, behind him with both hands folded across his chest.
Noticing the presence of the two people behind him, the man turned around and immediately stared right at Narendra. Nothing changed, the cold aura of the man was always able to freeze around.
Harley stepped aside and stood beside the man.
"Gibran Wiranata" said Narendra flatly. He had expected this when Harley came to him earlier.
Gibran Wiranata smiled obliquely, so thin that it was a little faint in dimness. "Long time no see, my old friend."
Silence, a little tension appeared for a while until Narendra finally threw his breath and turned his gaze out the window.
"I thought you made a mess" whispered Narendra quietly.
Gibran grunted a slanted smile, facing the window until now they were standing side by side. "You're moving too slowly. I'm just speeding things up."
Narendra looked sharp. "But you almost killed Glacia!"
Gibran shrugged his shoulders. "That's beyond my plan."
Narendra wanted to hit the man now, but he only held his hiss with his jaws tightened tightly, then refocused his gaze on the trees outside. "I told you not to interfere" he said flatly.
The two stiff-faced men were silent to each other, while Harley faithfully stood behind. Gibran soon opened his voice. "How can I not interfere when my men have difficulties?"
Gibran turned his head, raising one eyebrow to look at Narendra with the corner of his lips tilted.
Narendra also turned his head, replying to the man with a cold flat gaze. "Now not anymore, if you forget."
"Although you can't avoid the fact that Glacia is my cousin. Right?"
Narendra. He forgot that John Martadinata still had a familial relationship with the late Abhimanyu Wiranata. This made him silent until now Gibran looked at him triumphantly.
"I have to admit that you still need my help, man."
