Chapter 59 - Challenge

"So, what exactly do you want?" lucius asked once more to Alex who was sitting in the back seat.

With a friendly smile, Alex replied.

"I told you. As long as you help my family hunt down dangerous enemies, I will support you with all my might. That's all."

"Enemy... like the bandits of yesterday?" ask Lucius to make sure.

"Well that's how it is. After all, your presence on my side is enough to calm me down. Aah, about the sword I'll make you 3. It's likely that a few more days will be ready." Alex continued, raising three fingers.

"Huh?! Isn't that too much?"

"The price is cheap as long as you want to stay on my side." Alex replied with his signature friendly smile.

Not long after, his other friends began to arrive at this F class. Sophia walks with Emily. It was followed by Max entering along with Oliver a few minutes later.

"Ooh, haven't you two been pretty familiar lately?" max asked in his loud voice while waving his hand.

"yes too. I just realized it." Oliver sahur.

Turning back the book she was reading, Sophia replied.

"So are you two, right?"

"Haha.... If we, you could say we have shared the same interests and goals." Oliver replied.

Oliver comes from a family of hit men. Then the Max family came from the Mercenary group or mercenaries.

Of course the two will fit together, as both work to kill others.

"Everyone, please sit down and prepare for the lesson. Today, we will learn about the history of the runes" said Mr. Anderson who soon entered the class.

The lesson begins again.

Quiet days for Lucius had awaited him. With him starting to drastically reduce the portion of the exercise, this kind of atmosphere should be a peaceful atmosphere.

Everyone in the class was seen standing in panic after seeing the golden-haired man figure.

All but two.

Lucius and Alex.

"Who are you? Why lookout for me?" asked Lucius casually.

Sophia's shout came to a halt after the man stepped into this classroom.

At each step, Sophia could feel the aura and Mana that was so powerful from the man. It was so clear that it made Sophia creep all over her body.

The same goes for Emily, Oliver and Max.

Just natural. Because of this man who is before them....

"William Goldencrest's. Looks like my sister's been bothering you enough huh?" said the man while standing right in front of Lucius. Giving a look of eyes filled with such a powerful killing intent.

With a lazy glance, Lucius replied.

"Well, is that you?" lucius asked in a disappointed tone. His left eye looked slightly radiant after activating his Clairvoyance Eye for a while.

"I refused it." Lucius replied briefly cutting William's words.

"What did you say?" william asked confusedly at Lucius' attitude. Makes her even more angry at this F-class student.

"Lucius?! What are you doing?!" ask Sophia worried.

Max and Oliver are seen starting to stand up. Closer to Lucius' desk just in case William intends to do something to his friend.

"I sped up my expedition and devotion out there after receiving the news that my little brother was troubling you. So it's only natural that her brother finished it, right?" william said with eyes filled with anger.

"I told you I refused." Lucius replied with that indifferent face. Continue reading the notes in his book.

'Sreeet!!!'

Realizing that, William immediately pulled Lucius's notebook. Tearing and burning it with magic.

'Swuuushh!!!'

"You scared? What if now? Feeling a little interested?" william asked with a wide grin on his face after burning Lucius's notebook.

'Ta-without the magic formation?! What the fuck?!' sophia thought in her heart. He was surprised to see William be able to create fire magic without even setting up a magic formation in the slightest.

Meanwhile Lucius himself....

"Listen, William. I refused it not because I was afraid. But more because I don't want to hurt you." Lucius replied in a cold tone, but now while giving William a sharp look in front of him.

A gaze that was completely filled with confidence. Not the baseless confidence he used to have when he defended Sophia.

Rather than self-confidence, on the basis of a difference in strength that is really too great.

Lucius could see it.

The amount of Mana William currently possessed, his Mana capacity, his magic affinity, also the flow of Mana in his body.

Alex saw an enormous business opportunity right before his eyes. Quickly, he got up from his chair and walked towards William.

"That's it. Save your anger for the arena later. Isn't that right, Lucius?" alex asked as he pressed William's shoulder down.

'This guy?!' thought William was surprised when he felt Alex's power.

'Brahta!'

Following Alex's words, William immediately lowered Lucius' body while laughing out loud.

"Haha! I think you're confident because you're strong, but it turns out that you have friends like her? Just natural! Ahaha! Basic penge...."

"I accept your challenge. When?" lucius' reply cut William's laughter.

Both of William's eyes immediately opened wide after hearing that sentence. Likewise with his smile that became wider.

"Hooo, finally. Then.... Three more days. You're not gonna run away, are you?" ask William confidently.

"alright. Now go away. I still have class." Lucius replied with a hand gesture.

"Haha! Enjoy the rest of your life for 3 days!"

With that sentence, William immediately left this F class. Making all but the two men breathe a sigh of relief with his departure.
