The Demon Queen's Disciple

The Demon Queen's Disciple
Chapter 65 - The Unknown Land

'Braa!!!'

Lucius fell to the ground after being pushed away by the mysterious person.

The moment Lucius opened his eyes, his entire body immediately goosebumps in fear over what he saw.

A desert with hardened sandy soil, temperatures so high that there are not a few clouds in the sky. Only light comes from something that resembles the sun, but with a color that tends to be dark red.

Various plants that have dried up can be seen in several places. Everything seemed to have given up on surviving in this extreme place.

"It's bad." said Lucius in his heart.

'You're right, Lucius. This is very bad, Carmilla replied shortly after.

What is terrible about this place is not its temperature or extreme environment. Even water can create it by magic.

But problem....

With Lucius's current vision, he could realize it.

That this place, has absolutely no Mana. A thing that should have been impossible happened, because the Goddess of Mana had endowed the entire world with Mana.

Be it animals, plants, even rocks and even soil even have Mana. Although in very small amounts.

But this place?

Any point cannot be found. In other words....

"If it's like this, I won't be able to regenerate my Mana." Lucius continued with a trembling body.

Sweat began to trickle down, flowing down his right cheek as a result of this extreme temperature.

Carefully, Lucius kept trying to look in all directions. But there was nothing he could find. Only endless deserts around him.

'Can't you make a portal like her?' carmilla asked in a panic.

"I.... Could try it." Lucius replied briefly. He quickly raised both of his hands forward, focusing his mind on creating a magic formation for the portal.

No matter where, Lucius only thought of getting out of this cursed place that not even the Mana Goddess was endowed with.

'Swuuuushh!!'

Slowly, the magic formation that formed in front of Lucius began to activate. Form a portal door with a circular shape that slowly.

But nevertheless....

'Yaharrr!!!'

"What-what?!" lucius shouted in surprise after seeing the portal that was about to finish forming shrink and disappear. While the magic formation seemed to be smashed into pieces.

Carmilla, who understood magic even more, though she did not know the formation from space magic, realized the meaning of the magic formation breaking.

'Dispel?! Lucius.... This place is much worse than I thought.' Carmilla said in a trembling voice.

"What do you mean?"

'This place.... It's not wrong anymore.... It is in the man-made world itself.'

Quickly, Lucius immediately understood what Carmilla meant.

Space magic. Magic is considered the most complicated and the most difficult to learn in this era. The reason is actually very simple.

In addition to having to be able to perform extremely complicated calculations inside the user's head quickly, the space magic user must also have sufficient Mana capacity to create a framework or base of space magic itself.

It creates a new world, from the void, also in the void.

And the only one who can access out or into that world, is the maker himself.

Just like Lucius s.p.a.ce magic that he could use to store things....

The mysterious person's space magic, large enough to contain his own small world. A world that exists only for itself.

"No.... Not likely.... To create a world of this magnitude.... Even the size of my artificial world is only as big as one small room.... But this?!" lucius asked himself with a trembling body.

'Braa!!!'

Finally, Lucius laid down his body to analyze the situation further. Using a bit of his Mana to create a room with his ice magic. Protecting it from the deadly heat in this world.

'Lucius, I don't want to die silly like being trapped in someone else's spatial dimension you know?!' scream Carmilla in fear.

"Just calm. I'll think of a way. Every dimension of space created with this magic, had the same basic concept. What is different is just the formula that determines the location, size, laws of space and time in this world, then...."

While continuing to scribble on the dry land using his fingertips, Lucius continued to think of ways to escape from this world.

Before anything worse came.

.............

Meanwhile....

The Battle Arena of Damacia Academy....

The figure of the mysterious man was still standing casually in the middle of this Arena. Staring in one direction where a woman with beautiful long silver hair appeared from behind a portal.

"Alora, aren't you always late?" said the mysterious man while opening his hood. Showing his face as a whole.

With a short hand gesture, Alora Skyweaver the Mage hero of the Human race ordered dozens of Holy Knights to evacuate this region.

Because this time, Alora had absolutely no intention of letting go of the mysterious man.

"High-level space magic, with efficiency and also perfect trace disguise. Who exactly are you? I never knew mankind had such a talented magician like you." asked Alora while trying to buy time.

Allow time for the students and professors in this academy to escape.

The figure of William who was still silent in the middle of the Arena was also seen drawn by one of the Holy Knights of the Light Church, Lunaria.

"You guys are just curious about my identity? Oi oi's.... No kidding. Didn't you guys throw me out on my crazy idea?" the mysterious man replied while laughing lightly.

"Crazy idea?" ask Alora curious. Every now and then Alora looks to glance in various directions to make sure all civilians in this place have been evacuated.

"Alora.... Until when will you submit to that useless Goddess at a time when the Human Kingdom is always threatened to be attacked by other races? The useless goddess who even gave the other races the strength of a hero." the mysterious man replied, now with a look filled with hatred.

Alora immediately connected the various clues that had been obtained. And it didn't take long for him to realize it.

"You.... Don't say.... Magic Tower Research Assistant, Zephyrith?!" alora asked with a face that looked so surprised.

With a faint smile, the man replied.

"That's right" he said briefly before extending his hand toward Alora Skyweaver.

"Alora, I've found her. A source of incredible power capable of rivaling the power of those gods and goddesses. Power that will only exist on the human side.

With this power, it was unmistakable that humanity could subdue everything on this continent. Eliminate all those disgusting races from this holy land. Say, Alora. Would you like to come with me on this trip?" ask the man named Zephyrith.

But Alora who heard such an incredible offer, immediately refused without thinking.

"You're out of your mind? Power other than the Gods and Goddesses is the power of darkness. In other words, misguided! The heretics! I won't take it in my lifetime!" reply Alora loudly.

"Is that so? In that case, want to see what that power can do if it's in the human body?" asked Zephyrith with a smile that grew wider.

"What did you say?"

Given how terrifying Hobgoblin had just gone berserk a moment ago, Alora immediately regained her senses.

If that power is in the hands of trained humans, not in the hands of mindless monsters....

"Miss Alora. According to some witnesses, a witch named Lucius had just been kidnapped by him. And that Lucius, was at least on par with an A-level mage." whispered one of the Holy Knights who had just run towards him b

'Deg! The deg!!'

If that happens....

"Hows it? Interested in seeing it?" zephyrith asked with a smile that was so wide, but also seemed so evil.
