Ray fought his back against the old man, each of us against our front two, the situation we were in was very bad.

The old man had no weapons and Ray only held a wooden sword for training.

While the enemy in front of us has the original weapon.

The old man glanced at my weapon.

"Judging from the sword you used, you are a student of Avrion academy, I apologize for getting you involved in this mess. Just hold them as long as you can and I'll handle the rest."

With this, the old man quickly darted towards the two people. Ray had no time to see how he fought them, as the two dark guild members in front of him started to move.

Fortunately, there was one thing that benefited Ray. It is now at night and on the sidelines of the alley has a lot of shadows. It was the most ideal scenario for Ray to use the black knight skill that Ray had learned.

Utilizing the shadows and movements of his legs, Ray disappeared from the sight of the two people in front of him.

Ray then appears behind one of the men and is ready to strike his neck, but before Ray's sword hits him, Ray senses a presence from his left. Ray retreated quickly dodging the attack.

If Ray was a few seconds slower, his head would probably be on the floor by now.

"Cihh, it's going to be a lot harder than I thought it would be." Mumbled Ray.

If by himself maybe Ray will have a chance, but with them both Ray is not sure can win from them.

The two men quickly came over to Ray, I cannot use the wooden sword to block a real sword, it will only make the wooden sword split into two pieces. What Ray needs now is unpredictable speed and movement.

Ray placed the wooden sword in his mouth and crawled using the movements of the ferocious beasts.

Utilizing the walls in the alley to jump from side to side using the strength of his leg and hand muscles, Ray's movements like a monkey in the woods jumping and hanging.

Ray tried to pounce towards the two of them trying to attack him with the sword in his mouth moving from one side to the other.

Ray manages to hit one of them right in his stomach, but when Ray tries to move, the sword is stuck and unable to move.

It was like Ray was trying to move a big rock. Ray used all his strength and continued to force to move his sword, then the wooden sword broke into pieces.

Ray had no time to think about what had happened, Ray jumped on the wall beside him and hung up while staring at the man.

The man standing there was fine as if nothing had happened to him.

"It looks like the boy doesn't know how to use Ki." The man said to his partner.

"I'm afraid for no reason, you'll never be able to hurt us both."

The situation became gloomy, Ray had no weapons and it seemed like his attacks were useless.

One of the men jumped at me with his sword. I jumped on the ground to avoid his attack.

When Ray landed, the other man came towards Ray trying to stab him.

"There's no chance for me to beat them both now." Mumbled Ray.

Ray had no choice but to flee.

As Ray was about to disappear into the shadows, Ray heard the old man's voice.

"Hold his arm and pull him towards you" he shouted.

If Ray could hear the old man's voice maybe he had won his fight.

It gave Ray new hope that we could beat the two remaining guys.

As instructed by the old man, Ray grabbed the man's hand trying to upset his balance.

Ray carried out his instructions perfectly without hesitation.

The man was thrown into the air. The next thing I could see was the old man jumping at him.

The old man quickly launched his fist that hit the man's stomach and made him fly into the wall. The man did not move and a small crack formed behind him.

To be able to deal with the three of them without weapons, the man must have used Ki in his attack. The fact that his punch was so powerful convinced Ray's mind.

When Ray turned around to check on the other assailants, he had already disappeared. Then Ray heard a notification sound.

By the way Ray still has not found a way to unlock his skills and the message that appears now further confuses Ray.

With the commotion we caused, the knights quickly came to the scene and escorted the three unconscious men out of there.

When the knights saw the old man, they all bowed to him and showed great respect to him.

It was strange for the knights to act like this. Ray doesn't even know who that guy is.

The old man then came towards Ray.

“Thank you for your help, you are quite talented student.” Said the old man.

"Why are they after you?" Ray asked.

My original plan was to capture one of the dark guild members to get an answer from them.

Now that they were in the hands of the knights, it was almost impossible to get an answer and the fourth member was long gone.

"Judging from the fact that you don't know how to use Ki, I'm guessing you're the first year?. When you become your second year, join the martial arts club, I promise to give you a gift." After the old man finished talking, he just left.

Ray immediately fled the scene not wanting to be interrogated or questioned by the knights.

Fortunately Ray had hidden his appearance so that the knights or members of the dark guild did not know who Ray really was.

When Ray returned to his room, Ray immediately fell on the bed exhausted.The others could see how tired Ray and the others did not want to bother to ask why Ray was exhausted.

Ray had trouble sleeping that night because Ray had thoughts that kept bothering him.

"How do I unlock other skills?"

So far Ray has only unlocked two skills. The first time was when Ray defeated a mid-level wolf in the black forest.

Ray initially thought it had something to do with defeating the Magical Beast, but when Ray defeated the middle-tier wild boar nothing happened.

After all, all of this had nothing to do with Magical Beasts.

The message Ray received was

Does it have anything to do with defeating the members of the dark guild? but that might not be the answer either because the old man finished him off.

Ray needs to figure out what the connection is between these two events. If Ray learns this, Ray can get all of his powers back.
