The gunshot suddenly sounded.

"Axell!!!" renata shouted while pulling my body and hugging me tightly.

Someone's voice fell behind me. He grimaced in pain holding onto his legs that looked to be hollowed out with blood. Not far from him was a revolver lying down.

"Sorry, we're late! We were left at the red light." someone I knew came closer. The gun still he held tightly in his hand, outstretched, ready to stand by if the man act again.

"You guys here?" many confused. Gio approaching. Some of his men took care of the other two while the one he just shot was still grimacing in pain.

"Of course we're here! I'm sorry we didn't comply with you, but the orders of the great lord we can't ignore!" said Gio.

"But...If our existence is disturbing here... We're going, anyway!" he said awkwardly. His one free hand scratched the back of his neck.

Renata held my arm tightly, she hid and peeked at what was happening. Gio lowered his head, took the gun and kept it in his pocket. He would definitely collect it in his room, as usual.

We walked towards the car that Gio was carrying. Gio was silent for a moment staring at his badly damaged motorbike lying on the cold asphalt. His face looks gloomy. At first glance I heard him mutter slowly lamenting the sad state of his favorite motorcycle.

I went to him, and I patted him on the shoulder.

"I think I should go home!" he said it made me look at him.

"Going home? Why home? They could have come to your place Re, could have been dangerous if you came home!" he looked down at my protesting voice.

"This is for our good, Xel! I have to go home and get my business done." - softly, his eyes looked gloomy, his lips trembled as he spoke.

I took a long breath.
