DEVANYE. STILL LOVING YOU

DEVANYE. STILL LOVING YOU
part 90's

Seriously this big Eiffel?!

We just got here a few minutes ago, staring at one of the world's famous icons. Eiffel Tower!

My eyes were hot, not because I was moved, but because I was amazed that it felt like these eyes were hard to blink. I can't say anything. Once again I was silent, it felt like I was in a dream world.

"Happy?" ask dad. He dragged me back to the real world. I just nodded.

The afternoon air was getting colder, lucky Sam reminded me to wear thick clothes, and boots.

"It's beautiful dad." Dad smiled happily. "But it would be even more beautiful if there was snow!" my speech. Dad nodded in agreement.

We walked under the towering Eiffel area. With a beautiful view of the afternoon sky. I'm grabbing dad's arm. It was like we were dating, huh. Funnier.

Some people looked at us, maybe they thought I was a father couple, looked at us and then at my stomach. Geez I'm thinking like I'm daddy's sugar baby. My mind, ngaco!

Some people followed us from behind. Biasa, his people are dad. I was almost used to their existence, while with Devan I was escorted by two people, but the difference here I got ten people. Exaggerated indeed!

Forget about them.

We continued walking, enjoying the cold afternoon air. The wind was strong, cold. Like I was opening the fridge but it's so cold from it.

"Dad!" as bad as I scowl. Dad ruffled my hair to a mess.

"You're funny. I remember when I first spoke French. I think it's just like you." Then dad told me the first time he studied, yes the story is almost the same as me. It took me at least nearly four months to understand, although it was still awkward to speak their language. Me? When will I be able to?

Coq Au Vin's. This food feels a little strange on my tongue, the portions are also a little me where full. Dad says this is a rooster dish cooked with wine.

"Wine isn't wine a kind of wine?" ask me dad.

"Yup, right." said the father, then the father ate food on his own plate, his name. The langue de boeuf. Geez, it's hard to pronounce it.

"Would you try this one? Dad thrust one piece in his fork at me.

"What food is that?" I asked my father, not only did I open my mouth.

"Cow tongue, but it's delicious" said the father.

"Ih no ah. Amused." I shudder amusedly, keeping myself back. My lashes bristled. How does that feel? Curious but I still don't want to eat it. Dad just laughed then pulled out his fork and ate it casually. Ohhh....!!!!

After dinner, and with some sweet desserts, we went home to Dad. The night was getting late, the air was getting colder, but I was satisfied. After my hard times these few months let alone a few days ago, huft I hope there will be no more difficult lives like that!
