DEVANYE. STILL LOVING YOU

DEVANYE. STILL LOVING YOU
part 241's

Their honeymoon was over, just four days Gio and Tiara were there. The piling up work could not make Gio take his holiday in peace. Some work from the office should be done quickly. Moreover, there are reports that his cooperation with the largest shipping party in the country is accepted and they want to meet with Gio immediately.

"I'm sorry, Ra. We can't stay here for long." said Gio while helping Tiara put their clothes in the suitcase.

Tiara smiled at Gio whose face was now gloomy from feeling guilty towards Tiara.

"No problem, G. This is a job problem anyway. I can what? Your job is more important." Tiara tried to understand.

Gio held Tiara's hand until the woman stopped her activities and turned to Gio. "You're more important than anything, Ra. I can cancel this meeting if you want" Gio said.

"Don't! Mama Anyelir has entrusted the company to you, don't you let her down just because of me." Tiara smiled. This man was so dear to her.

"But our honeymoon ended sooner. We're planning a week here." Gio scowled dislikes. Recalling after he returned home and in the afternoon he had to return to Kalimantan for work.

"It's okay. We can do it again if you come home from your business." Tiara smiled so that Gio would not feel too bad for her.

"But still I still want both of you to." Gio grabbed Tiara's waist and anchored his chin on Tiara's shoulder.

"Don't spoil. I can come with you there three days before my mass leave runs out." Tiara. Gio sighed in annoyance, only three days and even then he would be very busy with his work. It will not be satisfied.

"I don't want three days, I want you to come with me forever. What if you don't have to work, you and mom will take me to Kalimantan" said Gio.

Tiara shrugged both of her shoulders. "I'd be bored if I didn't work, and I'm not sure if mom would want to come with us. Do you want to leave a house full of memories with your father?" Tiara asked herself.

"I can't leave my own mother, G. I'm old, I'm sorry I left him." Gio and Tiara fell silent together, feeling a dilemma with their fate. LDR won't be easy for both, let alone they're still newlyweds. If they can be distant bodies, but their souls will be tormented as they once were.

"I don't know G. If I go with you maybe I'll be an ungodly child, but if I stay with my mother, I'm not a devoted wife." Tiara said softly.

Gio sighed, it was difficult, but maybe he had to give up. For Tiara mother is the most important person in her life. He was just the one who met when they were adults. Gio couldn't possibly claim Tiara was his full right. Tiara masiih belonged to her mother.

"I'm fine. I'll be willing to visit you as often as I can." Gio gently rubbed his wife's arm. Tiara memeuked Gio tightly.

"I'm so grateful to you, G. You are an understanding husband." said Tiara.

Gio and Tiara just got out of the elevator. Heru behind them, carrying a suitcase belonging to Tiara and Gio, while he only carried a small bag that was embedded in the top of the suitcase he dragged.

"Om, Auntie! " The voice of a little child rang out and then ran towards those who were now silent in its place.

Little Gio panted with his short breath, stopping right in front of the two.

"Where are you and Auntie going?" ask the child after successfully adjusting his breath "Do you want to catch?" ask again.

"Yes, Gio. We're going home. There's work to be done." Tiara answered, while Gio was fixated on the figure of a beautiful woman who was now approaching towards them.

"Why come home so soon? Aunty promised me I'd let me play with Om Gio." The boy grumbled in annoyance.

Tiara felt guilty about what she said at that time.

Little Gio bowed his head sadly. His desire to play with the adult man had not been fulfilled as they never met again after their meeting on the beach that afternoon.

"Gio, don't be like that" Naura scolded her son. "It's not good that you're taking a promise. This om must be busy and can not accompany you to play. Mama promised to take you to a nice place later in the day, yeah." Naura stroked little Gio's head. The boy is still grumbling.

Gio felt sorry to see the sad child. He lowered himself to equalize his height with the five-year-old.

"Son. I'm sorry I can't play with you, yeah. I have to leave because I have business. You're okay with your mom. So that's a submissive kid, yeah." Gio said advising the boy who was now nodding his head.

"Can we meet again, Om?" little Gio asked.

"you reckon? Can we meet again?" Gio did not want to give the promise to the boy. A promise is like a debt to him. Heavy, especially this child is the son of his former lover.

"We'll definitely meet again, right?" little Gio asked.

"Can be. I don't want to promise that, because I don't know if we'll see each other again or not later."

"Gio you don't talk like that, you can make him sad." Tiara said to warn her husband. Little Gio further lowered his head staring at the end of his pointy shoes.

"It's okay, Auntie. We can't expect much from others." Little Gio said softly. However, it can be heard by all who are there.

From his tone and manner of speech like that, Gio seemed to have experienced a lot of unpleasant things at this small age, and that statement must have been heard not just once or twice, and he certainly didn't hear it from anyone else.

Heru looked at Naura who was still stroking her pura head, a second later Naura also turned towards Heru until their eyes clashed.

Heru walked closer towards Gio and Tiara. "I'll wait for you both in the car" said the man then stepped away.

Naura stared at the departure of Heru who did not look at her anymore. Not even a goodbye or a smile she got from the man.

Gio got up, he stroked the child's chubby cheeks.

"I'm sorry for my son's disrespect." Naura nodded her head slightly.

Gio was speechless at the stiff treatment of his ex. There was a sense of tightness in his chest that he could not understand all this time. Getting angry? Disappointed? Or what?

Tiara who saw Gio was just speechless taking the boy's hand. "Gio's coming with Auntie, yuk. As a Aunt's apology. Aunty will buy you a big ice cream. Won't you?" tiara asked the boy. Gio who was just looking down now raised his head and looked at Tiara with a face that sparkled with pleasure.

"You." screeched cheerfully.

Gio looked at his wife in disbelief. It would feel strange if he was left alone with this woman.

Tiara smiled towards Gio and nodded her head. Gio let out a rough sigh. He had no idea what his wife was doing. Whatdoes thatmean?

"I'll take Gio to the restaurant for a while." said Tiara then pulled the small Gio's hand to follow him.
