"The waiter who brought the drink was also one of his men, he was paid with some money. My men had arrested him, and he admitted that the remaining drinks were quite high alcohol content. For the size of people who have never been drunk like you will be very easy once unconscious. But the waiter said he didn't know you were pregnant."
"When you're drunk, someone else takes our picture. If that's me I don't know who it is, I'm still investigating who sent the photo."
I was silent, hearing Sam's story. Not expecting my life to be like a drama in a comic book, or a novel.
"Where after we pull you over?" my many.
"Devan and his men caught me. I was taken to a warehouse on the edge of town. There's..." Sam was silent, and he seemed reluctant to tell. He was silent for a moment.
"Continue Sam, I just want to hear."
"But this is about your husband. You can hear?" Ask Sam to make sure. I'm nodding. Curious.
"Devan torture me. I was whipped, slapped, hit with wood. He's wrathful with jealousy, and anger, however I speak he won't listen."
I was surprised, staring hard at Sam, no lies there. My eyes were hot, not expecting my husband to be that cruel.
"I could have died back then, but a subordinate of Devan whom I once helped, he forbade Devan to shoot me in the head."
"Devan, why is it like that?" shirihku. Sam patted the back of my hand gently.
"I'm fine." Samuel smiled.
"Devan went and entrusted me to the others. I was taken to the middle of the forest by three men. And the man ordered his two friends to wait in the car. He pulled out his gun. And started shooting the ground beside me. Spent all the bullets. After that he called the others. I pretended to be dead like he asked. They took me to a rushing river and threw me there."
"I was lucky because he stopped Devan while I still had energy. I drifted for a while, until I was sure they left the riverbank I swam to the bank. Hiding for a while, until help comes."
"And this is how I am. It's not good looking anymore!" Sam giggled, as if he was telling a joke.
I cried apologizing on behalf of my husband.
"The problem between you comes from your own mother" said Sam, she wiped the tears on my cheek.
"Then why don't you help us finish it?" my many. "It's clear that mama is slanderous, and there's evidence, right?" ask again.
"Your father wants to know how much Devan loves you." I gasp.
"Dad knows?" Sam nodded.
"Dad knows everything that happened to you, long ago. You never even know what Dad did for you. You're the most precious diamond for dad. Even though you're nowhere near you, you're still protecting you even through someone else's hands." Sam said softly, his words were very soothing.
"Is that Sam? Why don't I know?" my many. Sam nodded.
"Tomorrow ask yourself. It's been there rest. You must be tired." Sam stood up from his seat. He stretched out his hand and helped me get to the top of the bed.
"Sam, can you elus my stomach for a second? My son has not been in his father's elus for a long time." I begged. Sam just smiled, he stroked my stomach that was covered in a blanket. He leaned his body a little.
"Have a nice dream boy. Be strong like your mother. Be a great man like your grandfather. Handsome as I am!" Haha Sam is funny.
Sam straightened his body again.
"He was moving" he said, his face bright.
"Thank you Sam. Baby boy wants to say something, thank you uncle!" I said imitating the voice of a child.
Sam smiled, he ruffled my hair, turned off the headlights and then walked out of the room.
Dev, why are you being so rude like that? Why is your nature back to what it used to be?
I tilted my body gently stroking my stomach. Estimated lahiran in two months. We should be shopping for baby needs this month. Devan was very enthusiastic about shopping for our son's needs early, but I forbade it. Dev, what are you doing?
