Don't (Blame) Love

Don't (Blame) Love
SESSION #2 13

"Sir, Lyli. Please pull my slimut. Put it on my sister" said Al when he saw Quen lying on the couch.

Actually he wanted to come and put his own blanket on his sister. His body was too sick to move.

"But, Sir." Hesitantly Lyli held onto the blanket that Al was wearing.

"It's okay, just grab it and cover my sister! His order.

With a bad feeling the girl took the blanket from her master and put it on Quen who was only a few minutes away was already very slumbering.

Lyli sat leaning under the sofa, listening to Quen's breath that seemed very regular.

"Sister, what's sitting down? Sit next to my sister" said Al.

"It's okay, sir. You rest."

'Even to call Miss Quen always says my sister. Who doesn't know that she's your sister?' inner Lyli while throwing away the breath a little hard.

Lyli fell silent, suddenly seething with envy at Quen who already had everything. He didn't want any treasure or anything, if it didn't get his dear old man, at least an older brother alone.

It doesn't have to be as handsome and intelligent as its master, enough to love it and never get mad at it as Al told Quen.

"Hey, Lyli. Realize who you are! Don't dream too much. Working here and all the employers are fine isn't it more than enough?" lyli muttered alone. Trying to be aware of reality.

******

"Aaaahh." cried Quen as he suddenly felt his nose being pulled by someone.

"Wake up!"

Quen rubbed his two eyes which still felt heavy, "Ah, Papa... Why, anyway?" he said a bit hoarse, typical of the sound of people waking up.

"Let's go home! Let grandma and grandpa keep your brother here!" Vano.

"I'm still sleepy, Paaaa!"

"Try, look! What time is it, your brother said you've been sleeping since two o'clock, you even said you were still sleepy?" vano said as he pulled his son to a seat.

"Really, Pa. My head is dizzy" whined Quen as he leaned his head against Vano's heart.

"Did you ask for a baby-like carrier, Quen? Comeon! You're a grown-up Papa who can carry you!" vano Goda.

"Well, I'll get up and walk on my own."

"Even you took the nitty-gritty of your brother," Andreas said with a laugh.

"Grandfather, I didn't take this from him!" shouted Quen.

The girl walked over to her sister, saying goodbye.

"I'll go home first, brother. Tomorrow I'll be back at school with you, I'll be right here" Quen said, leaving the nursery with Vano and Lyli.

Quen sat in front accompanying Vano who was driving the car, while Lyli. He's sitting in the back seat.

"Pa, I'm hungry" said Quen, breaking the silence.

"What do you want to eat?"

"Before, papa telfon mama, first. He prepares dinner for us or not" Vano said, taking out a blue flat object from his shirt pocket.

"Darling, what are you cooking today?"

"...."

"Ok, okay. We just got out of the hospital. We'll be home soon then."

Vano disconnected and put the device back in his pocket.

"Mama's already preparing dinner. So, just eat at home, huh Honey?" vano said as he glanced at his daughter.

"OKs. But, sometime we eat out yeah, Pa."

"Yes!"

Lyli was speechless hearing the chatter of the son and father in front of her. He secretly craved for a family like them.

"Even Mr. Vano always taught his children to always appreciate his wife's efforts at home. Mr. Vano loves Miss Quen very much. If he was someone else would have followed him and did not care what the wife's business at home. He can buy anything he wants. Besides, Pak Vano is a loyal and handsome type of person, is Taan Al also like that, huh? It was fortunate that the woman who would become his wife later," Lyli inner with a deep sigh.

Soon they arrived home. Kemabali Lyli observed both her young master and mistress who always looked romantic.

Yes, simple but soothing to everyone who sees it.

With a friendly smile Clara welcomed her husband, she took the briefcase out of Vano's hand, then helped take off her coat, kissed his hand and in return a gentle kiss on his forehead.

Lyli secretly imagined, as if the scene he saw was him and Al doing that. To the point that his daydream was blown away as Quen shouted to call out his name.

"Sir, Lyli. Are you gonna be full by just standing there?"

Instantly, Lyli's face turned red. Although no one knew what was filling his mind, he was still ashamed of himself.

"I knew Miss's dirty clothes to the laundry first," said Lyli then moved from her place.

"Well, Mama cooks pepper-rica squid, huh? It looks very good," said Quen while picking it up and putting it on a plate that already has rice.

"When did your mama ever cook that bad, Quen?" vano Sahut.

"Where have you ever eaten a squid?"

"Your father doesn't like it, honey," said Clara. "Vans. I'm cooking you Gurami burn, right." Clara thrust a large pyre containing a large gourami, saw it must have used the saliva of its viewers.

"Eat, after that you rest. After this papa and mom will go to the hospital for a while," said Vano to his daughter.

"How's your brother doing, Quen?"

"Sister, huh?"

"Where he knows, he's been there all day sleeping. It was only Lyli's sister who accompanied him," Vano said with a laugh.

"I'm tired, Pa." Expressionless the girl continued to eat her special dinner.

"It's okay. But, if you take care of it yourself don't sleep, kasian sister, huh?  And, what about your exam?"

"Currently, Ma."
