"Papa has a plan after the verdict of the divorce hearing, to resign from the company." Suddenly papa Sarah looked at the two sons-in-law who were greeted with surprise Sarah and Raka.
"Of the 60 percent of shares owned by the Wijaya family, 30 percent may be handed over to your mother as the initial financier of the establishment of this company. And 30 percent of the shares that you own the rest, you'll give it to Sarah."
Sarah and Raka looked at each other, they both gasped to hear what was said by papa Sarah.

Sarah still did not say, but her eyes could not be separated from the parents who had raised her even under the pressure of her adoptive mother.
Sarah knew very well that her father loved Sarah, only she was helpless.

The board of directors of their company has been held by two shareholders namely papa Sarah and papa Raka, they are the highest board of directors.
While Raka and Edgar are appointed by the board of directors as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and president director in general, responsible for the development and implementation of high-level strategy, the company's decision makers, the operational managers of the company, and the resources of the company as a whole, which of course must ultimately refer to the approval of the board of directors that is the shareholders of the company.
If so, wouldn't Sarah have a higher position than her husband?
As is known with Rudiath-Wijaya group is owned by two large families, 60 percent of shares held by the Wijaya family while 40 percent are owned by the Rudiath family.
If mama Sarah has 30 percent of that stock then she is entitled to be on the board of directors of the company, of course this is very influential on decision making and business development in the future, if it turns out Sarah's mother is not someone who can be invited to sit together in work.
"Papa can sell papa's stock if papa really wants to retire." Sarah spoke with a slight hesitation.

"Papa can sell it to papa Raka." Sarah turned to Raka who was just silently listening.

"But this company would be ruined if one of the advisors in it was your mama because papa realized he wouldn't be able to stand together with your mama to be co-workers after everything that happened between us and above all after our divorce."Papa Sarah looked at the daughter of her sister with a sad look.
"Papa still hopes that the Rudiath family can continue to lead this company to the end, because we have pioneered it together from the beginning with great difficulty." Papa Sarah once again took a breath.
"Therefore, I am giving up the remaining shares I have under your ownership. Because you're the only one who can face your mama. In your policies and capabilities, this company will be fine as the property of the Rudiath family. At least at the end of my lifetime, I can see it remaining as part of the Vijaya family under your name."
Sarah could not say anything, now that she understood from the beginning her father never intended to sell his ownership, she only wanted Sarah to take over the shares owned by her mother to return through Sarah's intermediary.
