Marrying My Brother's Fiancee
EXTRA PART. ANGELS ARE WINGLESS

(Before continuing Doddy's part at Multazam, author cut first yes๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜ we will repeat the talk Doddy mama with Diah in another room when Doddy brought Diah to hunt down his parents' blessing)

*DIAH AND MAMA DODDY CONVERSATIONFLASBACK*

Moments later Doddy stood up, gesturing for Diah to follow him, to another room.

Diah stood obediently though he immediately threw his gaze at Doddy as if expecting strength and defense in his resignation.

After bowing for a moment at Ferdian, Diah stepped on the back of Mama Doddy, his steps looking nervous and trembling. He was facing trial, graduating or not graduating. And Diah understood with her consciousness, to be a companion of people Doddy level, she did not have much chance to get blessing even though their love was as high as a mountain.

"Sit here, son..." Mama Doddy allowed Diah to sit in a corner room, like the other living room space located under the stairs. The place is not big but the view is the side door that leads to the terrace, it seems like a very comfortable place because in front of the terrace there is a mini flower garden with rows of pots that are arranged artistically.

Under the light of the terrace lights, the colorful flowers look so perfect.

"I..." Mama Doddy tidied up her veil and sat down next to Diah.

"Do you really love Fajri?" Ask the girl suddenly.

Diah was stunned for a moment then nodded her head.

"Are you, son.The marriage not only unites two people, but unites two families?"

Once again, Diah nodded, his eyes looking at Mama Doddy nervously, he tried to strengthen his heart to be ready when this woman said, they can not give blessing if Doddy wants to marry her.

"Did your family know about your relationship with Doddy?" the question was in full succession, with Diah's trembling voice finally answering,

"Dad and mom knew about Doddy, I told him about it, and once Doddy met my mom and dad." Answer Diah innocently. Now alternately, it was Mama Doddy who nodded his head.

"They know about both of you?"

Diah nodded slowly.

"Why didn't you tell them?"

Diah fell silent, she did not understand the direction of Doddy's mother's question.

"I didn't dare say it."

"Why?"

"Because I'm not sure yet what...do we get the blessing of mom and dad?"

"Why aren't you sure?"

"Because I failed in my household, I was afraid that I would disappoint my parents again because it gave me a lot of hope that I could not necessarily realize." Diah looked down deeply.

Diah swallowed his own saliva to just wet his throat that felt dry.

"I'm not the woman that many people expect and may not be comparable to Fajri in any case." Answer Diah.

"Why do you think that?"

"Everyone knows, I am a widow, a woman who failed in marriage, a woman who brought a child from the first marriage. Not everyone can accept such a thing." Diah strengthened his heart so that the fog hanging in his eye pelup did not fall. When he said it his heart felt broken, but lamenting fate would not change anything.

"Why do you consider yourself a failure in maintaining your marriage?"

"Because I can't keep it intact."

"Is it your fault?"

Diah raised her face, two clear feathers fell at the corner of her eyes.

"Yes, it's my fault. Because I could not defend what we had promised in front of the Qur'an, I did not have a big heart to accept my husband's mistakes even though I might have forgiven him. I have failed to be a subservient wife to her husband." Diah's tears flooded her cheeks as she spilled all those words, she would not be hypocritical and hide anymore, even if she was not allowed to marry Doddy, meaning God did not give them a way of marriage.

"You are a woman of quality as a wife and mother...Doddy never wrongly chose the woman he entrusted as his master." Mama Doddy's smile spread wide, while Diah was stunned to hear the sentence as if he could not believe what he heard.

"Not always a wife must submit to her husband, because our virtue is to submit to God. You must submit to your husband if he shows his superiority and kindness as a husband who can guide you to the salvation of the world and the hereafter. If your husband does not treat you well, if your husband hurts you constantly, if your husband keeps you away from God, then you can lift your head up..." Mom Doddy's voice sounded so sharp.

"The wife must submit to her husband in all things that are true and in accordance with his law. Submissiveness is a natural response to leadership in domestic love, when a husband loves his wife, guides her properly, loves her properly and submissively is a natural response from the wife to her husband. You did the right thing, son. There's nothing wrong when you choose to leave it to keep yourself on the right path.In fact, if it's Doddy, then mama's on your side. "

Diah did not blink looking at this woman beside him, in a wise and very soothing voice.

"It is more honorable that you choose to be a widow than to defend your own household, a woman created from a rib taken from Adam's side, not made from her head to rule him; not from his feet to be trampled by him. However, he was taken from her side to be equal to her, at the bottom of her hand to be protected, close to her heart to be loved." Mama Doddy smiled broadly.

"Mama never bothered, whatever your status, because by ever failing means you are a level higher than people who never lived it. Failure will make people learn and you believe you are more introspective of your bitter experience so you are better at maintaining an attitude and being careful in your next marriage. Mama should have called Doddy lucky, because that way he doesn't have to learn much to be a husband but he has to be more responsible than most husbands." Mama sighed.

"Diah, I don't doubt you at all but rather worry about Doddy's emotions, mama doesn't want Doddy to disappoint you a second time, which is why mama wants him to keep his heart steady, prove that he's really ready to be born and marry you." The woman's hand grabbed Diah's ice-cold hand, Diah's tears crumbling like rain, an overwhelming sense of haru as if striking up the recesses of his heart.

"I..I have to how, ma?" Diah clasped his fingers back, the woman in his eyes now looks like a wingless angel.
