"Sally, take care of your attitude, otherwise you can get out of here."Sarah from where she was sitting, rebuked Sally sharply.
Sally was amazed to turn to Sarah who was in the ranks of the commissioner's seat.
In this room, if he looked at the position, he was nothing, so inevitably he obeyed the rebuke, lowering his hand slowly. But her irritated tapered mouth was directed at Sarah.

The one asked only boughtak did not answer, only his hands trembled slightly, still holding the document map in his hand.

Moreover, this company is ours together, I built it from scratch with my ex-husband's mother, Mr. Wijaya." Psk Rudiath sighed for a moment, staring fixedly at the woman who used to be so familiar with their family.
"Do you, regardless of what is behind your personal problems. Never in my experience have I sat in this chair, someone pawned a stock for his or her own personal benefit without communicating this to other shareholders.

Although I kept all these changes quiet, I did not turn a blind eye to everything that happened. You're not making progress against this company but trying to bring it down." Continue Mr. Rudiath.
Mytha could not answer anything, but she froze with her face crimson.
Mr. Rudiath is not a talkative person, Mr. Rudiath has never questioned anything that is not in his right. But now, Mytha was completely outrageous in her opinion.
"I, as the founder of this company, will continue to welcome you, Mr. Doddy.because you have demonstrated the authenticity of your existence as a person entitled to this stock, regardless of how you can be here." Mr. Rudiath turned his gaze to Doddy who was sitting quietly in his place.
"And, since this is an unusual occurrence, I have temporarily decided not to take him to board meetings. A new face in the company might raise a bit of questions. After the resignation of Mr. Wijaya, quite a lot of new faces that cause speculation and at least affect market confidence although not significant. Therefore, to Mr. Doddy for a while I cannot announce it on the board of directors."
For a moment Mr. Rudiath sighed, he said,
"Do you mind Mr. Doddy?" Ask Mr. Rudiath.
"Of course I don't mind. Because I didn't come here just because I was chasing after Mytha's debt. I know myself enough if I try to join. So I leave this policy to you." Doddy answered casually.
"And I, as one of the commissioners, will invite in particular you, the new shareholder. In three days we will hold an internal meeting of shareholders, in this space. I want to discuss specifically this issue, as well as bringing Sally's submission as a representative of Ms. Mytha to be CEO, whether it can be accepted. All will be determined by the General Meeting of Shareholders with quorum and supermajority voting"
Sally and her mother nodded, looking at each other. The decision of course made them both confused. If voting only on a group of shareholders, then Mama Sally's plan to bribe some directors certainly can not be run.
Based on the limited quorum that is Shareholders, then who is entitled to vote approval or not then only Mr. Rudiath, Sarah, Mytha and newcomers Doddy.
Sarah and Mr. Rudiath's voice has been very convincing will not approve of Sally sitting there.
Now, only Doddy's vote would have been decisive, if it had been fifty-fifty then Mytha could have insisted on taking him to a larger boardroom, the board of directors meeting.
