Then violently, Vijaya threw Mytha's hand.
Mytha gasped with her mouth wide open, completely distrustful of her ex-husband's treatment.
They were divorced for no more than a week but he did not expect that the man who had always kept a lot of silence and obeyed all his will throughout their marriage, was so brave to him.
"You.you.." Mytha's murmur was murmuring, his eyes were reddened with anger.
"To defend this bastard, you dare call me j@lang?" His thin lips with a slight frown on the edge were trembling. His eyes now turned to Sarah who was standing like a statue not spitting out a word, but his eyes looked straight at Mytha as if he showed that he was not intimidated in the slightest by the rude attitude of the woman in front of him.
"You know even more yourself, how to judge yourself, because the man who committed treason behind his marriage certainly does not deserve to be called a good woman." Wijaya replied with a half growling tone.
Mytha's eyes widened to hear a sentence that was so clearly spoken by Wijaya.
He never felt so judged by the man who had been his partner as he is today.
"Don't be insolent! Watch your mouth Wijaya!" Mytha said without showing any guilt.
"When you can't keep your own mouth don't ask others to do the same. All this time, you've been too free to be as authoritarian and as you please. Now, open your eyes wide, I'm no longer the one in your power."
"Based on a stupid husband!" An expletive came out of Mytha's mouth, her hands clenched with anger, for though she was led away in front of Vijaya but could not do much to swallow all the cynical words of the man.
"I'm not your husband anymore."
Mytha was really like a bull getting hurt to hear the scolding coming out of Wijaya's mouth.
"Sorry..." Suddenly Sarah's voice was so calm, interrupting.
"You're holding me and papa back to talk about what exactly? If there's nothing else but fighting, then there's no need to waste our time." His words sounded formal and almost expressionless, more precisely wanting to break up the quarrel of the two people in front of him.
"Shut your mouth Sarah, don't be presumptuous, the child knows at profit. Your head's getting bigger now." Tukas Mytha with enslaving vexation.
"Now, I ask you, Wijaya, transfer the shares of Sarah to me or to your own son Sally. Don't make jokes like this. In the divorce agreement there is no listing Sarah's name as the beneficiary."
"In that draft wouldn't the shares of this company be ours fifty-fifty? The 30 percent I have is up to me what I want, no longer your business. So whatever my policy is, it has nothing to do with you anymore.
And remember one more thing, I'm handing this stock over to Sarah after we get divorced, so don't go over the divorce deal."
"Sarah doesn't deserve anything from you!"
"Sarah is the flesh and blood of my sister Winarta, she deserves anything from me."
"I also did not forget Mytha, that you also trapped her father to satisfy your demonic lust!"
Mytha lined up a step back with a red face extinguished, she was like she had just been slapped by Wijaya. His red eyes seemed to be about to jump from their sockets.
"Winarta to the end of her life suffered because of your actions, even her son suffered because of your insanity. I will never close my eyes again with everything you do. All my decisions are no longer under your intervention! So, stop trying to threaten me."
Sarah could only look at the face of her father, never had she seen the man she thought was the most patient in the world, speaking so sharply and even barely heartless.
"And as for Sally, I've handed over almost all the treasures I have to her, haven't I forgotten as a father? All of my decades of effort were almost all his. Don't you ever compare what I gave Sally and what I could give Sarah." Mr. Wijaya looked at Mytha, he seemed so angry with his ex-wife.
"But these stocks? You are so unfair!"
"Sally received all the treasures I gathered without any effort at work. But Sarah, she received the shares, wouldn't be a treasure if she didn't think about it and work! Now, tell me where I'm not fair?"
Mytha was silent but her body trembled unable to accept everything she heard.
A person who is used to winning in every way will have difficulty when it comes to accepting defeat.
"Papa.we'd better go." Sarah touched Wijaya's shoulder, trying to calm her.
"Sarah, you better hand over the shares to me nicely." Mytha glared at Sarah, trying to threaten the child who used to never dare to deny it.
"I'm sorry, ma. I'm just listening to you now. The answer is the same as papa." Sarah pulled the corner of her lips in a smile. Looks wry and forced.
"If there's nothing for us to discuss anymore, it's best not to keep everyone waiting in the hall." Sarah was about to turn her body around, following her papa who had walked towards the door.
"Oh, yeah...After this we will probably meet often, hopefully we can get more familiar. In the past, I was so scared that I just stared at your face, but now I really want to enjoy being with you. Welcome to our family company." Sarah's voice was unemotionally unpressured, as if the sentence was not sarcastic, before then completely turning her body around without excuse and walking away.
Mytha was stunned where she stood with trembling legs, Sarah was completely unknown to her again, or did he never really know the child who had been held hostage in the name of his past heartache?
Mytha did not realize, every wound and heartache that had been in her notch could change someone as soft as Sarah could be more courageous.
