The next day Davin had a fever and had to undergo treatment in the hospital. Luckily they were in the hospital so Rein did not need to panic because Davin was immediately treated directly by Adit's doctor.

Adit said Davin had a fever due to lack of rest and exposure to cold weather in country A. Fortunately Davin's fever is not serious and is treated immediately, if it is too late a day the fever that was not serious will eventually become serious.

Davin was taken care of in Aska's room so Rein wouldn't be too busy going to and fro to deal with the two of them. The door was opened by someone. Rein turned his head briefly back before resuming his activities of preparing food for his two sons. This is food delivered from a high-end restaurant to Davin and the kids. The look of each meal is delicious and appetizing. The food was deliberately made light to be easily digested by patients. Rein shields their thumbs up because it serves food with the right referrals for the patients. This way Rein would not be overwhelmed cooking because the food from this restaurant was well received by the three of them.

"Am I bothering you, ma'am?" Doctor Adit came into the room.

Closing the door slowly before entering and sitting on the sofa. His sharp attention was now focused on looking at Davin's pale face on the hospital bed. He fell asleep well and comfortably after taking the prescribed medication.

"Doctor Adit, please don't be so formal. Just call me Rein if you don't mind." Rein said politely as he prepared a snack and put it on the front desk of Adit's doctor.

Rein also prepared water and fruit juice for Adit's doctor, being friendly as if they were old friends.

Doctor Adit is a cousin of his lover so Rein thinks that it is not fitting that he give a sense of distance to his lover's family.

"Well, then I won't be too polite anymore." Doctor Adit brought his gaze to look at Rein who had finished his work.

Rein sat on one of the couches after making sure Davin slept comfortably on the hospital bed.

"Thank you, Rein." Doctor Adit said suddenly.

Rein was surprised by the sudden thank you from doctor Adit. He was surprised that he should be thanking Adit for taking good care of Aska and Davin.

"No doctor, I should be the one to thank you for taking good care of Davin and Aska." Rein said not a stingy smile.

But Adit's doctor didn't say anything more. He was speechless, both his eyes watching the surface of the white water in front of him with an unpredictable facial expression. I don't know what Adit's doctor was thinking at the moment because his lips were tightly closed not spitting out a word.

Rein was not bothered by his inertia. He sat comfortably on the sofa with his mind set on thinking about his two sons in a different room. She was happy that Aska finally woke up and acted aggressively as usual, but that didn't mean she was relieved. He was still waiting and needed the final report of Aska's examination to make sure that his son was fine.

Doctor Adit suddenly woke up from his seat. He walked towards the bed that Davin was sleeping on. After being in front of Davin, Adit's doctor did not make a definite move. Just standing in a place with sharp attention that never escaped from the pale handsome face of his cousin.

"Thank you, Rein." Doctor Adit said again repeating the same words.

Rein was astonished and even more astonished because Adit's doctor had thanked him twice.

This time without waiting for Rein to reply Adit's doctor first opened his mouth to speak.

"I thank you, Rein. Thank you for not telling Davin about your pregnancy at the time." Adit said this time making Rein very surprised.

Rein moved uncomfortably in his seat. He wanted to say something but his brain suggested that he shut up first and listen to what Adit's doctor wanted to say next.

Realizing Rein's anxiety, Adit's doctor resumes what he wants to say to Rein. About the bitter times of the year.

"If you tell her about your pregnancy, I'm afraid she'll give up on her own plan. Deciding to keep you and Aska at the same time, know that he will lose in a landslide at that time. Not only would he suffer defeat but he would also be destroyed by Grandfather. That night, the night that Rein went to the hospital to check on her body, Adit's doctor was actually there. That night she finds out about Rein's pregnancy but can't do anything about it because she doesn't want to interfere in Demian's house tempest anymore.

So stay with him and listen to what he says to you because rest assured, everything he says must have a good ending for you." After saying this Adit doctor came out of Davin's ward without saying goodbye to Rein.

Rein never saw Adit's doctor in the hospital again. Davin said Adit's doctor moved to a hospital out of town. It was a pity that he left without saying goodbye to them.
