93. Listen to Me

In the morning Davin woke up late than usual. It was last night and Adit stayed up until dawn, so as soon as they finished their worship soon separated. Adit returns home with a half-day leave while Davin sleeps in his room.

Rein was not surprised to see Davin still not awake because he knew last night the man had stayed up with Adit.

Davin's room suddenly opens beyond Rein's expectations. He thinks Davin will wake up at 9 or 10 but who knows if he's up by 8 a.m.

"Daddy, morning!" The first person to greet Davin was Tio, well, who else if not him.

Rein prefers to stay in the kitchen. Ignoring the existence of both of them.

Rein cooked breakfast with his mouth silent. Every now and then he would bring his head back looking towards the entrance. But there was no one Rein found there. There is no annoying man who has several times pestered his cooking show in the kitchen.

I don't know, Rein felt there was less to it than all of this. He looked back again, clucked lightly, he shrugged his shoulders no matter - oh, maybe more precisely he cared but pretended not to care.

Half an hour later Rein serves fried rice with various toppings above. Looking left and right, Rein did not find the whereabouts of Davin and Tio.

"Where did they both go?" Rein asked.

He ruffled his waist, peeking into the living room and lounge but still finding no one.

Eventually he found them both in the backyard. 

In the backyard, Davin and Tio laughed loosely while pointing a water hose at each other's bodies.

Cold white water soaked their clothes, leaving a dirty trail of the ground they were sitting on.

"Oh my God, what are you doing?" Rein asked wryly, because Tio had just finished her bath a moment ago and was already clean.

But look now, because of Davin, his clean and fragrant son became soaked. Oh, don't miss the mud stains that have now littered her son's clothes.

Davin...really, arghh...it's annoying! The screams of Rein.

Davin turned, "Play." Answer's relaxed.

Play?

Rein itches wanting to pinch Davin's kidney. 

"Playing?" Rein with an exasperated feeling was forced to go down to the courtyard.

He ruffled his waist in front of Davin ready to argue.

"What's this called play? Wasting water and dirtying your clothes!" 

Davi smiled obliquely,"Oh, I didn't waste any water. I purposely played water because I happened to not take a morning shower."

Rein,"...." He must be lying! Though clearly his face looks clean and fresh when just out of the bathroom earlier.

"You want to join?" The Davin jail.

"No, thanks. Alright, you can do whatever you want here but not with Tio, okay! Tio had just taken a shower, my God, and he had just changed his clothes but got dirty right away because of you, Davin!" Rein was in a bad mood.

He even forgot that Davin was his master here.

As usual, Davin considers Rein's anger a consolation. Instead of turning angry, he just tried her more.

"She can change her clothes with a new one. Besides, he likes to play with me - God, it's raining!" Davin is more enthusiastic.

He spread out his hands, hugging Tio while running happily around the courtyard. Not to forget also he pulled Rein along with him so that the three of them took a rain shower together like a happy little family.

"Davin, you're nothing, anyway!" Rein was angry because he was wet now.

"Isn't this fun, Rein?" Ask Davin under the rain.

Tio had already gone running with his giant duck toy in the courtyard, looking so childish.

Rein rubbed his wet face uninterested. He wanted to leave unwilling to continue serving Davin Davin said Davin next made him stay on the spot.

"Tio said you cried all night, is it because of me?" Davin asked, taking his steps closer to Rein.

He was right behind Rein, looking at his thin Rein body with a frustrated feeling.

"Davin, I'm not in the mood to talk about"

"Rein, let's talk seriously." Cut Davin won't hear Rein's rejection.

"Every night.. Are you crying because of me?" Davin repeated the same question.

Rein closed his eyes holding tightness.

"No, it's not because of you." He half lied.

Davin was still asking, "Then, is it because it's about our past?"

Davin understands very well that his mistake 5 years ago must have been very deep in Rein's heart and difficult to forgive. However, even though it was difficult at least he still had a chance to fix everything.

Rein clenched both of his hands with his eyes closed.

"No, no.. The past I've long forgotten about it-Davin?" Both of his eyes were violently bulging as he felt a strong hand had wrapped around his stomach.

"Davin, don't mess around!" Rein could not bear to be this close to Davin, feeling his stomach tight muscles that had not yet loosened, feeling his warm gusts of breath in the cross-section area of the neck, all of this had only happened in the past and had become a past time for Rein.

"I'm not playing around, Rein." Say Davin in a softer tone of voice than before.

"If you don't play around then let me go before Tio sees us!" Rein pulled Davin's hand from his stomach but it was useless, the power was not that big.

"Rein, listen to me." Pinta Davin tightened his embrace.
