My Boss, My (Ex) Boyfriend

My Boss, My (Ex) Boyfriend
37. Very Shit!

"Sir!" Cut Rein can't take it anymore.

He turned around, looking directly at the lazy face of Davin who was now also looking at him with an uninterested expression.

"Sorry sir but I have to affirm one thing here if Tio has nothing to do with the past between us so I beg you, please don't nullify my personal life. Aren't you the one who said it before that we shouldn't be reminiscing about the past here?" Rein reminded generously.

The look in his eyes was very firm, looking haughty and not as gentle as 5 years ago. Davin was made speechless seeing the firm reaction from Rein, he was grieving, his face became sour.

"You're right, I originally thought that way. But when I saw your reaction, I didn't know why I suddenly changed my mind. Your actions seem to want to hide and cover up about Tio from me, am I right?"

Rein clenched his mouth holding patiently. He was getting more and more angry because his patience was tested many times today by Davin.

For the umpteenth time he asked himself why he never realized how irritating Davin was.

"I'm not trying to cover up or hide anything from you. I just want to remind you that Tio has nothing to do with the past between us, sir."

Davin lowered his hand. Sleep lying facing the ceiling of the room with a muffled smile on the lips. Honestly, he could not deny that his curiosity was getting disturbed to see Rein's strong desire to keep him away from Tio.

"Sir, your coffee is ready. Where should I put it?"

Rein brought a cup of coffee to Davin who was still cool to enjoy the view of the ceiling of the room that actually looked very monotonous.

"Put it there." Davin pointed towards the nightstand.

"Good, sir." Rein immediately put it there.

After that he stood back in his place originally wanted to leave. But since they were superiors and subordinates now, he asked for pleasantries to Davin as a face before going out.

"Sir, is there anything else you need?"

Davin picked up a coffee cup that was still steaming its hot steam. Rein-made coffee is always fragrant and fits snugly on Davin's tongue. Not a single person could beat the coffee Rein made for him during these years.

He took a light sip of it before replying,"There is." And he sipped his coffee again.

Rein,"...." He just asked, okay!

"My workbench is a bit dusty and dirty, please clean it up so I can be comfortable working."

Rein with a heavy heart accepted,"Well, sir. I'll clean it up soon."

He then walked out of Davin's private room. Take some wet tissue before walking up to Davin's desk. Davin always had a habit of working in a clean and comfortable place. Important documents are neatly arranged on the right while the computer will be turned off if it is in use. There's nothing on his desk except these two things, documents and and computers.

"When did he change his habits?" Rein's brows couldn't help but wrinkle when he saw it.

"He's really worse than I imagined." He was still raving even when he started working.

His rather crude hand picked up the important documents carefully without any intention of peeking at what secret was written inside. He smoothed it into one section on the right just like Davin used to do. Then after that he turned off the computer so as not to waste electrical energy even though he knew a company of this size would not lack anything.

After feeling more pleasing to the eye, Rein began to wipe the surface of the table. Get rid of dust and dirt on the table painstakingly, very quickly.

A few minutes later he finished his job very well and didn't take much time.

"Not bad." Davin's comments behind me either since when it's been standing there.

Rein turned back, walking sideways to keep his distance from Davin. Fear if too close Davin will throw cruel words again to him.

"Can I go now, sir?"

Davin brought his coffee mug that left half the volume of what Rein made on his desk. Sitting comfortably on an oversized chair without distracting her from Rein.

"Since you're here, why don't you just clean everything up?"

Rein itches wanting to pry at his ears,"..what?"

He hopes his hearing is problematic.

Davin frowned in dissatisfaction, "Are you deaf? I said clean it all up."

Rein held his breath.

"But you said it was just cleaning the desk." Rein obviously didn't want to.

"That was, but now I want you to clean up all the parts of my office. Do you mind?"

Rein wanted to say 'yes', but the determination to continue surviving reminded him generously.

"No, Sir. This is a task so how could I mind."

Seriate..
