20. Tio's Accident
"This is the salary for this month. Each one gets an extra bonus from our new Boss. He said thank you for your hard work so far for playing an important role in maintaining the cleanliness of the company." Ms Santi said before calling their names to come forward to take a salary this month.
There were happy faces mixed with satisfaction when receiving a rather thick brown envelope from the previous month.
Rein took the brown envelope and put it in the bag without opening it like the others.
"Rush Rein, you don't want to join us for food?" Mbak Anggi hastily prevented Rein from leaving.
Now she has officially become a matchmaker agent for Rein and Revan. Moreover, the brown envelope had already been bagged now so he had to turn his head to create an opportunity for Revan to get close to Rein.
Rein smiled a little, "That's it, Ma'am. I went straight home because Tio must have missed me."
"Tio come with us let him walk around." The Mbak Anggi.
"No need, Ma'am. Take a walk later if there is a next chance. Yes, Ma'am, I went home first yeah."
Mbak Anggi nodded reluctantly.
"Be careful, yeah." His message was direct with a wave of the hand by Rein.
"Rein won't come, Mommy?" Revan has been standing next to Mbak Anggi.
Mbak Anggi immediately secured his uniform pocket which was already filled with two brown envelopes. He was afraid that Revan was pulling a chance between them.
"Lo was scared of me, Ma'am. I look like someone who can't be trusted, right?"
Anggi kept his distance.
"Rein has a busy life at home so can't come along. But he said next time he'd come." Anggi's sister couldn't have told Revan that Rein had a child.
Besides wanting to keep Rein's reputation in Revan's eyes, he was also once seriously reminded by Rein to keep secrets about his son. Rein doesn't want anyone to know about his son's whereabouts.
For the exact reason Mbak Anggi does not know because it is the privacy of Rein and he has no right to interfere.
"Where's Rein's house, Ma'am? You know, don't you?"
"No, I don't know where his house is. Rein never allowed anyone to come to his house." Anggi is not lying at all.
"Well, what a pity. Though I want to mess around to her house, Ma'am."
I'm even thankful you didn't come to Rein's house. If you meet Dimas, you will misunderstand Rein and I will have to lose an additional source of money. Inner Mbak Anggi quietly rubbed his chest.
"By the way, Ma'am, I heard Rein mentioned a guy. If it's not Tio's name, is that guy Rein?"
"That's if it's not the fault of the Rein family, it's still a child and happened to be treated the same Rein in his house."
He lies very well.
"Really family. Sometimes I play with Rein around the zoo so all the pdkt."
Mbak Anggi cengengesan,"Well.ide good tuh." He said it was out of sync with his tense facial expression.
"Mommy's home!" Tio's cheerful and sweet voice welcomes Rein from the entrance of the daycare home.
Tio immediately ran when he saw Rein in front of the gate of the daycare house. He laughed loudly, filling Rein's hearing with the sweet taste of the baby's laughter. Rein's fatigue and sweat were instantly swept away by Tio's warm welcome.
"Tio is outside? Why don't you just wait for Mommy inside with Big Brother?"
Rein lowered his head to lift Tio into his arms. He kissed Tio's face many times to pour out his longing. Making Tio laugh held back amusedly.
"Mommy.hahah.belenti! Tio ticklish.." Tio held onto Rein's face to stop kissing her.
Rein put his face away.
"Tio doesn't like Mommy to kiss? Tio doesn't miss Mommy, does she?" Rein pretended to be sad.
Tio shook his head looking very adorable. He hugged Rein's neck very tightly.
"Tio miss Mommy, Tio lindu.." Whisper Tio with a serious face.
Rein could not help his smile. He wanted to kiss Tio's face again but his actions immediately stopped when he saw that something was wrong with Tio's chubby cheeks.
"Darling, Tio's face why is it so red?" Ask with a feeling of anticipation.
He touched Tio's red cheek, from whatever point of view Rein knew this was not due to being bitten by an insect but red from being hit by a blunt object.
"Because Tio is pasted toy car song with Loni (Roni)." Adu Tio started to lose his smile.
"How can.." Rein hugged Tio tightly. Smacking the top of his head many times as if whispering tranquilizing words.
Though he was actually afraid, very very afraid of the bad events that befell his son. From Tio's reply earlier he knew that this incident had happened many times.
How poor Tio is.
