67. Isn't That Enough?
"So, why Davin?" The question does not understand.
"After asking me to leave and disappear why did you suddenly come back? Why did you come back and keep snaring me? Didn't you say that we have nothing to do with the past?"
Davin closed his eyes, seconds later he reopened his eyes after rearranging the expression on his face.
"God reunited us because Tio is my son, Rein. He's Demian's blood, he'll be Demian's next heir."
"Your family heir?" Rein doesn't understand.
His wet face looked confused and absentminded.
"Didn't we have a fiancee? Why don't you ask her to give birth to a child for you to make as the heir of your family! Why take away my happiness, Davin? Why should I reclaim the only reason I survive in this world? Is that not enough today?"
Davin was silent and had no intention of answering.
"Is destroying me once not enough, Davin?" Rein flailed Davin's chest to vent his anger, but.it was very weak as his power was running out.
He was very weak and did not have much energy at the moment.
"Wouldn't all this be enough, hicks..." Ask Rein in pain.
"Please, don't take Tio away from me. Please don't take my only source of happiness in this world.I beg you.." Please Rein sounds very pitiful.
Davin was still silent, I don't know what he was thinking at the moment because from earlier his eyes could not escape from the top of Rein's head. With this close distance, he could inhale the fragrance that Rein had not inhaled for a long time. At this close distance he could hear all the frustrating and agonizing sounds of Rein. And from this close distance, Davin could reach Rein's body very easily and embrace her.

"Sorry, Rein. I can't do it. Tio is my son, my flesh and blood. Tio has to stay and live with me so she can feel a comfortable life."
Rein's hand motion stagnated, slowly he lowered his hands no longer hitting Davin's chest.
His wet face lifted, looking at Davin with a sadness that could not be hidden.
"I don't want to, I can't do it. Tio is my son, Davin! He will live comfortably only if he lives with me!" Reject Rein stubbornly.
Davin let out a long sigh, "Certainly?" Looking at Rein seriously,"Then, can you explain why Tio doesn't have any friends to play with at school? Why was he shunned by his friends? And why have you been silent to see him suffer?"
"That's.me..." Rein took a few steps back confused as to what.
This was really because he was too poor, so he couldn't defend his son from those rich people's children.
He's very poor.
"I never keep quiet"
"But you can't fight them all, can you?" Cut Davin to make Rein go straight.
He really is incapable.
Actually Davin knew if Rein must have tried hard to protect Tio, but all his efforts would not be enough to see the people who are looking for trouble to Tio all do not have a head used to think. They only rely on the snoring to think, acting arrogant just because they have a little money.
And Davin knew for sure that this must have been very difficult for Rein to get through.
"Until when, Rein?" Ask Davin now to take over the conversation.
"Tio was bullied by his schoolmates and you just kept quiet, so where's the comfort you said earlier?"
True, Rein never asked if Tio had been comfortable with him all this time or not. He never asked if Tio was comfortable living with a protracted poverty, he never asked all of this.
"And until when do you have to let Tio be like this? Don't you want to see her happy? Living comfortably, being looked upon and appreciated by everyone, don't you want to see her live like this?" Davin cornered Rein.
He made Rein question himself, directing the topic as if all of Tio's problems had stemmed from Rein's inability all along.
"Then let Tio stay with me, he'll get everything by staying with me." Said persuading.
Rein shook his head couldn't, "I can't part with Tio..."
He wanted Tio to be happy but he could not part with Tio. For him Tio was the source of his happiness, the only reason why he still survived in this world.
"If you don't want to part with Tio, then stay with me as well. You're his mother and he won't stand parting ways with you." Davin patiently persuaded Rein.
