Rein smiled slightly.
"Sir, sorry about before. You may have misunderstood something because I have absolutely no intention of reminiscing about the past between us."
Davin doesn't care.
"It's good if you think like that. The past is the past, the time has nothing to do with the present."
That easy?
Rein had no power to resist the loud cracks in his heart. How could the memories of their 3 years together have nothing to do with the present?
Huh, yeah.this is true. Because of the betrayal of their past they are now no more than two strangers who are bound by the relationship of superiors and subordinates.
"Sir, regarding the information that your secretary said, can I resign from that duty?"
Davin did not understand - no, rather he pretended not to understand what Rein wanted.
"What duty?"
Rein was much calmer than before.
"It's a matter of delivering coffee to your room every day. Can this task be transferred to another-"
"can't. My decision is final." Cut Davin indifferently.
"Sir, this is for the good of both of us. I don't want to keep stuck with you, because as you said the past has nothing to do with the present."
Rein wanted to stay away, if God allowed him to want to hide from this heartless man.
"That problem, don't get me wrong, Rein."
Seeing how arrogant this man was, Rein began to wonder in his heart.
"I'm asking you to bring coffee to my room every day not because I want to remember the past with you,"
Meet after a long time apart, speak piercingly cruel words, and act as if nothing had ever happened in those years of deceiving, whether..
"But that's because I know you need money to support yourself in this city. I'm the money provider for you, while you're a hard worker who needs my money to survive."
Was his heart never a single bit of guilt?
Was there no guilt in his heart?
"Isn't this relationship beneficial to each other?"
Rein took a deep breath. He should know that if this man's heart is so cruel and callous, it's like the days when he was left alone at home for the cliche of 'busy' work.
You scum!. Inner Rein was upset.
"This relationship is quite profitable." Said Rein without a smile.
"I know you understand. Now make me coffee before I start getting bored."
Rein picks up a tray of coffee that Davin never touched at all.
"I'll tell Miss Dinda soon"
"Don't waste too much time. Make coffee here faster better." Davin cut once again.
Rein looked at Davin flatly. They've only met for two days but Davin's been a lot of trouble. Rein knows Davin is his superior, but every command Davin makes is often against his other orders. For example like this, Davin asked him yesterday not to make coffee again but now he suddenly asked him to make coffee. Why would Rein realize that Davin is so annoying?
"Sir, didn't you forbid me from making coffee yesterday?" Rein generously reminded.
Davin took off the working glasses that had been weighing on the base of his nose for hours. His domineering aura instantly changed after no longer wearing glasses.
"Today's an exception due to an emergency. It's also your own fault for not delivering coffee."
Rein was stunned to hear the reason. He admitted it was his fault but of all the possibilities he never expected Davin would ask him to make coffee!
Hey, who yesterday arrogantly asked Rein to get rid of coffee that has been made wholeheartedly like a disgusting item?
"I. I understand, sir."
Rein naturally wanted to leave but Davin stopped.
"Where are you going?" Davin asked impatiently.
Rein pointed to the entrance.
"Go to make coffee."
"Are you deaf? Didn't I just say not to waste a lot of time and immediately make coffee here."
Rein looked around. There was no kitchen sighting he was looking for. There were only shelves of important documents, a safe, a Davin desk with a stack of documents on it, and rows of expensive sofas that had been neatly arranged.
Where's kitchen!
"But there's no kitchen?"
