My Boss, My (Ex) Boyfriend

My Boss, My (Ex) Boyfriend

I originally wanted to ask Ms. Rein for permission to leave today but Adit apparently contacted Mr. Davin this morning. Madame Rein instead ordered me to cook Adit breakfast and lunch and told me to send him to the Adit mas office. I secretly smiled happily because in this way Madame Rein did not know if I really wanted to meet with Mas Adit.

After finishing cooking breakfast and lunch for Adit mas, I then went to the Adit mas office. As Mas Adit said last night, he asked his personal driver to come pick me up so that security could be guaranteed.

On the way, both my hands were squeezing each other out of nervousness. I missed her after a long time without seeing her and I was panicking about not worrying about what words I would say when I met her later or how I should behave when I said them later.

All these thoughts flashed frantically inside my head until I didn't realize that we had reached the front of the Demian group building. I went down immediately after saying thank you to him. Taking a deep breath, with a determined, I stepped my foot into the building.

Inside the company I immediately approached the receptionist because I forgot to ask where the Adit mas office was located. Want to ask now I don't dare for fear of disturbing Adit.

Ah, how cowardly I am.

"Excuse me, madam. What floor is Adit's room, huh?" Ask any of the receptionists.

When I heard my question, the two women in charge of guarding the receptionist immediately looked at me with eyes of judgment even though they covered it politely.

"Sorry, did you have any prior appointments with Mr. Adit?" The woman I asked back asked me.

I made an appointment last night so this can still be called an appointment, right?

"I made an appointment with him." I told him.

Their eyelids fluttering strangely at me. What's wrong?

Is my appearance a bit strange or is the knee-length dress I use not very good?

"All right, wait a minute." The woman took the phone and dialed a number.

Soon the call was connected. Did he call Mas Adit?

"What's the name, mbak?"

I immediately replied, "Fine."

A few minutes later he put the phone back in its place and apologized to me.

"Sorry, madam. There is no name mbak Anggi in the schedule of Adit sir today. Ma'am may not have made an appointment with Mr. Adit." His words were indeed polite but his eyes were clearly not that smooth.

I knew that these two women were mocking me because I had long gotten used to that look.

"none? I obviously made an appointment with Mas Adit last night." I said refute them.

It wasn't a dream because Madame Rein asked me to make and deliver the dishes to Mas Adit.

The woman who had never spoken suddenly spoke to me. With a mocking smile on his lips, "Mbak, the dream is okay but there is a limit."

I can't believe what this woman is saying.

"What do you mean by that?"
