"Tio play here first well, later in the afternoon Mommy come again pick you up here."
Tio is quite intelligent at a young age, and sometimes he can be mature at too early a time. Rein sometimes likes it but at the same time also regrets it. In his heart he sighed helplessly looking at his son whom he had carefully and lovingly born with could not be separated from the man.
"okay, Mom. Tio will be waiting for Mommy here. Em, Mommy, don't be tired if Tio's afraid of Uncle Dimas again." The sweet voice from the small mouth made Rein shocked.
How did Tio know Dimas was mad at me?. Inner Rein shock.
Did Tio like to pay attention to his interaction with Dimas?
"Uncle Dimas is not angry with Mommy. He's just a spit." Rein explained.
"Hem?" Tio did not understand.
But Rein had no intention of explaining it any further. Tio is intelligent but that doesn't mean he understands adult affairs.
"Tio don't be naughty here. Play the same game until Mommy comes to pick you up, okay?"
"Okay, Mommy!"
Rein dipped the top of Tio's head before standing up. He then nodded lightly at the young lady who had been standing watching the interaction of the two of them. The young woman was one of the nannies in this daycare home.
"Please keep an eye on my son here. And this.." He gave the young lady a stock box made for Tio.
"Food for Tio. My son tends to get hungry so before coming here I took the time to make him food."
The woman smiled kindly, "Surely, you can trust Tio to me."
Rein was quite relieved to get such a warm welcome from this young lady.
"Thank you, then I'll say goodbye." He once again lowered his head to rub the top of Tio's head and lightly kissed her forehead.
After that he went to the most reputable property company in the city. She is here working as an office girl while Dimas is an employee. They rarely go together because Rein is more in the afternoon and goes home at 8 pm, while Dimas has to standby from 8 am exactly and sometimes overtime work at the office until midnight.
But according to Rein his best friend was a very responsible and loving man. He never demands Rein do anything heavy, if stubborn it is because Dimas wants Rein not to work and better keep Tio in the apartment.
Rein knew his best friend to him so well that he didn't want to burden him constantly. Rein is a high school graduate and has no skills except cleaning or kitchen. And he still insists on applying for a job with this skill.
It made Dimas frustrated at first and unwilling to talk to Rein again for a few days. But it was only a few days because Dimas was the type of man who liked to budge and could not bear not speaking. They spoke again after the cold war. Dimas reluctantly accepts the fact that Rein has now been working as a manual laborer in his office.
If asked what his best friend could stand? No, Dimas couldn't stand to see his best friend be the errand boy here and there but he could do what because Rein himself remained steadfast with the job.
"Siang Rein, you get the day shift huh?"
Rein opened her locker and pulled out the pink office girl uniform she had been using for almost 1 year.
"Yiang, Ma'am Anggi. I have a day to afternoon shift. Ma'am herself didn't take a full shift, huh?"
"Yes Rein, good shopping for kids at home. My husband lately deserted the project so we are not selling income from my work first." Mbak Anggi is now eating lunch because it has entered a break.
Rein and Mbak Anggi entered at the same time 1 year ago at this company. Unlike the others, the two of them were instantly familiar with each other and even often confided in the two. You could say they are sisters not a mother and father.
"Patience, Ma'am. I'm also at home the situation is not much different, Ma'am."
"Lo still has Dimas, Rein. Your husband's income is not messing around especially yesterday I heard employees get a pretty big bonus from our new boss." Anggi is used to talking like this.
Because he knew Rein and Dimas lived in one apartment, Mbak Anggi often joked to Rein by saying they were a married couple.
