My Love Journey's

My Love Journey's
Shit's about to go down!

"Yes, Lou?" I clamped the phone to the ear with my shoulder.

I'm packing Paul's clothes in a suitcase. Tonight he will have to fly out of town for an away game against Borussia Dortmund and will be at Dortmund for four days. It's nothing new to me, and I've been quite used to parting with him for a few days.

"Hey, B. How are you?" ask my sister nervously, or at least that's what I caught in her tone.

"good. I'm kind. How're you? You're okay, right?"

"Yes, yeah, I'm good too." He was silent for a moment and continued. "Uhm, are you busy?"

"No. Why?"

"Actually, there's something I want to talk to you and Paul about. Me, um, how about I go to your house this afternoon?" His voice was filled with anxiety, making my curiosity grow. And, I'm sure something's wrong. Louis wouldn't be nervous if he didn't make a mistake. He was quite relaxed and his carriage was always calm. The last time I saw Louis feeling guilty was four years ago when Carmen and her sister manipulated him into getting me out of Paul.

After the incident, she returned to a rehabilitation center and was discharged a year later. At that moment, I saw my little sister had returned home. I mean, he's really clean and I believe it's because up until now I've been watching him.

I cringe. "OK." I said, feeling better to wait until he arrived and told her the problem. "But, I don't think Paul can join us this afternoon. He's rehearsing, and maybe it'll be a new afternoon."

"I'll talk to you, then. All right, I'll see you later."

"Alright, bye."

"Bye."

After finishing packing Paul's clothes into the suitcase, I rushed to the kitchen to prepare food for my lunch with Louis. Just as I was putting the salad on the dining table, the sound of the doorbell rang out.

"Hey," I hugged Louis while he kissed me on my forehead. "Let's go in, I've prepared your favorite meal." I said, then led the way into the house.

She smiles. "How are you?"

"Besides being bored of being cooped up in the house and not knowing what to do, I'm fine. At least I can still survive without needing a therapist."

Louis's laughter sounded. "You're not going to need a therapist, B" he said.

"Well, now no. But, I'm not sure I can maintain my sanity any longer." I sat opposite her at the dinner table, smiling proudly at my very fit looking sister. He looks handsome in a white shirt suit, bright blue jeans, and white sneakers. His arm and chest muscles were beautifully imprinted on his shirt.

"You'll be fine, B." he murmured. "Baked meat and salad, huh? It was not in vain that I came here." he said, wiping his hands, impatiently wanting to devour food.

I was happy to see his spirit, though not too sure how much longer that expression would last. If you look at his tone in the phone call earlier, Louis seems to be in quite serious trouble.

We did lunch while chatting about Dad who was lately crazy about horse riding. Paul and I bought him as his birthday present three months ago. He was very happy, and everyday just spent playing and taking care of his horse which he named Crackers.

"So, what's up, hm?" I asked as soon as we spent lunch and now sit in my backyard. I made Louis coffee and tea for myself.

Louis cleared his throat, suddenly looking agitated. He took a quick glance at me and then turned back to throw a glance towards the swimming pool. His mouth was open to say something. "Well," He gulped, cleared his throat once more. "Something happened in...."

"BIANK!!!"

I frowned, stood up and stepped closer to him. "Paul, hey, why..." Suddenly he ran and lunged at my sister blindly.

My eyes and mouth opened wide. I was so shocked that for a moment I just fell silent and saw Paul hit Louis.

"Paul, I can explain. It's just a problem." said Louis, but he didn't get to continue because Paul kept hitting him.

"I don't need your explanation, asshole!" He again swung his fist at Louis's now bloody face.

With my body trembling in panic, I forced a step closer to them. "Paul, hey, hey, hey..." I managed to hold her hand just before she hit Louis back. As forcefully as I pushed her away from Louis and knelt down and cupped my sister in the face. "Oh, God..."

I turned my head, looking at Paul with a confused and angry look. "What is wrong with you?" spray me before turning to Louis and helping him sit down.

"Let me beat him up, Bianka!" paul was full of anger. "You know what he's doing? He just ruined my life, God damn it!" Paul gritted his jaw.

"What do you mean?" I looked at the two of them alternately with frowns. Louis was silent, wiping the blood flowing from his nose and mouth. "Are you okay?"

He's nodding. "I'm good." His eyes turned to Paul. "I'm sorry. Give me a chance to explain everything."

Pau grunting. "Omong empty! Get out of my house and never show up in front of me. I don't promise to let you go if we meet again" said Paul, then spit and went inside the house. Leaving Louis and I in the backyard.

I was still standing there, staring at his back in a confused state. As long as I've known him, I've never seen Paul that angry, no matter what. I just felt like I didn't know him at all. I just realized he wasn't even looking at me. It's really a nightmare.

"I'm sorry, B." Louis' voice pulled me back.

I closed for a moment, sighed a few times then turned around and turned my head. "What the fuck, Lou? Why is Paul so mad at you?" I asked while trying to calm my heartbeat.

He avoided my gaze. "There's a problem at the club" he said, standing up from the ground and sitting on a chair with his head down. Both hands are on the head. He began to tell her what was causing Paul to be so angry.

"Oh my God, Lou..." I closed my mouth with both hands. "You, how could you do that?" I can't believe this. Paul had been very kind to help him but what he did was stab him in the back. Good Lord!

"I know, I know I was wrong. I just think it can add to the revenue and make the club even more crowded. And, I didn't expect it to be like this in the end" he said with a regretful expression.

"How long have you been doing that?"

"Last year," he sighed softly, not daring to look at me.

"Really, Louis, drugs? Gosh..." I shook my head. "What's in your head until you dare to take that step? You know how bad your life used to be because of that damn thing, right? Did you forget what happened first? Do you even think of Paul giving you a chance by letting you take care of the club? He bought the club for you so you could have your own future. Oh, Lord... Aren't you thinking of Dad or me?"

"I don't know how to deal with this. I don't know what to tell Paul to ease his anger. You know how serious this is, don't you?" connect me, and he nodded.

"I'm really sorry, B. I'm..."

I raised my hand to stop him. "Go home, there's no point in you being here right now." I patted him on the shoulder a few times. "I'll call you later." I said, then turned around and went inside the house.
