Absolute Soul
81. Salvia vs Two Blackouts

Right after the end of the Welcoming Tournament with Jack's victory from the Verna Group, many battles between Blazer and Verg at various corners of Adele.

In addition to the arrival of Verg in the city that suddenly caused a panic of the citizens, there are also a large number of foreign Blazers who not only fight against Verg, but also a large number of people, These foreign Blazers actually injured and killed many Blazers on Adele's side.

"What the fuck?!"

"You're Blazers, aren't you? Not working together against Verg but instead killing a fellow!"

"traitors? No, they must be criminal Blazers from a black organization!"

The fight between Blazers makes the residents more confused about the situation, even though it looks tens to hundreds of Verg managed to enter the city but what Blazer did instead fight each other to kill each other.

The chaos spread to almost all corners of Adele, of course, thanks to the warning sirens and the shock caused by the Blazers' fight, the Adele community immediately evacuated to the evacuation site.

One of the areas that suffered the most damage was attacked by Verg and the criminal Blazer of the Blackout was the area around the Skymaze Academy.

Thanks to the Welcome Tournament, almost all Blazers in every corner of Adele gathered in the arena to watch the final match between the Verna Group and the Salvia Group that was so anticipated, especially Jack's last fight against Haikal.

Unfortunately, it is actually used by black organizations such as Blackout to launch an attack on one of the big cities of Wulodhasia.

"Heh, the festival is quite a scene as well" said one man watching all the chaos from one of the tallest buildings standing in the middle of the city. He smiled widely watching the buildings collapse and the townspeople were slaughtered one by one by the wandering Verg.

While the man was busy enjoying the snacks he brought while watching the terrible scenery that happened to Adele from the top of the building, a small black vortex that grew increasingly larger created several steps behind him.

A mysterious cloaked figure stepped out from within the black vortex as if it was a normal thing for him. He came to the man who was busy enjoying the view of Adele's fall on the roof of the building.

"Dematora, how many times have I told you, don't mess around with the mission this time," said the mysterious figure with a voice disguised by the sound of the machine, "We must not fail in this mission, this time, you know."

Dematora clucked resentfully in response to the words of the mysterious cloaked figure, "Whispering, Nigel. I know the order the chairman gave me."

"After all, they won't die just because of low-level opponents and Normal-class Verg downwards." He threw away the pack of snacks he had eaten, then got up to his feet while putting his hands in his pants pocket.

"Then, if they really die? You dare to take responsibility?" Nigel's machine voice might sound ordinary and flat, but Dematora could tell there was a threat behind the words.

Dematora developed a wide smile that seemed terrible to answer Nigel's question, "If they die it means only to the extent that they are capable. Blackout doesn't need weaklings like them."

"Snow Javelin – Barrage!"

Salvia threw a dozen of her snow spears towards the enemy at once, but she had already displayed this stance many times in the past tournament, so her attacks had already been anticipated and avoided easily by her opponent.

"Heh, we've seen your attacks many times before! We're not that stupid to attack without preparation!" One of the Blackout members immediately approached Salvia after successfully dodging the attack.

"The Blizzard Bullet Dominion!" Salvia pulled all the snow bullets that had been scattered in these various directions towards the Blackout members as a midpoint and charged at them all at once.

With the unexpected attack that most of Salvia's opponents fell instantly, while the rest still survive because it is beyond the reach of Salvia's style.

"This is the power of a Blazer candidate? The chairman must be kidding." One of the Blackout Blazers was wide-eyed to see Salvia's attack far beyond his expectations, even though to his knowledge Blazer's candidate was even weaker than Newbie's level Blazer.

And Salvia? The girl who was their target? He could even defeat several Intermidate Blazers in a single strike. If it wasn't for Salvia holding back from wanting to kill the opponent, perhaps they would have already stopped breathing while shivering with the cold on the floor.

Jack's guess about the purpose of Blackout attack on Adele in fact did not miss, they really targeted and arrested Salvia and the finalists of the Welcome Tournament to be recruited and increase their strength.

Talent as high as Salvia and Verna is very difficult to find a comparison in this generation so no wonder both are targeted by many people, even black organizations like Blackout though.

Jack, Cecil, and Haikal themselves are not very talented based on the initial assessment, but over time the three began to be noticed, especially Jack and Haikal who continue to surprise many parties along with their fight.

Heru is not arguably as talented as Salvia or Verna, but as one of the finalists and people who can beat Jade Phoenix, Heru cannot be missed. If left unchecked the young man could have grown stronger and become one of the great Blazers that could trouble Blackout in the future.

For that before they develop and grow stronger in the future, Blackout decides to kidnap them and make Haikal and others as Blackout members.

"But if this is how a layman like us can't possibly catch them," the inner one of the Blackout members after seeing the power of Salvia being able to subvert two Intermidate-level Blazers at once.

There is no Blazer of their level who does not collapse his confidence when he sees the strength of a Blazer candidate as strong as Salvia.

Although it was indeed the moves that Salvia had put in just now able to defeat several Intermidate level Blazers at once in a single attack, it was not a technique that could be used carelessly.

Spreading a large amount of snow into hundreds of particles, then collecting them into one at many points at once in a wide scope that reaches dozens is not easy. Salvia needed a large amount of soul energy to exert the Blizzard Bullet Dominion.

"And now my soul energy remains only a little." Salvia could figure out the amount of soul energy she had left after the massive attack just now, she was only able to exert a few medium-powered attacks before her entire soul energy was completely drained away.

Salvia turned her gaze to Haikal who was still asleep on top of her Snow Cloud snowflake, "Had I had as much soul energy as Haikal, if I had, maybe I can deploy more Blizzard Bullet Dominions and defeat them at once."

A few moments passed after Salvia thought about it while looking at Haikal's sleeping face, unknowingly being overwhelmed by Haikal's expression she had never seen. His face immediately flushed so stupefied.

"What am I doing in the middle of this fight?!" Salvia shook her head vigorously expelling useless thoughts, then refocused on the fight she was in.

"Half in the middle of a fight like this, we're really underrated!"

"But this is a chance!"

The remaining Blackout members did not miss this golden opportunity, they directly lunged forward approaching Salvia at high speed. The careless Salvia could not respond to their attacks all at one time.

Zraats!
