Absolute Soul
93. Haikal Plan

"Do you understand what you're saying, Haikal?" Jack squinted his eyes at Haikal after learning what Haikal's next move was.

Haikal sighed for a moment before raising his voice again, "I know this is a selfish request, but I think that with our departure the threat of refugees will be reduced, at least from the Blackout."

Jack massaged his slightly throbbing forehead hearing Haikal's plan, "Don't it then that Blackout would be easier to get you guys?"

"I know and I've been investigating about Blackout a while ago." Haikal then explains everything he knows about this criminal organization in as much detail as possible to Jack, Salvia, and all the people who are still in the room.

Haikal's explanation makes many of those who hear him frown feeling worried they can not go through all this well, while Jack himself stroked his chin a little surprised to see Haikal know some things about this detailed Blackout.

The name Blackout itself is quite famous as a criminal organization that often makes chaos in various countries, Wulodhasia is no exception. In recent years Wulodhasia has also been targeted by Blackout but the scale of the attack and damage is not as large as it is now.

Although the name Blackout is well known to most Skymaze Academy Blazer candidates, most of them know only the name and actions of Blackout, not in detail, while the information that Haikal describes is arguably a little better than the news on television.

"Their combat power consists mostly of Intermidate and Advance-level Blazers, then have Expert-level Blazers or more who usually lead each of their activities" Haikal concluded.

Many of those who listened to Haikal's explanation were worried but not a few who were skeptical of Haikal considering as a candidate for Blazer, let alone still first class Haikal knowing this deep information.

Haikal smiled faintly at the doubts of some of his friends, "Look down, I got this information from the principal about a month ago, not in a weird way."

Although Haikal was honest, they did not immediately believe the young man's words. It then made Sakuya intercede, "What Haikal conveyed was indeed reality."

"I, Sakuya Hirogami who is one of Harbinger Skymaze can guarantee the truth of Haikal's information" Sakuya said trying to convince Haikal not as they think.

Sakuya's words managed to shake their skeptical minds towards Haikal, they then remembered Haikal's inability to awaken the Soul Arc to date. It is hard to argue that Haikal had any connection to Blackout given this fatal flaw.

Sakuya also added some small details that Haikal had not touched upon before, "Then, according to the latest information from the Headmaster of one of the most important members of Blackout, Spaceless Blazer took part in this mess."

Most of the disciples who heard him tilting their heads did not understand what or who the Spaceless Blazer was, but to those who knew about it their expressions turned bad, including the Haikal group.

Haikal and his friends had actually suspected that the Spaceless Blazer had something to do with this incident, especially regarding the sudden appearance of Verg in large numbers, but they hoped that the assumption was wrong.

"For those who don't know it, Spaceless Blazer is a fugitive Blazer who is very dangerous because of his Soul Arc ability." Sakuya also explained about the power of Spaceless Blazer that can manipulate space and time.

"Manipulating space and time?"

Not a few of them were surprised to learn there was such an capable Soul Arc, some even felt their knees lose steam and collapse to the floor. It was not surprising considering the power based on space and time could be said to be almost invincible.

Sakuya smiled faintly at the reaction of most of the people in the room upon hearing his explanation, but her fading smile was replaced next to her raised eyebrows as her gaze fell on Haikal who seemed to remain calm.

"Haikal, do you think you might have known about the Spaceless Blazer and its capabilities?" Sakuya could not help but be curious to see Haikal's reaction.

"Yes, around that." Sakuya blinked her eyes several times in disbelief Haikal even knew this information, even though this young man was still sitting in the first grade as a candidate for Blazer.

Different from him who has a special identity in the form of Harbinger Skymaze, Haikal is just an ordinary first-class Blazer candidate. Knowing the existence of the Spaceless Blazer was one thing, but until his abilities and fugitive grades were abnormal for students of his level.

While Sakuya was still shocked and astonished, Jack patted her on the shoulder and said, "Here you go, it's better not to mess around too much. His knowledge of the per-Blazeran dark world is also not small."

Jack then looked at Haikal who now explained more about the Spaceless Blazer and Blackout to the extent that his knowledge was followed by Sakuya who was still a little surprised, "He's got a pretty dark past and it's all in touch with the world of Blazer and Verg."

"I heard rumors that the reason Haikal wanted to be a Blazer was similar to you, Jack." Sakuya then turned her attention to Jack, "Is that true?"

Jack was silent for a while before nodding softly, "Yes, that can be said."

"So from that I understand that even though his attitude this time is selfish and endangers his life, I will not be able to stop him," Jack added with a heavy sigh and stood up. At first glance, a look of sadness in Jack's pupils, but only for a few moments.

Sakuya opened her mouth wanting to say something to Jack but nothing could be delivered, all caught in the throat and finally swallowed back. He understood Jack's feelings a little, though he didn't exchange words much.

"Okay, I think that's more than enough." Jack clapped his hands for attention and stopped Haikal, who appeared to be late in revealing Blackout information he knew, "We will soon set out to escort the refugees to the southern evacuation site. Prepare what to prepare."

Most of the students who were in the room compactly nodded and readied themselves after Jack's direction, while the flashy blonde-haired youth walked over to Haikal and patted him on the shoulder.

"I'll go with you guys."

Jack's words successfully made Haikal and others widen their eyes. Haikal reacted earlier than the others, "Jack, are you serious? Isn't your strength more needed to keep the refugees heading for the evacuation site?"

"It's true, but I've left it to the experts." Jack pointed at Sakuya.

"Send it to me! As long as there is no Verg above the Chimera class then I can make sure everything will be safe!" Sakuya puffed her chest proudly feeling pleased Jack recognized himself as an expert.

Jack chuckled at the drastic change in Sakuya's expression from a moment ago, he did know that this striped girl from the Sengoku Empire was indeed easy to comfort.

Haikal himself smiled faintly for a moment before turning to Heru, Salvia, Verna, and Cecil who were behind him, "Then what else are we waiting for?"

"Let's go to the eastern district immediately! Our goal is to reduce as much Verg as possible coming to buy time!"

After exclaiming so Haikal wanted to step towards the exit followed by Salvia and others, but not even two steps of the robe wrapped in his body stepped on by Jack caused Haikal to suffocate and fall to the floor.

Haikal wanted to wave a curse but before that Jack had already raised his voice first, "First you need decent clothes."
