"Are you stupid, an idiot, both, or even worse than that?" gerutu Verna was still furious with the actions of his two best friends who thoughtlessly lunged at a flock of enemies.

"Sorry." Haikal and Heru scratched their heads while smiling dryly not wanting to answer or deny Verna's words. Both are aware that their actions can invite danger if something unexpected happens.

Lucky as long as the two fight against a group of Ant-Bee in the framework of the competition that no other Verg came so that nothing bad happened, but after fighting several Vergs at once without the help of Haikal or Heru it is impossible not to return unharmed.

Ant-Bee is a low-class Verg that even Newbie-level Blazers are capable of dealing with even if one-on-one, but the strength of the Verg Insect-class does not lie in each individual but rather how large their numbers are.

After the small incident the Haikal group continued their journey towards the mouth of the river. They met Verg several times who roamed, but all Verg was nothing more than a Normal class so it could be handled well.

On this journey also Haikal and Heru realized there was something different from Cecil.

Heru who heard Haikal's question raised next to his eyebrow before turning his head towards Cecil, "I thought that when fighting him in the previous match it was just my feeling, but after further attention it turns out my instincts are not wrong."

Haikal and the others immediately slowed down their steps while preparing their respective Soul Arc, of course except Haikal who had not been able to awaken his Soul Arc so as to activate the Soul Saber in his hand.

They all equally argue that the person Cecil is referring to is not a good figure so should be prepared if the fight is inevitable.

It did not take long for the six to be able to see the cloaked figure with the naked eye, then stop the steps simultaneously not messing with the formation.

Haikal and Heru widened their eyes for a moment looking at the dozens of flying daggers, they immediately remembered who this hooded figure was, "You...."

"True, it's me! The Knives Drive technique user you've defeated!" The figure laughed out loud for a moment before introducing himself, "My name is Shear Hancliff, maybe you can remember this name from now on."
