The next morning was bright and fresh as I joined the rest of the family at the fancy hotel restaurant for breakfast, I felt that morning was amazingly good. Even in the morning I had laughed until I chuckled because Neha had just told me that she had gotten her watch back from Joshi. When Joshi was knocked unconscious after being severely beaten by Kak Sanjeev and HansH, it was a pity for him to miss the opportunity. Not only did he take back his hand-given watch, but he also took a cell phone and cash from Joshi's wallet then gave it to a vagrant. More than that, Neha also took her car keys and sim and threw them into the trash.
Geez, I didn't expect that my best friend would do that, how compatible we were with each other's behavior. Eh? Ahaha!
"Just be wild. He should be taught a lesson. I'm so pissed at that asshole."
"Oh, Neha, you're so sadistic, so sorry for that poor man" I said, laughing. "What you're doing is evil."
"Taking something from a bad person is not a crime, you know!" Neha's evil laughter filled my room.
Yeah, Neha's story keeps my morning entertained. Joshi deserves retribution because he hurt my best friend.
Before me and Neha get to the table to join the others, I realized that morning Sheveni and Nandini sneaked out before we woke up to go shopping in the morning, and that it was Vicky and Vikram who were forced to get involved in the activity, and now an impressive line of shopping bags filled the floor under our table. And I also realized there was a beautiful girl sitting next to my lover. He's Violin, Sheveni's friend. The girl who asked HansH to dance last night and HansH refused. But he was persistent as well. He continued to struggle despite the rejection.
All right, I thought, where I'm occupying. Let's just see, will my handsome girlfriend stay there or move to sit next to me? Neha and I sat on the side - in a row of empty chairs.
"Hi, good morning everyone" I said.
"Oh, Sister-in-law, you've come" Nandini said.
"How are you, son? You're all right, right?"
"Yes, Bi, I'm fine. By the way, where's HansH? Has anyone seen him?"
O-ow, everyone was dumbfounded at a loss then looked at me with question marks hanging overhead then gazed at HansH. "What's wrong?" the question was asked by some people.
"Hey, what do you mean, honey?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "Maybe he doesn't want breakfast. Otherwise, the seat next to me wouldn't be empty."
"Oh, oh, oh, oh." led some people.
HansH is even grinning. "I'm sorry. I'm insensitive," he said. He also moved to sit by my side.
This victory is so easy to get. No need to fuss let alone act cheaply. Pitying the girl who was chasing after HansH, her face immediately turned sour and she raised a dislike look at me.
"I'm sorry I didn't see you just now" I said to HansH, who now wore a charming smile, as he sat next to me with his radiant face. "You didn't have an empty seat next to you. So I guess my boyfriend isn't here." Then I whispered as I leaned closer, "Even I thought you were someone else's lover."
HansH chuckled, then he whispered back. "I like your jealousy. You're so adorable."
He would've snatched me into a passionate kiss if we were alone. I realized the way HansH looked at me, his eyes were always filled with love that radiated so real.
After breakfast and before returning home to Birmingham, we decided to pamper our eyes at the stunning grounds, home of the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland. The place was unusually large, a vast field of neatly trimmed grass stretching as far as the eye could see, with rows of classic trees visible in the distance as well as old trees standing stand alert around the neatly maintained geometric garden. It was impossible not to be impressed by the luxurious beauty of this place. When we arrived at the huge, puffed-up stone palace, glowing almost white under the morning sun, our chatter halted as we observed everything. It's a very proper place for a princess, really a dream location, and I can hardly believe that now I'm here.
"Want to have a wedding here?" hansh asked suddenly.
If that were to happen, how happy I would be. But no, it's not a proper place for me: the deceitful girl. My marriage to HansH was not that good until it was properly held in a garden of heaven like this.
"No. Our marriage is simple. I'm not a princess even if you're a prince. Besides, I know your sister wouldn't like it, and she's gonna get me more and more into Cinderella, the ash hick."
HansH*china. "Why should you think about it? Why don't you just ignore it? No, like it, it's our wedding."
"You're a nag, yeah. Do you want to marry me or not? If you want, we marry her simply, okay? No debate!"
Surrender. He put his shoulders together and said, "Just up to you. I'll obey."
"good. But, My HansH...."
"But what?"
"When our wedding is simple" I said, I held my hand and I held her from behind, "you still have to prepare a super beautiful bridal room for me. Make our bridal night beautiful and memorable. Are you gonna do it for me? Hmm?"
HansH laughs. "So bad" he commented. "You're so impatient apparently. Do you often imagine that moment with me? Hmm?"
He stepped closer, quickly stomping me into his arms. "Do you mind, madam? I dream of you every night. And those beautiful moments always revolve around my mind all night. There's only you. I. and our love is as beautiful as heaven."
Geez, I looked up at her, caught the look of love in her eyes and felt my heart beating so hard. It was then that he snatched me into a passionate kiss while the audience cheered.
I'm appalled.
"That's great...!" parvani with a camera in his hand.
Ughhhh!
"You're recording us? Huh huh? You naughty!" HansH pinched both cheeks of his youngest sister in a fit of anxiety.
Oh, thank goodness. I looked around, there was no Aunt Heera around us.
While grinning like a naughty teenager, HansH pulled me back to our minibus parking lot. Really, it was a fun, as well as embarrassing, event.
"What?" I asked when we were on the other side of the minibus, free from the view of others. "Why are you looking at me like that? Hmm?"
A wide smile crossed his face as he clasped my hand. "You repeat that? One more, please...?"
"I wouldn't do it if I were you!"
Flinched, HansH and I turned to the source of the voice. Kareena, the blond girl was standing in front of us while removing the hair from her wind-blown eyes.
"You want to ruin another girl's life? Hm? You want to find another victim? That's enough, you bastard! You've done enough damage. You've taken my virginity but you don't want to take responsibility. What losers! May God punish you immediately!"
Ah, sadist! I watched with resignation as he held the bag to his shoulder and wandered away.
"I never did that" HansH said, drawing my attention back. He put both hands on my shoulder. "Please, trust me, please?"
I sighed deeply and was just about to speak when Kareena cut in, "Omong-by the way," he said as he turned, "he's a loser, but his wobble is fantastic on the bed."
"Because!" HansH beaver. "Stop your bullshit!"
But the girl did not heed him and instead immediately left.
HansH's restless. "The story" he said, "you believe me, right? Don't believe what the girl said. That's not all right."
"Which part?"
"Everything. It's all a lie."
"liying? Are you sure?"
"really. Trust me. It was all a lie. I swear to you."
"Okay, My HansH, now look me in the eye." I nodded, looking into her eyes as if I were looking for honesty. "So, is that all a lie? Means...you...? You're not good in bed?"
Oops!
Ahaha! I was excited to see HansH wonder* loudly. "You're serious, anyway. I always believed you."
"That's not funny!"
"But you're funny. You're always adorable!"
"Oath! You're not sane, honey!"
"Let it be, the important thing is that you always love me. I love you so much!"
