Self Healing
Episode 33 Return to Jakarta

I have returned to my parents' house, after a long journey from Langga Payung to Kelapa Gading (North Jakarta). After the day before, Tyo and I had left from Rantau Prapat for Medan by train and this afternoon, the three of me were with my parents who had picked me up in Medan, riding the iron bird to Jakarta.

Meanwhile, Tyo returned home to Rantau Prapat by taking the daytime train.

"Alhamdulillah, I miss this room! The mattress is super soft, hopefully wake up later, my back does not hurt anymore" said in a heart that really misses the atmosphere in my room.

The room I've occupied with Mbak Hana, since I was in 6th grade Elementary until I got married. The room that somehow we had changed the color of the wall and ceiling paint, when the school holidays arrived. We both bought paint, then painted our own rooms. Not infrequently, my sister's second room which is only separated by a sliding door, also I redesigned.

Not only the business of paint-painting the wall, even for the business of rearranging by shifting or moving furniture in the room, we are always the two of us who work on it. Until last, I got the job from my father to make a wardrobe and a place to put a collection of books and objects that we have for my room and my two sisters. Be I make 2 built-in wardrobes and a credenza that is very suitable for the needs of the four of us. In addition to the wardrobe there is also a hanging closet, on my bed and Mbak Hana, to put a collection of books, stamps and many more, which are both ours.

"Lin, you better sleep in the middle room, which yesterday was used as the bridal room," said the mother who surprised me.

"Why? Do I want to sleep here?" my protest.

"In the room there, the mattress is orthopedic, so that your body is not sore anymore, it will be more comfortable if you sleep there," replied the mother.

"Oiya, the comfortable mattress is there. All right, I'm moving there!" I shouted while pushing the suitcase containing my clothes.

"Don't forget to call Tyo" said the mother who walked behind me.

My mother's words reminded me of my promise to contact Tyo as soon as I got home. I looked towards the clock hanging on the wall of the TV room, which had been shown at 15:00 WIB, which meant Tyo had been on the train to Rantau Prapat.

"Assalamu'alaikum" Tyo said as he answered my phone.

"Wa'alaikumsalam" I replied.

"Hey, are you home?" ask Tyo in a very warm tone.

"Alhamdulillah, it's in the room" I replied.

"Alhamdulillah, must be tired. What did you eat on the plane?" ask Tyo back.

"Eating that does not make you full, so just wait for the baggage I buy bread first," I replied with a voice of laughter across there.

"Bumil does have to eat a lot, so until the house just eat, right?"

"Yes dong, now he's full. I ate too, right?" askaku.

"Oiya, do not forget tomorrow directly check to dr. Safitri at Ekasari Hospital, he was a lecturer when he was in college," said Tyo reminded me.

"I'm God, tomorrow morning, list it immediately" I replied.

"Tomorrow don't forget to tell you, yes," pinta Tyo.

"Well!"

Then, I stopped my phone call and laid myself in my bed.

"Alhamdulillah, my back..," I said in my heart.

By the time I entered my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I had aches and pains in some joints, especially in my spine. Sleeping on a foam mattress does have quite a lot of impact on my body. Every day I wake up with back pain, due to a thin foam mattress. Back on the orthopedic bed, I wish my body could be refreshed.

The next day, I woke up with a body that felt very comfortable, without pain in my back that for the last 3 months I had experienced and according to plan, I checked myself into one of the obstetricians that Tyo recommended to me, because he was Tyo's lecturer at the college and I trusted his choice for me.

The waiting room of RSIA Ekasari in the morning is already crowded with pregnant mothers and young mothers with their babies. Seeing tiny babies in the arms of the mother or in the stroller, makes me impatient to wait for the birth.

"Previse where?" ask dr. Lucky me.

"At Rantau Prapat, in dr. Erkha," I replied while showing my pregnancy checkbook.

Dr. Lucky opened and read every page, and with a frown, he asked me, "Kok, the examination is all right? Why isn't the examination routine?"

"Her husband is a general practitioner in the garden, Doc," replied the mother.

"Ooo, can you check yourself at dong's house? Trus, where's her husband?"

"Still in the garden, later leave to Jakarta if it is near birth. What week is safe, Doc?" answer me and then ask.

"Hmm usually at the age of 38-42 weeks, if now." dr. Lucky was silent for a moment while reading the caption on my book of readings.

"Now it's only been 30 weeks, huh? That means 8 weeks at the earliest. Yuk, I check first," said dr. Lucky's.

I immediately lay down on the check bed, then dr. Lucky, poured the gel over my stomach for the ultrasound.

"Hmm the position is good, the head is down. Here it is listed already 31 weeks, fetal weight, 1450 grams, length 40 cm. Thank God, everything is normal. The umbilical cord location is also good, the position is all good," explained dr. Lucky's.

After that, I sat back in the consulting chair with my mother.

"If from the results of the ultrasound, the estimate of the fastest birth in early May, at the age of 38 weeks, hopefully the weight of the fetus up to 3 kg, yes."

"Existing supplements and vitamins are continued only, I will not give you a new prescription. Now start breathing exercises to prepare for childbirth later, participating in pregnant gymnastics can also help relaxation," continued dr. Lucky's.

After the consultation was over, I asked dr. Lucky beyond my pregnancy or later delivery.

"Sorry Doc, can you?"

"Yes, please."

"Doctors still teaching at UI?"

My question made him throw his eyes at me.

"Kok know I taught at UI, are you my student?"

"Oh not Doc, but my husband. He's class of '98" I replied.

"Oiya your husband is a doctor in the garden. I'm still teaching. Oiya, when is your husband here? She'll be with you at delivery, right?" ask dr. Lucky's.

"It's Allah, Doc, it will not be long until here, I immediately gave birth," I replied.

"Hmm if you have started mules every day, you can be told to come. If the estimated birth, at the earliest it was late May and no later than mid-June, around May 25 to June 10," explained dr. Lucky's.

After the examination was completed, I immediately sent an SMS about my delivery taxation, so that Tyo could take care of leave permit in accordance with the estimated date.

"In the Lord, the 24th, Mass leave until the 5th of June."

I also prayed, so that my baby was born when Tyo was still in Jakarta.
