Self Healing
Episode 58 Mediation of the First Trial

When all is a trick, when all is to pursue treasure, then it ends already when he finds another.

"Connect me ! Divorce me now !" write a short message to Tyo.

"Wait, I want an istikharah first," replied Tyo briefly which really made me laugh amusedly.

Want me to return the message like this, "Istikharah? Is the time you do all your tricks the fruit of istikharah?

But I just kept quiet because there was no point in arguing against the traitor.

I began to recount everything from the beginning, how the process of both of us until we finally married and I was able to draw the conclusion, that in fact he never loved me sincerely, he said, it all started from my best friend who Tyo ate round and round.

"Yo, his father Lina wants to have a hospital, who knows you can later be asked to manage it, so the director of the hospital, it's cool !"

With the lure, Tyo finally began to approach me and at the beginning of our marriage, the facilities of both my parents were indeed quite dazzling. However, years later the position and treasure he imagined did not come.

Financial help from my father did not come according to his wishes, as when I sold my car and then bought a bigger one, according to our needs, he had to take a pocket out of his pocket to add to his shortcomings, that's about 25 million rupiahs. Where we both did not have such a large deposit, all this was due to the salary that Tyo received, directly into his account and not once did he transfer it to my account. Since moving to Batam, all financial matters, Tyo was the one who arranged it, my request to set aside some of his income to my account I never got.

Tyo finally filed a lawsuit that contains all the lies and slander to me, which made me inevitably have to attend the hearing in Jakarta accompanied by Wawan.

It went on until I ended this marriage, there were no rupiahs he sent me, so the treasure was a dream in our trial.

The actual information that will happen, I convey it entirely to our divorce trial mediator.

"So Miss Lina left the house ?" mediator asked referring to Tyo's statement on his lawsuit.

"No, I didn't leave the house, but the move had been planned for almost six months. Then, after we agreed on a mutual decision, then Tyo drove me and the children to my parents' house in Jogja from Batam."

"Lho so the move from Batam to Jogja, not from Semper to Kelapa Gading like Pak Tyo's lawsuit ?"

"Yes sir, we previously lived in Batam for ten years and a few years ago, my parents moved to Jogja. By which Tyo meant Kelapa Gading, it was the home of my parents before, which had now been bought by my father's sister, whereas Semper was the home of his uncle Tyo, whereas we had never lived in Semper. I moved because of a mutual decision, I knew my position as a wife, it was impossible to go without permission, while for shopping at the greengrocer who used to pass in front of the house only, he said, I asked permission to Tyo, especially for far-away business. Especially during our wedding, Tyo never let me go alone, he always drove me and the kids for a vacation to my parents' house or her. Later when the holidays are over, he will come to pick us all up, it lasts as long as we are married" I replied at length.

I also noticed the expression of the mediator who was amazed at the information I gave contrary to the description of the lawsuit that Tyo filed.

"So it's not true, that Miss Lina left the house, huh ?"

"Yes, Sir. I was escorted back to my parents' house" I replied firmly.

I also saw the mediator scratching the paper in front of him while shaking his head.

"For children, where is the position now, huh ?" ask the mediator back.

"Everything's the same as me in Chicago, sir. They all went to school there" I replied.

"Oo well, it means that for children there is no problem" said the mediator.

"Sir, may not if I ask for custody of one of the children. Ara, our second child, she is the most loving and caring person to me. If he can, he'll come with me" asked Tyo, who made me take a deep breath.

"Can't, Mr. Tyo. You must not separate any of the children and custody of the children until the age of seventeen, absolutely held by the mother, unless the mother declares she is unable to care for him" explained the mediator.

"But sir, are there no exceptions?" it was Tyo who made me have to express all his treatment to Ara.

"Beloved one, huh? The most loving Ara is with you? But did you forget, Ara is the child you punish the most? Even you have the heart to expel Ara when night comes?! I can't imagine that Ara you foster, Ara can run in the streets because you kicked out!"

"Yes sir, Tyo once expelled Ara, who was about six years old at that time, just for trivial reasons, well it could be that the children sometimes they do not want to be obedient and arranged. But Tyo was suddenly furious, then told me to put Ara's clothes in the bag, then Tyo also threw money, some fifty thousand sheets, but I don't remember how many in total. He told Ara to go and find a plane ticket to Jakarta by herself" I explained full of emotion.

I saw the mediator's expression, astonished by my explanation, shook his head again and recorded all the statements I gave. While Tyo seemed very upset with the statement I gave, which was very different from his lawsuit.

"What about the division of property? Gono-gini treasure? Is there anything to be done here?" ask our trial mediator.

"Nothing" I replied firmly.

"It's all settled," I continued.

"But what car?" ask Tyo to me.

"What happened to the car?" askaku.

"I bought the car" replied Tyo.

I smiled wryly at her words too.

"But you bought the car with the capital from the father, after all his STNK on my behalf, why you asked again, obviously it's my right," I said in a statement.

"Hmm, so the car's in Bu Lina's name?" ask mediator.

"Yes, sir."

"But I pay the installments every month until paid off," Tyo argued.

I saw the mediator's father smiling slightly, while I felt Tyo was embarrassing himself.

"Pak Tyo, even if you pay for it, but if it is in the name of Bu Lina, then it is the property of Bu Lina completely. It all depends on whose name, that's the owner" explained the mediator.

I also smiled at the explanation given, while I saw the look on Tyo's face full of disappointment.

After we finished mediating, we again had to wait for the next scheduled hearing.

"Mr Lina, we ask you to make a rebuttal of Mr. Tyo's lawsuit, please type and make the recap four times. Our hearing is pending until next week" the presiding judge said.

After the trial, I immediately returned to the Kelapa Gading house, where I was staying. But before, Tyo intercepted me.

"You're doing this here! He said it wasn't coming, why did it suddenly appear!"

"Heh, you think I can you slander again! Sorry yes, I have to defend myself and the children, there is no way I can keep silent with all the slander that cornered me!"

Wawan who accompanied me immediately approached.

"Wan, take care of the humans!" I said before leaving Tyo.

I saw that Tyo was still in emotion, I don't know what he said to Wawan, but it seems Wawan looks confused and before long he approached me.

"Any people, what the hell is not clear?! Angry continues, I just stay, uh he still nagging himself, not sane!" wawan said annoyed.

"Yowes just go home, we'll be back next week" I said as I walked towards the parking lot.
