Self Healing

Self Healing
Episode 47 Back to Jakarta

After spending 5 days in Hong Kong and Macau, finally it was time to return to the homeland. If at the time of departure, many of us are awake, but on this return flight, we fell asleep until before landing at Changi International Airport, Singapore.

"Yo, are you going straight to Jakarta?" asked bang Artit shortly after landing.

"Yes, Bang. The kids are waiting."

"Yowes met again. When to go to Batam?"

"Tomorrow I shift afternoon, so tomorrow afternoon I go straight back to Batam."

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow!"

"Fii be safe" said Tyo and I at the same time.

After saying goodbye to the doctors, the two of us returned to check in for a connecting flight to Soetta. We are both quite tired with the trip at night today, because the time has shown at 22:00 Singapore time and we still have to wait another three hours for the connecting flight to the homeland.

I sat down with the head that I rested on Tyo's arm because of the tiredness and drowsiness that began to approach.

"Congratulations? Just go to sleep, later if it has been boarding Mas wakein," said Tyo while putting my head on his chest.

"Not sleepy?" my many.

"Drowsiness too, but still can be literate really, do not want to sleep. Already, darling sleep," he said gently while peeping my head.

I fell asleep too, until Tyo woke me up.

"Yes, it's boarding."

With eyes that still felt heavy, I began to gather my consciousness.

"Want to buy coffee?" ask Tyo.

"No, I want to go to bed, let it be a little early tomorrow" I replied.

We began to queue to get into the plane and at exactly 01:00 Singapore time, the plane we were riding began to move. This time, the passenger seats are not fully filled, maybe only filled 2/3 of the existing seats.

These few passengers, made the cabin crew's work more relaxed and quickly completed, so we had the opportunity to chat with one of them, who came from the country.

"This was the one with the group, huh?" ask Linda, the flight attendant.

"Yes, Mother. Ma'am the Indo?" my many.

"Yes, my parents live in Bali, but we're not Balinese."

"Cok not with the same group?" ask Linda.

"I live in Bekasi, but my husband works in Batam. The group was still taking the ferry to get to Batam," I replied.

"Ooo work in Batam, where?"

"I'm a doctor at Awassuka Hospital" Tyo replied.

"Ooo doctor, so that's the whole group of doctors?"

"Yes, the doctor and his family" replied Tyo.

"What a great holiday to Hong Kong. These are both holidays ?"

"Yes, kids are just as eye-catching at home. Kasian if you come, must be soybean. Tour like this is not suitable for children, if the same children must be they are soy sauce, we are both quite tired," replied Tyo.

"The tour schedule must be solid, huh?"

"Yes, it's tired for the kids" I replied.

Linda then looked towards her watch.

"Oh yes, sorry I want to continue the task first, excuse me," said Linda who immediately walked towards the service area in the middle of the plane.

Before long, the flight attendants and flight attendants began to distribute dinner to all passengers.

"Not eaten?" tanya Tyo when she saw me put the dinner box in the bag.

"Not hungry, any bread from the previous flight has not been eaten," I replied.

Moments before landing, Linda approached us again with a paper bag.

"It's still a lot, please take it," he whispered to me.

"Eh, isn't it papa, Mommy?" ask after seeing the contents.

"No papa, take it. There were three snack boxes and two dinner boxes last night" Linda said, handing over her paper bag.

I gladly accepted it, "Thank you."

"Sama-sama," he whispered.

The flight was quiet enough that it had passed midnight and the cabin lights were dimmed, so that passengers could rest.

After waiting for a while, we finally continued on our way home.

"Where are the streets?" ask Ewing.

"Keren Wing, if you bring the children, they will not go home. After arriving at Disneyland, Dufan felt very ordinary" I replied.

"Heaven of children's toys, all the cartoon characters are there, complete! I am so excited!"

"So curious, there's a picture of him, right?" ask Ewing.

"There are photos and videos, hopefully good results" I replied.

"May I follow you, Ma'am."

"Please do it."

The streets in the capital looked very quiet in the middle of the night. Seeing the views of the skyscrapers that adorn the main streets in the business center of Jakarta, makes me think that there is no difference with other Metropolitan cities in the world, he said, after seeing firsthand how cities in Hong Kong and Macau, all of which are decorated with modern skyscrapers.

After about an hour, we finally arrived at my parents' house. With the remnants of my energy, I cleaned myself before seeing my two children who were still asleep in the dreamland.

"Let the children sleep. We wake up later at dawn," whispered Tyo in my ear so that the children do not wake up.

I did, too, but I put the toy I bought at Disneyland next to their bed.

"Make a surprise" I said to Tyo.

In the morning, after resting for about 2 hours, I returned to my routine as a mother. The first is to wake my two daughters for the Fajr prayer, while Tyo Fajr prayer is congregated in the mosque.

"Assalamu'alaikum," I whispered in Icha's ear as I stroked her face.

Slowly Icha opened her eyes, as soon as she realized my presence, she got up from her sleep.

"When's mom?" icha asked, while Ara was still trying to open her eyes after I did the same thing.

"Last night."

Then Icha looked beside her pillow and found Donal and Miki's doll still wrapped in plastic.

"Mother! Her doll? This is for me just like Ara?" ask Icha with sparkling eyes.

"Yes, it's souvenirs from Disneyland, it's also the same keychain shirt," I replied as I gave the package.

Ara who was still lazy to wake up, became excited after seeing the gift I gave her. My two daughters hugged me and said, "Thank you, Mom!"

I returned their arms and kissed her cheeks and said, "Sama-sama, pray. Well, now we pray at dawn first, later after finishing the prayer, we unload the souvenirs, yes."

"Yeeii, fun!" cheer Icha and Ara.

After the dawn prayer, we gathered in our room while unpacking our luggage. I also took out a t-shirt with pictures of Hong Kong and Macau for my two daughters.

"Tried the shirt" I said, giving it to Icha and Ara

"This is a shirt for me?" ask Ara.

"Yes," I answered while putting it on Ara.

"Thank God, pas!"

"Where do you like it?" ask Tyo.

"Like, Dad! Thanks Well, Mother," answered Icha and Ara.

Then I went back to tidying up our luggage and luggage, while Tyo talked to our two daughters.

"When do you go back to Batam?" ask Icha.

"Later noon, because later in the afternoon I have to work again," replied Tyo.

"Well, how about a minute?"

"Later if the holidays are class hikes, insyaAllah father can take a long leave, so later we can take a walk, yes" said Tyo.

"Now school first, later father anterin and pick up, but after picking up, dad directly to the airport yes," continued Tyo.

"Well, Dad's not cool!" Ara protest.

"Yes sorry, I have to work. Later if you do not work, you do not get money, if you do not get money, can not pay tuition, can not go for a walk, how?"

"But don't be here long" Ara's pinta.

"Yes, in Shaa Allah Friday afternoon will you come here again" replied Tyo.

"Yeah, Icha take a shower first, get ready for school" I said as I picked up her towel and school uniform from the wardrobe.
