After the crew agrees to train their chakra, Jon begins to help them activate their chakra and unlock their tenketsu points. Jon then starts from Zoro, he sits behind Zoro while the others

surrounded them. Jon sighed seeing they weren't directing the ship so he made a clone to drive it. Then he placed his palm on Zoro's back and ran inserting

chakra goes to the Zoro chakra pathway and helps to move that chakra.

Surprisingly it was easier because the color of their chakra was different so he could see with his sharing where the chakra was stopped by the tenketsu even though he did not see the tenketsu itself. So he pushes the chakra to open the tenketsu point and after a while finally the Zoro chakra is activated.

"Successfully, now we are confident that we can train the user instead of the devil fruit. I'll tell you the training method later. But now, Luffy, are you ready?" - Jon

Jon does the same with Zoro but it feels very different. While the Zoro chakra pathway is similar to it, the Zoro chakra pathway is different.
