CHAPTER 36: Knock Up Flow

The cowardly trio panicked and persuaded Luffy to cancel their plans and return. But Luffy instead became happier, making them even more desperate.

A while later, they arrived at the center of the whirlpool, but there was a very calm. There is no wave or wave at all.

Just as he said that, the sea water fell past them into the sea. They start to panic but Nami finds a solution.

They all started to open the sails, but the ship left the water anyway. They can only hope it works now. Then the ship leaves the water completely, but does not fall, but rather follows the current upwards.

"We fly, ahahahaha, WE FLY." - Luffy

"Heeh, a chicken that can fly, interesting." - Jon

The ship continues to move upwards at high speed. After a while, they passed through the clouds and water from the top of the stream flowed over them. The ship swayed and shook violently and they all had to hold on to the ship in order not to get thrown. Jon makes clones and holds all the crew back because he can stick to any surface.

Some time later, everything finally ended, the ship became stable. But the ship was damaged, its wings and tail were also destroyed. All of them except Usopp who had fainted, stood up and looked around, all they saw were white clouds. Their ship also remained hovering above the clouds.
