CHAPTER 71: Thriller Bark

"GHOOSSTT!" - Brook

Brook pointed to the wall behind them and the crew looked back. They all saw a white object that looked like the definition of a ghost. They were all shocked, some were scared, some were just shocked, some were excited. Jon immediately took out his camera and photographed it. It appeared in the picture so he was very excited.

Suddenly the ghost left and their ship was shaken violently. They all went out and saw the wall behind the ship. It has a pattern like a mouth full of teeth. Brook seemed to recognize him and he immediately ran to the front side of the ship. The others followed him and they all saw an island.

"This is a haunted moving island, Thriller Bark." - Brook

"Thriller Bark is Moria's ship, right?" - Jon

"Yes, it is also considered a ship and an island as well because of its size. They must have tracked this ship. Did you find anything that could have been a source of tracking before?" - Brook

"Yes, beacon. See Luffy? This is why you should listen to people's advice." - Jon

"Well, who cares, it's a new adventure, hahaha. Sanji, prepare my bento!" - Luffy

Brook said that his mouth was a gate, so they had to find the key and open it if they wanted to get out. Before they prepared, Brook suddenly left the place and ran to Thriller Bark alone.he plunged into the sea and made them surprised because he was a user of the devil fruit. But he can run on water without drowning.

"Hey, is he a ninja too?" - Luffy

"I don't know." - Jon

"No, my body is a skeleton so I'm very light, that's why I can run on water." - Brook

They all stopped thinking about that and were just preparing for their new adventure in this place. But Nami, Usopp and Chopper seem to be afraid of the atmosphere here, so they object. Of course Luffy became more excited than hearing Usopp try to explain about ghosts in hopes of stopping Luffy.

"Stop you! We can't get out of this place without going to the island and finding a way to open this gate." - Jon

They were all getting ready but they were still far away from the shore and there was no wind. Franky then had them use the army docking system. He took out a small rowboat with a Merry design. His name was 'Mini Merry 2' and Nami, Usopp and Chopper immediately tried it.

"Hey, don't those who mind going there? Why are they the first to leave?" - Jon

"Hihihi, they are too excited to see the boat and forget their fears." - Robin

Suddenly the anchor of the ship fell, then some things moved on their own.

"Is that a ghost?" - Jon

Suddenly the ghost attacked, no, toying with them. Jon immediately used his sharing but he couldn't see anything.

'Maybe like limbo?' - Jon

He was more concentrated and he could see the air currents, moving around the figure. He didn't really see the air, but the air was full of mist, so he could see the movement of the fog. He also saw some faint step marks on the grass floor.

'Even if you are invisible, you still have a physical body.' - Jon grinned

Jon saw the figure move towards Robin and he instantly blinked while coating his arm with chakra. He punched the figure in what he thought was the body and the figure flew up and crashed into Brook's ship. Jon concentrated again because the figure still did not show itself. Then he saw a faint sign of footsteps leaving the ship to the island.

"What is that?" - Luffy

"I thought it was an invisible human being, he could even hide his chakra from my eyes. But he still has a physical body so I can see the air moving around him and the faint step marks he made." - Jon

"WHAT? THE INVISIBLE PERSON YOU SAID?" - SANJI

Sanji looks very angry about something but they ignore him.

"You can see the air?" - Zoro

"Of course not. What I saw were water particles from the mist, albeit thin. So I could see the steam moving with my bed, but I had to concentrate." - Jon

"Heeh, that's SUPERR's comfortable eye." - Franky

They all nodded and Jon also felt his eyes become stronger. Now he can easily see the little hidden insects as Sasuke saw the little insect bomb Deidara, but Jon can do it more easily. His eye chakra path also seemed more difficult so he could use his sharing more easily.

Suddenly there was a big wave and his boat was pulled to the island. Moments later, they were trapped in a giant spider web. They also see Mini Merry 2 trapped there, so they know Nami and her partner have gone to the island. They looked at the path and decided to follow it.

Jon also makes some shadow clones and has them scatter and gather information, while he will walk alongside the others. They walked for a while and they met a stitched three-headed dog. Maybe they made him into Cerberus.

"Maybe they were eaten by each head." - Robin

"Oioi, they must have escaped." - Franky

Suddenly Luffy approached her and reached out his hand and asked the dog to shake her. The dog bit him from each side, but Luffy just stroked his head slowly and asked them to let go. They open their mouths and Luffy can come out, but then,

Luffy punched the dog, slammed into the wall and fainted.

"Suit!" - Luffy

"Nononono." - Jon, Zoro, Sanji

After the dog wakes up, he becomes scared of Luffy and does what Luffy wants. Luffy decides to ride it, Robin and Sanji decide to ride it as well. But others could not because it was too heavy for his dog. So they walked beside the dog while looking around.

Moments later they arrived somewhere open and then they saw many strange creatures. There was a horse and a tree that drank sake together. Luffy wanted to capture the tree and recruit her into a crew member. Others can only breathe. They encounter more strange creatures that they consider to be zombies. Luffy even tried to get the zombies out of his grave, back inside.

Moments later they see a ghost they see on the ship. Luffy tried to catch her but she failed. Jon, Zoro, & Franky tried to catch them as well but failed. It did not have the physical body they expected from ghosts. But then the ghosts passed through their bodies and all of them except Jon became depressed so suddenly.

'I feel negative feelings invading my mind but I can let go. So here's that mind attack immunity, that's good.' - Jon

They continue their journey again but are then attacked by a horde of zombies. Jon now feels like the protagonist of a zombie movie like Brad Pit. He was very excited but he did not have a chainsaw, a legendary weapon to fight zombies.

So he used Kusanagi and drained his wind chakra because it was said to be the sharpest chakra. This also became one form of training for him to control the wind chakra. It could actually cut through zombies easier but he could not make flying attacks with low mastery over the wind chakra right now. He just finished cutting the leaves.

A while later they finished and defeated all the zombies. Zoro asks Jon about the sword and Jon just says he found it in Enies Lobby. Zoro tried to hold the sword and swing it, and he knew it was a good sword.

"That's good, but baby it's not a katana." - Zoro

"Oioioi, do you want to take it if it's a katana?" - Jon

"Huh? Do you want to use it even though it's a katana? Can you use it?" - Zoro

"Of course, I'm a ninja so I'm going to practice using a katana as well and I want to train all kinds of weapons." - Jon

"Sad.." - Zoro

"Sigh, I'll give it to you if I find a good katana. I just need a weapon that can be used with chakra easily." - Jon

Luffy then asked the zombies if they saw Nami and co passing by here. The zombies are unwilling to answer, but then some of them accidentally reveal that they are attacking Nami and her partner. So the crew beat them again.

They walk again and now they meet an old man, and they almost think he's a zombie. The old man had completely lost his shadow like Brook. He told them that the one who stole the shadow was indeed Moria. Jon says he has 320 million bounties, but that has been frozen for years after he became a sichibukai.

After that, they decide to enter the castle, but Jon will move separately and enter secretly. The others agree and Jon immediately goes and mingles in the shadows. Jon changes his clothes in an anbu uniform with an Ichigo mask like the one he wore in Alabasta.

Jon then enters the mansion through an open window. He moved on the ceiling to be invisible and to hide in the shadows. He looked at the many zombies there and wondered why this place was filled with zombies.

'Hmm, can't I eliminate my clones if they have interesting information? But if they still see the information it will be a loss. In addition, they will disperse themselves if they find important info.' - Jon

Jon then kept looking around but so far he only found zombies. Then, he found the kitchen and went inside. He did not find any food there even though it was a kitchen. But the sack of salt was a lot, so he kept it. At least it could be their salt supply for months.

He kept looking around and found the warehouse. But it's guarded and it looks like the door is locked. But no problem for Jon, he will not leave the opportunity to rob a Sichibukai again. He used a fog jutsu and covered the place, then activated his sharingan. He saw more chakra marks than the guards he had seen before.

'Serist as I think of the Sichibukai, he is a cautious man, but you cannot fool my eyes.' - Jon

He locked the door again and went to look around the mansion. Some time later, he found interesting information. Some zombies were talking about Moria and her strength. So he just eavesdropped quietly in there.

'So Moria took the shadow of the victim and put it in the zombie. Zombies are something Dr.Hogback made out of corpse parts. They made them live using the shadow of Moria. Hmm, interestingly, shadows cannot live without bodies and bodies cannot live without shadows.' - Jon

He kept hearing their conversation and he grinned widely when they were done. He got some interesting info and he needed to tell the crew. But before that, he wanted to try something.

Jon makes a haze again and he kills all the zombies except one. He caught it and used genjutsu on it, but to no avail. He tried a few more times, and still did not succeed, so he killed him.

"As I thought it didn't work. Maybe because they are not living beings and the shadows are other people so they are different people in one container. It was also part of Moria's power, not Moria herself." - Jon

Then he came out and saw Franky and Robin running away from the castle. He follows them and they arrive on their ship only to find Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji lying unconscious there.

"Well, what's going on here?" - Jon

Author: Sorry guys, because lately I've been slow up because this is me again sick yesterday to this day anyway.

And happy fasting and I fast today even though it hurts a little and I open it up green bananas and sahur eat noodles with chicken anyway.

I am also not terawih today, because I again take care of the cave grandmother and moreover I am still sick and tomorrow may still be up at 9 o'clock can pass, 13 noon hour passing, by, 7 Hours before going terawih tomorrow and finished eating open and that's it for tomorrow.
