"YOU WON'T PASS!" - Jon

Jon said it while piercing his sword clad in lightning. After he stabbed him, streams of lightning spread around where he was standing. Many marines who tried to follow Luffy or attack them were electrocuted and knocked unconscious.

Jon imitates Gandalf from the Lord of the Ring and he transforms Gandalf's magic using Chidori Stream. When he saw Luffy running on the stairs, he remembered when Frodo passed the bridge. So he remembered the scene of Gandalf as well, and it was a cool scene, so he wanted to give it a try.

Jon remained at the bottom of the stairs and he prepared many senbons with paper bombs strapped to him. Jon kept throwing them at the marines who were approaching the stairs. He also saw some marines from afar trying to shoot, so he threw his senbons.

Suddenly Jon saw a loud impact from behind him. He sees her and sees GARP coming to stop Luffy. Jon is worried because Luffy can't beat GARP, but he knows GARP won't kill Luffy. Even so, Luffy must defeat Garp if he wants to save Ace.

Iva asks Jon to explain later when they are done with this war. Jon agrees then he sees Luffy who has arrived in front of Ace. Everyone was happy with this, Luffy finally reached Ace. Jon fears Sengoku will attack Luffy, and Luffy doesn't even see Sengoku at all and only focuses on Ace.

"Damn Luffy, there's an enemy next to you, be careful!" - Jon had a meme of Jackie Chan's face.

Jon prepares to make a move and help Luffy, but it looks like Sengoku is senile as well. He didn't even move when Luffy talked to Ace. But then he is surprised to see Luffy has Ace's sea stone handcuff key.

Suddenly the yellow light flashed and the key in Luffy's hand was broken. Kizaru shot from under the platform and stopped Luffy's attack easily. Jon runs off to help Luffy, but then he sees a guard getting up and is surprised to see Mr. 3 there.

Suddenly Sengoku transforms into a huge golden Buddha and attacks Luffy when Jon has just started running, but Mr. 3 makes a ball out of the candle to protect them. Luffy becomes a balloon and protects the ball from Sengoku's attack. The ball and Luffy fell off the platform due to the impact of Sengoku's attack.

Jon jumps down and runs to their landing site. He'll open the handcuffs with his ninja skills. But then, the falling ball, was suddenly engulfed in a huge fire. Mr. 3 has made a replica of the key to unlock the Ace hand cuff. The corner of Jon's mouth twitched, but he was relieved they had succeeded.

The pirates cheer for Luffy's success, while the marines are enraged. Sengoku also nagged about his recklessness allowing it to happen right in front of his face. Whitebeard orders his crew to make way for Luffy and Ace.

"Let's go Iva, Inazuma!" - Jon

"Alright, let's follow Straw Hat-boy and Ace-boy." - Iva

"Ah, come to think of it, where is Bon-chan? I haven't seen him since we fell from the sky" - Jon

"He's here." - Inazuma

Inazuma takes Bon-chan out of Iva's hair. It seemed like he was extremely injured and could not move anymore. He was not a monster like Luffy who could move again after what he had gone through before.

Jon looked around at Whitebeard and the pirates who were leaving. He pondered to himself if Luffy made the same order in the future, would he follow him? But if he's still fine and has a long future, Jon won't follow those orders even though everyone will hate him and he'll have to leave the crew. Jon has always done what he thinks is right, and so far, he agrees with Luffy.

Jon stops his thinking and he tells Luffy that it is time to leave. Luffy called Ace but Ace stopped, he knelt down and bowed to Whitebeard for the last time. Whitebeard asked Ace if he was a good father, which Ace answered with "YES". So Whitebeard became happy and continued his rampage.

Then they left too with the others, but then Akainu sent a huge magma fist and called them cowards for leaving Whitebeard. He also said Whitebeard was nothing but a failure of the past. It was obvious that Akainu only provoked them with nonsense, but Ace stopped and got angry at Akainu.

"TAKE BACK WHAT YOU SAID!" - Ace
