CHAPTER 45: Defeat of God

Jon controls his Kirin and the ball enters the cloud ball. He keeps it under control while Enel keeps trying to destroy it. Luffy and Nami have arrived above Giant Jack and Nami has fallen in the clouds below. Now only Luffy and Enel are in the sky. Jon is finally able to make his final attempt to stop Enel's devastating attack, the Giant Cloud Ball with his Kirin as before.

Moments after Kirin enters the cloud ball, Jon begins to lose control of his Kirin due to Enel's stronger lightning control. Maybe because the position of this cloud ball is closer, then the mastery is also stronger than before. Jon must put an end to this quickly before Enel can destroy his control over Kirin.

He sees Nami has escaped and decides it is time to do so. He wasn't worried about Luffy because he wouldn't be hit by lightning. Jon makes his Kirin go berserk inside the ball with the rest of his chakra. He had just released the beast from his lash.

"ORRAAAAHHH!" - Jon

Enel felt that Kirin was getting stronger than before, so he attacked her with all his strength. But he forgot the previous incident. Now that it happened again, the two lightning strikes clashed and caused an explosion. Now, all the black clouds dispersed because the shockwave was huge.

"Hahaha, Enel, have you forgotten what happened before? To make a big attack and make an explosion will only help me." - Jon

"Damn you blue sea man." - Enel

But Jon also forgot something, he saw Luffy fly away.

"Damn, Luffy was thrown back by the shockwave." - Jon

But when Jon's distracted, Enel

Of course Enel knew Jon was still standing, so he attacked again with a technique he used most of the time for divine punishment. Without his lightning mode, Jon receives the heaviest blow of the attack and becomes unconscious. The clouds below him shattered and he fell.

"JOIN!" - Luffy & Nami

Luffy picked up the cloud where Nami fell. He used the Gomu-gomu Rocket and arrived in front of Enel. Enel turned into a giant made of lightning.

"200 million volts Amaru." - Enel

la couldn't underestimate Luffy because Luffy could touch his real body, the only threat to him. He sent a punch to Luffy, but Luffy won't be electrocuted. Instead, Luffy ran with his giant hand to attack him.

Enel was struck by Luffy's left hand in the face, but he also attacked Luffy with a trident that became hot with his lightning bolt. Luffy could barely avoid it, then he stretched out back his right hand that had a golden ball on it for as long as he could and twisted it. Then he attacked Enel with his 'golden hand.

"The Gomu-Gomu no Gold Riffle" - Luffy

Enel was criticized because he could not penetrate Luffy's rubber body. The golden ball made the momentum of Luffy's spinning attack stronger. Not to mention he used his chakra after Jon reminded him, making his attack much stronger than usual.

Enel was thrown with a very strong attack and his attack also swirled around so that it severely injured him. Enel had gotten some damage from his previous fight.he did not treat his injuries at all and now Luffy attacked him with a strong, fast, and heavy attack.

Who still hasn't come down to the Milky Way to see everything. They saw two similar lightning beasts destroying two giant cloud spheres and that helped Skypiea avoid complete destruction. They saw a tall and strong Giant Jack fall. They also barely saw a person with a golden ball in his hand defeating their God Enel.

They all lost hope after they found out Enel wanted to destroy Skypiea. To them, Enel was an invincible being and no one could win against him. But now that they saw it for themselves, Enel had been defeated. Now they don't have to leave the house.

After a while, the golden bell stopped ringing as it fell on the clouds. Residents also saw the Maxim Arc falling in front of them. They even saw Enel fall with the Maxim Arc. Now they were completely convinced that Enel had been defeated.

They all cheered and hugged each other because they had not lost their homes yet, and the most important thing was that they were still alive. They all moved to the Upper Yard because although Angel's formidable land was still there, it had been destroyed by the shockwave and needed time to build it up again.

Angels and shandians went to the Upper Yard because it was the safest place right now. They also wanted to see the people who defeated God Enel and saved them. But they still have strange feelings for each other. They are still on high alert because they have been at war for 400 years.

On the way to the ruins, several shandian warriors who survived the war blocked their way. They were still wary of the angels and they even thought their tribe had been captured as hostages. But their leader stopped them and after a long time of speaking, they stopped but kept their guard up.

It was not easy to eliminate the sense of hostility in just a day, but they knew their priorities for now. They all moved to where the Giant Jack stood before while keeping their vigilance. A little while later they arrived there and saw the clouds around the roots of Giant Jack had disappeared. Now they can all see the ruins of Shandora.

All the shandians were crying because they had fulfilled their heritage. The golden bells have rung, and now they have returned to Shandora. They had completed the task that their ancestors had left them 400 years ago for them.

Suddenly the angels and shamans heard many sounds of laughter from deep within the ruins. They all went there to see who was laughing happily. They knew they were most likely the ones who fought with Enel and his priests. They arrived and saw the Strawhats have a bulging stomach while laughing out loud.

~ Moments after defeat Enel ~

Luffy has fallen into the clouds where Nami lives.

"Nami, how are Jon and the others?" - Luffy

"Wait, I'll call Robinm" - Nami

* purupurupuru *cacha *

"Robin, Jon has fallen early, can you find him?" - Nami

"It's okay, we're taking care of him now. His clone suddenly appeared and we saw him fall. The Knight Lord and his bird caught him and the Doctor is taking care of him now. He'll be fine." Robin

"That's great, how's everything going?" - Luffy

"We're fine now, don't worry." - Robin

They end their call, then Luffy hugs Nami and wavers and jumps up.

"YES! WHAT ARE YOU DOING LUFFY!" - Nami

"Don't worry, it's okay." - Luffy

Then Luffy took in a lot of air and his body swelled up. He uses Gomu-gomu Fuusen and captures Nami, and a sway lands on her baloon body. After they land safely, Nami beats him up because he did not tell them his plan at all, and scares him.

They had landed on the upper courtyard border because the Giant Jack was extremely tall and surpassed the Upper Yard. They go upstairs, so they'll get outside the top yard as well. They looked around and saw the Going Merry some distance away from them anchored at the border.

"Ooh, Congratulations!" - Luffy

"We are moving quite far from the ruins." - Nami

Nami had brought Merry here, on the west side and coincidentally, Jack had to fall to the West side. They go to Merry and meet Conis and his cloud fox, Suu.

"Luffy-san, Nami-san, I'm glad you're okay." - Conis

They rode Merry through milky streets to reach the ruins faster. They also went through some ordeal from the priest but stopped because no one was operating them.

Luffy then smelled food in some of the buildings there and he went there to pick up the food.

Nami and Conis also help her because they know the boy will need a lot of food to eat later. After gathering a lot of food, they moved again and arrived near the ruins. They went down and ran to the middle to meet the others.

Jon woke up a while later, and Chopper checked his condition but he's fine now. He had low chakra so he ate some chakra pills. He only ate until he could move freely again, he could not eat too much or it would get bad and leave a little leftover. Then they all saw Luffy, Nami, and Conis come and bring food and drinks.

"Ooh, you've arrived here." - Zoro

"How did you guys get down?" - Usopp

"Gomu-gomu no Fuusen." - Luffy

"Everyone, I'm glad you're okay. I'm really worried about hearing you fight Enel." - Conis

"Conis-chwan, are you so worried about me?" - Sanji said as he turned around

"Of course not." - Usopp

"Conis, where is your father?" - Zoro

Conis put on a sad expression when he heard about his father.

"Dad, she... He helps 'shinta' who ran away from Enel but then Enel got .." - Conis can 'go on and cry.

"Don't tell me she is." - Zoro

"No way." - Nami

"That's cruel." - Chopper

Conis nodded and they felt sorry for him.

"Conis-chan." - Sanji

"Conic." Jon

"Conis-san." - Pagaya

"Conic." - Luffy

"WE'RE TALKING ABOUT YOU DAMN! " - Straw Hats

"I'm sorry I'm alive." - Pagaya

"DAD!" - Conis

Pagaya tells them how he survived Enel's attack on them. He also told them about others who had taken refuge and they had returned here. So as straw hats, there was no way they would not celebrate the victory and safety of their Pagaya. They ate, drank and Pagaya laughed while telling her what they had done before. They eat fast because Luffy will take everything if they are too slow.

Aisa and Gan Fall could not believe their eyes saw these people eating. But then they started enjoying the celebration as well. Conis and Pagaya had seen this before in their home so they were not surprised anymore. Unfortunately Wyper was unconscious so he could not celebrate. After a while they finished eating and lay down while looking at the clear sky.
