Jon and the others have arrived at Judical Island, Enies Lobby. The island is surrounded by waterfalls. Yeah, the waterfall. Jon did not understand how there could be a waterfall in the sea. Where did all that water go or how could the island not fall.

Jon also sees a giant gate on the other side of the island. The Gate of Justice, connecting the three islands of Justice. Judical island Enies Lobby, the world's largest prison Impel Down, and Marine Head Quarter Marineford.

There is a special ocean current in the sea between these 3 islands and the Gate if Justice is the separator. When a ship goes into the current, it cannot get out unless the gate is opened. Jon learns this from the Alabasta library as it is known by every Kingdom affiliated with the World Government.

Then the three of them were taken to the tower of justice across the island. Normally, inmates would be tried first by the authorities here. Inmates brought by agent Cipher Pol will be tried directly by the government. So they will be taken directly to the tower of justice and the government will send their orders and punishments directly.

The three of them entered into the tower of justice after passing through many buildings. It is located on the other side of the island and close to the Gate of Justice. They entered the tower after crossing the bridge which was immediately lifted after they passed by.

Jon placed his right hand on his left chest and closed his eyes. This made everyone shocked, but they all understood what he meant. Agent CP9 sighed and nodded, while Franky laughed loudly and Robin giggled. Spandam goes berserk and wants to beat Jon but Jon can always dodge his attacks.

After a while, Spandam gets tired and orders the CP9 agent to hit Jon, but they don't move. They see Lucci instead, but Lucci just keeps quiet so they don't move. Now Jon believes the real leader is Lucci. Spandam was angry but couldn't do anything so he went to his desk.

'Heeh, they don't respect him at all. Maybe he climbed using his connections so no one liked him. They must have thought Lucci was the one to be their leader. Yare yare dazed, corruption is everywhere even in the other world.' - Jon

Jon looked around and checked his surroundings. He will make a plan about what he will do later to win and save himself. Jon always made plans for everything he would do. That's one of the basic and important lessons as a ninja.

He knew that the plan was important, even though it didn't always go the way he wanted it to, but the plan was his foundation. Madara could have been Rikudo because of his plans, but Black Zetsu was bigger than Madara's plans, which is why he succeeded. Although he lost in the end, due to the plot armor.

Black Zetsu manages to resurrect his mother but his lack of fighting experience leaves him outdone by Naruto & Sasuke who has been fighting for a lifetime. They measured their strength levels and they used a doriki scale, and this took Jon by surprise. He had been searching for data on the scale of this doriki but had only discovered it now.

'System, scan doriki scale measurements!' - Jon

The system scans the agents as they try to measure their strength. The last one measured was Lucci, and he got the highest level. But doriki only measures physical strength, and cannot measure something like the power of a demonic fruit.

As the agents were busy with the devil fruit, Luffy arrived on the roof. The agent knew he was coming there, because he needed a high point of view to find Robin. Also the bridge connecting the courthouse and its tower has been lifted. They can only go up to the roof.

Then Luffy and Blueno fight, while Jon's clones watch from behind the shadows. He wanted to learn the unique CP9 technique they had always used before. Then he saw with his sharing, Blueno used his cheers, tekkai and kami-e to fight Luffy.

'So Soru is a fast movement skill, Tekkai is a defensive skill, and Kami-e is a evading skill. I can understand how he uses soru and tekkai, but I cannot understand about Kami-e. I need to find a manual here. I hope they put one manual here.' - Jon
