Chapter 247 Double Attribute Sword
“Double attribute weapon?!” The most experienced Qi Hongtian among the spectators exclaimed in great astonishment when he saw the green flames emitted by the sword.
At first, they thought that the sword would be associated with ice because of its ocean-like color and jade pattern, but they would never have thought that the complete sword actually contained a powerful fire attribute that did not look ordinary.
The green flames that gushed out from the sword were not the kind of flames that emitted tremendous heat. In fact, no one within the Refining Hall could sense the increase in temperature. This made them stare confusedly at Jiu Shen who was holding the sword with a calm gaze.
“Master, this flame. What is this?” Lu Sulan asked curiously as he stared at the sword in his master's hand with a shining gaze.
Jiu Shen's gaze was still fixated on the sword he forged as he replied. “When a weapon is forged from a Moon Star Stone, it will have the ability to emit this kind of fire. This green fire is called ‘Lunar’ Star Fire and I know you guys are confused why it does not produce.any heat, so let me show you something.”
Jiu Shen's tone was mysterious as he said those words. He then took out the Holy Weapon from his outer space earrings and showed it to everyone.
“This shield is a Holy Weapon and is one of the most difficult shields to destroy due to its sturdiness and the complex forging methods used to enhance its defensive capabilities. Sulan, try cutting this shield with your Holy Weapon.” Jiu Shen said as he threw the shield at Lu Sulan.
Lu Sulan was confused but he still caught the shield with his hand. When he held the shield, he could already feel its toughness and heavy weight. He then took out his sword from the outer space ring which was also a Holy Weapon and did as he was told.

A loud clanging sound echoed within the Hall of Purification after Lu Sulan slashed the shield with his Holy Weapon.
Everyone stared at the shield and saw that there was only a long white mark where Lu Sulan had slashed at it.
“Master, this shield is indeed quite sturdy. I can't break it without using my sword technique, but what do you want to show us by making me do this?” Lu Sulan asked as he took his sword.
Qi Hongtian and the others also looked at their master, waiting for his answer.
Jiu Shen glanced at them and shook his head. “A sword cultivator must learn patience. Now, use this sword to cut through the shield, but do not use any true essence with your attack.” He said as he handed the newly forged sword to Lu Sulan.
Lu Sulan carefully held a beautiful-looking sword that glittered like a beautiful work of art. He looked at her with admiration and excitement as he thought. ‘Is this really my sword?! It was so beautiful!’
“Senior sister, don't make us tense.” Can Ye said as he scratched the back of his head.
Lu Sulan rolled his eyes towards Can Ye before raising the newly forged sword above his head. He then slashed the sword, producing a beautiful green bow in the air as he swung it.
Everyone did not hear the ‘voice of dang’ they expected, instead, they heard the sound of something being slashed in two by the sword.
To everyone's surprise, the shield that was a Holy Weapon was now cut into two pieces. The most shocking thing was that the shield melted in the part that was cut by the sword!
“This!” Lu Sulan and the others gasped with dumbfounded expressions when they saw him.

Jiu Shen shrugged as he replied. “How about that?”
Fengzi opened his mouth, but no words came out, so he could only stare at his master with a wry smile.
Lu Sulan immediately used his true essence to activate the Formation Array engraved on his sword. After doing that, the color of the sword that was like the ocean became more prominent and the sword also started to give off a cold and cold air.

“True God Weapon?” Lu Sulan and the others muttered in confusion. They had never heard the term, so they simply stared at Jiu Shen blankly.
