Chapter 571: The Fifth Sword Dance
Lilith was sent here by the Ruler of Asgard to support Hecate. Why did God ask him to help Hecate? The man was strong enough to handle many Celestials alone. Even Asmodeus was not his opponent.
However, Lilith would never have thought that someone capable of fighting Hecate in terms of firepower actually existed!
Lilith concentrated on attacking Elena with her spiritual spear. This woman is far more dangerous than the others. 'This girl is quite skilled in spiritual manipulation. If he is given another billion years to train, he might even reach my level.' He thinks to himself.
Wounds started appearing on Elena's body. Even his spiritual barrier was unable to block all invisible spiritual spears. Pain flashed across his gaze as a spiritual spear struck his shoulder, leaving a hole the size of a fist.
Elena gnashed her teeth as she quickly covered her wound by wrapping it with her original essence. He then looked at Lilith who still looked pure without any injuries on her body. There was a huge difference in their strength and he finally accepted that he could not defeat Lilith alone. However, the others were still busy in their own battles so he could only buy time.
Meanwhile, Jiu Shen and Hecate moved further away from the main war zone. Their battle was so fierce that any movement of them would take the lives of many warriors, therefore, they secretly agreed to shift their positions away from the others.
Hecate's shield was now in tatters, but it could still be used so he didn't throw it away.
'The strength of this person is already in the abyss of 'nature'. He might even reach God level if he did not die! Is this the reason why God asked me to kill him? Did he feel threatened by this man's potential?' Hecate thought deeply in his heart as he looked at Jiu Shen carefully.
"Aren't you planning to retaliate? Come onl. I'll give you a chance to attack me." Jiu Shen sneered with a smile. Although Hecate was much weaker than he thought, the man could still give him a great battle.
"Then don't blame me!" Hecate lunged at Jiu Shen and swung his hammer with great momentum.

Jiu Shen barely avoided the hammer by stepping to the left. He then stabbed Hecate's exposed body.

The Baleful Dragon Sacred Sword pierced through the defenses of the Red God Armor and finally pierced through Hecate's hard muscles!
Jiu Shen's eyes flashed coldly. He then summoned a terrifying black flame that covered his sword.
AHHHHHH!!
A blood-curdling scream came out from Hecate's mouth as the black flames burned his body and internal organs.
With a face full of sweat, he gave a powerful kick towards Jiu Shen, making the man pull his sword out of his body.
'I seem to overestimate myself. I guess I can only hold on for another five minutes...' Hecate thought helplessly as she asked her grandmother to speed up her regeneration.
"Do you know why we waited fifty years before we decided to fight you?" Jiu Shen's calm voice suddenly sounded in his ears.
Hecate looked at the man and saw him staring straight at him. There was no emotion on his face. Due to the pain in his chest, he couldn't even answer.
"To be honest, I told my subordinates that we would train to have the strength to fight the Asgardians. However, my true goal is to have the power and ability to fight the Asgard Lord who rules you. Behind the scenes." Jiu Shen grinned when he saw Hecate that Hecate was shivering.
Y-You! You never put us in your eyes from the start! All this time you have been waiting for the sake of fighting against the Gods!" Hecate looked at Jiu Shen's face in great disbelief. This person was only using them to sharpen his superiority for his eventual battle with their Gods!
Thinking of this, Hecate suddenly let out a sigh filled with complicated emotions.
"For the sake of peace, I must end your life. Your presence has placed a great burden on my people. I'm sorry, but you have to die..."

A burning golden bow suddenly appeared out of nowhere. It was so huge that it covered an area the combined size of two cities!
Looking at the gigantic golden fire arrow that was pointing at him, Hecate felt all the blood in his body suddenly drained. He knew at that moment that he was unable to block this arrow. Even the Red God Armor could be destroyed by this attack.
With a trace of blood coming out from the tip of his lips, Hecate smiled. This is a smile filled with liberation. He has fought all his life for God. Maybe it's time for him to rest ...
Jiu Shen's expression remained calm as he uttered it. "Releasing..."
SWOOOOOOOOSH!!
The sky was bright as if the second sun had shone on the world.
A huge flaming golden arrow shot towards Hecate with an unstoppable force. The man didn't even bother to defend. He even took off his hammer and shield!

An explosion loud enough to break one's brain resounded throughout the entire Desert Region. Even the surrounding area heard a thunderous explosion. They were wondering what was happening in the Desert Region.
