Chapter 25 – Sword Contract
“Hm, where should I go first?” Jiu Shen pondered deeply and decided to go to the Endless Forest first.
The Endless Forest was already clear enough. It is a huge forest that stretches thousands of miles. Countless savage beasts and carnivorous plants could be seen in the forest.
Few dared to venture deeper into the Endless Forest because of the danger within, but there were also many heavenly resources to be found. So, despite the danger, some brave souls will sometimes travel into deeper forest areas to try their luck. It was not that they were crazy, because once they encountered a rare herb or a peak heavenly treasure, their fate would definitely change drastically. “Tonight, I will visit this Endless Forest..The best things can only be found at night.” Jiu Shen muttered to himself with an indifferent look. If one were to hear his words, they would definitely think that he was a person who had gone mad. Who would go to the Endless Forest at night? Jiu Shen went to his room and retrieved the sword given by the system. It still looked innocent, but it was made from the Sacred Sanctum Safarwood. Thinking of how the system used the same materials in making shop chairs and tables, he felt a piercing pain in his heart.
Jiu Shen stroked the ordinary-looking sword with a gentle expression on his face. “I have not given you a name, and a God-level sword like you deserves an impressive name. Since you are made from the Sacred Sanctum Safarwood with an ancient dragon array, and also as my first sword after transmigrating… I will name you.. Holy Sword Dragon Baleful.”.
The dragon cry echoed within his head, but Jiu Shen remained calm. It was a sign that the sword acknowledged the name he gave it.
The ordinary-looking sword emitted a terrifying light as it slowly turned into its original form.
A two meter black heavy sword with an ancient red pattern and two red dragon carvings were intertwined on its hilt.
Jiu Shen smiled and bit her index finger tips. A drop of his blood fell onto the body of the sword making it produce a reddish glow. He then felt a connection with the sword.
What Jiu Shen did was called the Sword Contract. Only a high-level sword could form a Sword Contract with its owner. And when the process is complete, they will be bound by a contract for all eternity.
No one else could use the Evil Dragon Holy Sword Jiu Shen other than him.
With a satisfied grin, Jiu Shen went down and spoke to Theia and Hestia.
“You two will stay here to continue running the store as long as I am not around. It may take a few days or even a week before I return.
Make sure no one dies in the store or it can ruin our reputation. Hestia, you will get customer's order and feed Ice with milk. Theia, you will keep the store safe as usual. But don't kill anyone in vain.” Jiu Shen said solemnly.
The two women lowered their heads respectfully and answered in unison. “Ya sir.”
Jiu Shen nodded and left the shop. The two women glanced at his wide back with an unconcealed adoration on their delicate and peerless faces.
Outside the shop, Jiu Shen stood glued to the ground with an awkward expression on his face. “System, where is the location of this Endless Forest? I don't know anything about this world yet.” Jiu Shen muttered with a little embarrassment.
After spending all his time and energy inside the store, he did not have time to travel around the world of Nuar. He might even get lost within the vast Silver Wing Kingdom if he was placed in a random location.

Jiu Shen felt a stinging sensation within his head. And just a moment after, he felt like he had been traveling around Nuar for countless centuries. He even knew where the world peak treasure could be found made him a little excited. Although this heavenly treasure was trash in his eyes, it was still precious to him at the moment and could even help him advance to the next realm.
“So this is Nuar. There are actually some spiritual plants that can only be found in the Primordial God Realm. But this is not yet the time to pluck them.. I must complete my current goal first.” Jiu Shen shook his head and flew towards the Endless Forest.
