Chapter 324 Helios is Pathetic
“Bigger! I'll teach you a lesson!”
Helios' powerful aura suddenly gushed out as she bellowed furiously. He raised his right hand and swung it down Meimei's cheek.
“Stop!” Burlock shouted anxiously, but he was already too late. He could only see as Helios swung her hand towards Meimei.
Helios ignored Burlock's warning. She was already in a bad mood this morning, and this girl made it even worse. ‘Because you dare insult me, then don't come crying to me later!’ Helios thought with annoyance.
Just as his palm was about to come into contact with Meimei's cheek, he suddenly felt a burst of pain in his stomach. He felt his strength leave his body and his outstretched hand suddenly froze in the air as he slowly slumped to the ground.
Helios felt her eyelids getting heavier and before she closed her eyes, she saw Meimei looking at her with a grin. He was confused about the sudden turn of events. What the hell's going on? However, he had already fallen to the ground before he could realize what was happening.
After making Helio faint, Meimei turned his gaze towards the demon standing behind Burlock.
The demons felt their backs break out in cold sweat when they saw the girl staring at them with a grin. Helios was Burlock's right-hand man and his strength was only beneath him, but he was completely defeated in one fell swoop by this little girl! If they don't see it, they won't believe that it's possible.
“Group of trash! Hmph!” Meimei snorted mockingly after seeing that no one dared to say anything.
Burlock's face twitched in anger. Helios was his most trusted subordinate and the man was beaten by Meimei right in front of him. He even scolded his soldiers even though he was still there.
“Young lady, do you really have to be heavy handed? You even dare to insult my subordinates in front of my face! Do you think I am blind and deaf?!” Burlock shouted furiously.
Xiaoxiao knew that things would improve if she did not stop the two, so she immediately stood between Meimei and Burlock as she said. “Alright, stop you two. If his master comes back and sees you fighting, he might punish you. Don't worry, Brother Burlock, your subordinates just fainted. Meimei did not use his full strength as he hit him.” He then turned his gaze towards Meimei and pulled the latter into the shop.
Seeing the retreating figures of the two girls, Burlock let out a helpless sigh. He was angry, but what could he do? Just Meimei alone was enough to defeat him, and there were still eleven more in this shop. It was not a wise idea to confront them. Since the girl was ‘lean’, she decided to ignore the matter.
“My master, that girl is too arrogant! He even dropped his commander. Do you want me to assemble an army to raze this place to the ground?” A soldier said in an angry tone.
Burlock glared at the soldier and hit the back of his head as he said. “Raze your face! Don't you see how strong that girl is?! He is much stronger than me and there are still eleven more here in this shop! Do you think our forces are enough to destroy them?! We'll only kill ourselves if we do that! Not to mention.. I've been... I've been a waiter here..”.
“Hah?”
“Servant?”
“Master, you mean you have become a waiter here?” The soldiers doubted their ears when they heard Burlock's words. Their powerful master actually became a servant? The soldiers felt their heads numb after hearing that…
“Huh. Don't provoke anyone from this place anymore. Even Demon Ancestor Jun might not be a match for the owner of this shop.” Burlock said as he recalled Jiu Shen and his unfathomable strength. He had seen Demon Ancestor Jun on many occasions, but after suffering a crushing defeat at the hands of Jiu Shen, he was unsure if the old man could match the mysterious young man.
“More powerful than Demon Ancestor Jun?!” The mouths of the soldiers gaped and they felt their hearts turn cold when they heard the words of their master. They also leave thoughts of revenge. Who would dare to provoke someone even stronger than Demon Ancestor Jun? Only a fool would do it…
“Bring Helios back to the mansion and treat her injuries. Don't come back here for now.” Burlock ordered his subordinates.
“Yes, Demon King!”
“Sir, how about you?” One of the soldiers asked after a moment of hesitation.
Burlock glared at him and replied in despair. “I will wait for the owner. Why do you have so many questions?! Scram!”
The soldiers immediately grabbed the unconscious Helios and quickly came out after being scolded by their master.
Looking at his running subordinates, Burlock smiled wryly while shaking his head. “Those fools.” He muttered.

“You have good subordinates.” A calm voice echoed behind him, almost making Burlock jump in shock.
He turned around and saw Jiu Shen slowly descending from the air. His white robe fluttered with the wind. Burlock almost thought that he was looking at an immortal descendant when he stared at Jiu Shen's matchless face. He was confident in his appearance, but compared to Jiu Shen, he looked no different from rotten dirt.
“Mr Jiu Shen.” He greeted respectfully as he bowed towards the young man. He had already been this man's subordinate when he accepted his offer to become a servant in this shop. Although he was a little reluctant to work for humans, he had no choice. He would probably be killed if he did not comply.
“I am not a master. Just call me Mr. Wine Jiu Shen.” The young man said expressionlessly. There was not even a change in his expression as he said those words.
“Yes, Mr. Winner Jiu Shen.” Burlock immediately corrected his words.
