“Color Paragon Tower?” Jiu Shen uttered coldly. His calm and indifferent face revealed an expression of anger and humiliation. The Corpse Lord and Serek walked through the area with nervous expressions. They were afraid that they would be accidentally killed by Jiu Shen's people without being able to explain things.
“Are you sure this is the place?” The Corpse Lord asked Serek as he tried to hide his anxiety.
Serek nodded his head earnestly as he scanned the surroundings. He could not forget this place. This was where they were discovered by an expert of the Supreme God Realm! “I'm sure of it. The armored guards will be coming soon to give us a warning. Hopefully..”.
The Corpse Lord became even more nervous when he heard the uncertainty of Serek. He could only pray that they would not be killed immediately.
Suddenly, they felt their bodies stiffen when a man with a tall and slender figure appeared. He was wearing the same clothes as the armored guards, so the Corpse Lord and Serek immediately identified him.
“You again!” The armored guard muttered in a cold voice as he looked at the familiar face of Serek. He prepared to pull out his sword, but the Corpse Lord immediately shouted.
The armored guard frowned as he looked at the Corpse Lord. “Do you have any proof?” He asked in the same cold voice.
The Corpse Lord hurriedly nodded his head. “Yes, we have the token with us. Remove this limiting power and we will show it to you ..”
The armored guard glanced at the Corpse Lord and then towards Serek. “Good! But if you show something fake, then I will not be polite anymore!” He then unleashed the restrictive power he had placed on the two.
The Corpse Lord and Serek felt their limiting power disappear and they immediately heaved a sigh of relief. They then took out the token given by Jiu Shen and showed it to the armored guards.
The armored guards took their tokens. He could feel Jiu Shen's familiar aura within the token. He nodded his head and returned them to the two as he muttered in a voice that was not too cold. “Follow me..”
The eyes of the Corpse Lord and Serek sparkled when they heard this.
The two trailed behind the armored guards and they soon reached the temporary settlement. They could see hundreds of young humans in white robes. Their robes had badges that they could not identify, but they guessed that this was the badge of the Jiu Shen sect.
The armored guards led them to a cold-looking blonde woman. He was only a peak stage Mystic God Realm expert, but surprisingly, the Corpse Lord and Serek felt a surge of pressure as he looked towards them.
The blonde haired lady frowned when she saw the armored guard leading two unfamiliar faces. “Who are they?” He asked in a cold tone.
The armored guard lightly lowered his head towards Theia and explained. “They have a master token with them.” He then turned to the two and said. “Take out your token and show it to the Vice Sect Master!”
The Corpse Lord and Serek were both shocked. This young lady of the Mystical God Realm is actually the Vice Sect Master?
The two immediately took out their tokens and gave them to Theia.
He examined the token carefully and when he sensed Jiu Shen's aura within the token, his expression eased. “Why did he send you here?” He looked at the two curiously.
The Corpse Lord and Serek glanced at each other before replying. “Grandwoman Jiu Shen told us to test here. We don't know the exact details, but he said that if we told you this, you'd know what to do. If we pass the test, we will be the armored guards. Dragon building!”
Theia nodded her head. “So. Follow me. After you pass the exam, you will also become a member of the Heavenly Sword Tower.” He muttered while gesturing for the two men to follow him.
