The Wine Shop of Eternity
Chapter 30 Dying With Dignity

With a face full of fear, Sword Four and Sword Five stared at Theia. Their bodies trembled uncontrollably and they could not even muster up the courage to escape.

Fleeing in front of someone who might be an 8th rank Divine expert? It's easier said than done. There was a very high probability that they would die before even taking half a step forward…

Theia was still floating in the air like a celestial fairy in her translucent nightgown. Both the Four Swords and the Five Swords did not even dare to glance at the most sensitive part of it. They could only stare at the faces of the other world with overwhelming fear.

“Yo-Young lady, please forgive us! We we-we just follow orders from someone!” The Five Swords were crying with a stammering voice.

Sword Four glared at his brother but he could not blame him. The pressure Theia exuded was many times more frightening than Elder Ming could produce. “Fifth brother, will you betray the hand that feeds you? The five of us had long since prepared ourselves for death. But we must die with dignity!” Sword Four said with gripped teeth while gripping his right arm.

Sword Five let out a guilty sigh before his eyes shone with a ferocious glint. “You were right, fourth brother ..”

“Are you done talking?” Theia gently landed on the roof making her white nightgown flutter faintly.

The Four Swords and Five Swords were sweating a lot as they grabbed their swords.

Ever since they were children, they had been trained by Elder Ming by means of a sword. The five of them were swordsmen and that was also the reason why Elder Ming gave them such a name.

Sword Four tried to dispel the fear in his heart as he held his sword with his left hand. He turned around and did a backhand slash while aiming at Theia's neck.

“Wow!”

Theia remained standing with a cold expression on her face as she nonchalantly caught the sword with two fingers.

‘What?!’ Sword Four's eyes contracted in shock and fear after seeing how Theia had easily caught his sneak attack.

If one took a closer look at Sword Four's sword, they would see that the sword was slowly melting under Theia's tight grip.

Sword Four released the grip on his sword after feeling a painful burning sensation.

“About!”

Half of his non-melting sword fell onto the roof with a dull clanging sound.

“Fourth brother, you went to escape to the ”th Before Sword Five could even say the remaining words, his head was already separated from his body. He even caught a glimpse of his own headless body before his vision went dark for good.

A dull sound echoed faintly as Sword Five's headless corpse fell to the ground. Blood flowed from his neck endlessly, but strangely, his roof remained untarnished. It seemed to have absorbed Sword Five's blood.

As a sacred heavenly wood, the Sacred Sanctum Safarwood is able to defeat evil and impurity. Low-level human blood was not even qualified to stain his body. Only the blood of an evil god could stain him, but of course, the Sacred Sanctum Safarwood was also able to clear him.

Sword Four froze on the spot after seeing the death of his brother. He was overwhelmed with sadness as he knelt on the ground with a blank look. “Kill me..” he said with a faint smile on his face.

Theia did a swiping motion with her right arm causing an invisible blade of wind to cut through the Sword Four's neck.

A lump of tears fell from his empty eyes as his decapitated head was thrown into the air. There was still a faint smile on his face even after he died.

“You have great potential, but you are serving the wrong master.” Theia muttered to herself in a cold voice before producing two small sparks. It then gently landed on the corpses as the flames slowly spread throughout their bodies. In less than ten seconds, only a handful of ashes remained before being scattered by the cold night wind.

Theia glanced at their heads for a moment before she burned them. He planned to take them to Jiu Shen but changed his mind as it might disgust him. He knew that his master did not care in the slightest about their deaths. No matter what their background was, his master would remain unmoved.

With a tap of his foot, he landed in front of Jiu Shen's window and knocked gently. “Tok! Geck! Tok!”

The window opened slowly, revealing a cold yet handsome face. With long silver hair tied up in a ponytail, Jiu Shen glanced at Theia with an expressionless face. “Log into.”

Theia gracefully entered into her room with all sorts of thoughts inside her head. He tried to stay as calm as possible so that his master did not misunderstand. “Master, do you want me to trace their origins?” He asked after bowing his head respectfully. Her cleavage looks like she has smooth white skin.

Jiu Shen glanced at him indifferently after he sat down. “If I am not mistaken, those people should be sent by that fat guy early. He also mentioned something about the Xue Family wanting to do business with me, but I rejected their offer. You don't have to bother yourself with this little boy. Go back to your room to rest.”

As a heavenly god who had lived for countless thousands of years, he already knew the minds and hearts of humans. He had experienced countless similar things in his past life so there was no need to think much from him to know who the real culprit was.

Theia felt disappointed for some reason, but she still lowered her head respectfully. “As you said, mr.”

“Wow!”

He disappeared from Jiu Shen's room in the blink of an eye.

“Even the mortal world has people full of schemes and cunning. Perhaps it was just human nature.” Jiu Shen murmured to himself while staring at the night sky with a nostalgic gaze.
