The general saw that his subordinates were a little nervous. However, he could not blame them since one of the five Demon Kings of Morlon City was here. Not to mention that even he felt a little anxious about what was coming next. After all, he had yet to know if the one he met was the same person who ordered Aren to save them.
Looking at his anxious subordinates, the general put on a calm look as he commanded them. “Brother, let's sit down first while we wait for that person. Although we have not met him yet, he should not be a bad person since he is the one who ordered the master there to save us.” The general said while glancing at Aren.
His men felt much better after hearing their leader, but they still could not completely dispel the anxiety in their hearts.
The soldier wearing glasses suddenly said. “Master, I noticed that even the three women we met before were all experts of the Nascent God Realm. Inside this lotus building were five experts of the Nascent God Realm, including the man who saved us and the Demon King Burlock. People who can rule them..” When his words reached that point, a line of sweat dripped down his forehead.
His words made everyone go silent. Even the general who put on a calm look felt his lips tremble as he tried to say something. In the end, he slumped into his chair with a heavy breath.
Just then, a wooden door with a powerful heavenly aura suddenly appeared inside the shop, mesmerizing the human soldiers. Their eyes widened in shock as they watched the door slowly open to reveal a young man with long silver hair tied up in a ponytail. The young man had an indifferent expression on his face even after seeing the general and his group.
The general became even more astonished when he realized that this young man was the same person he had met before. Beside him, the soldier wearing the broken glasses screamed. “High level space manipulation! V-Void G-God Realm!”
The eyes of the bespectacled man widened to an unnatural level before he fainted from shock. However, no one had come to help him because his words made his friends tremble from head to toe.
Aren was also surprised by this as he was not here before when Jiu Shen revealed the heavenly door. After regaining his composure, he quickly greeted Jiu Shen with more respect and admiration. “Master, I have completed the task you gave me.”
Jiu Shen calmly nodded his head at her. He then turned his gaze to the general and the others, but before he spoke to them, he raised his hand and flicked the ball of light towards the unconscious bespectacled man.
As the small ball of white light touched the man's forehead, his body trembled as he suddenly stood up. He still had a puzzled expression on his face as he held his head. As he recovered, the man looked at Jiu Shen in horror.
After seeing that he was fine, Jiu Shen finally glanced at the general. He saw that one of his arms was amputated last. He took out a pill from his outer space earrings and threw it towards the general as he said. “Minum. As for your subordinates, they can choose some healing potions outside the store.”
The general stared at the pill in his hand. It looked like an ordinary pill, but he could feel a strong life force as he held it. Without hesitation, the general quickly stuffed the pill into his mouth and sat down cross-legged.
Aren who was looking at the scene frowned when he saw how impatient the man was, but when he realized that Jiu Shen was silent, he chose to stand to the side.
Suddenly, he felt his shoulder without his arm start to itch. He opened his eyes and saw something extraordinary. At the place where his arm was cut off, tissues, muscles, and bones were regenerating at a visible speed.
“This... I actually ate a priceless pill!” yells. After less than a few minutes, a new arm stuck to his shoulder!
The general felt his stomach churn as he spat out a mouthful of black liquid, but before it could even touch the floor, an invisible force vaporized it.
The subordinate of the general gasped after witnessing the scene. They had never heard of a pill capable of regrowing a broken limb, but this young man actually threw it at their leader as if it was worthless in his eyes!
Ignoring their expressions of fear and respect, Jiu Shen sat down and muttered calmly. “We meet again son. Looks like you experienced a terrible situation before.”
The general sighed when he heard Jiu Shen's words. “Without your help, me and my people will die at the hands of those demons. Thank you very much, Dear sir.”
“Nothing. To be honest, I thought there were no humans here in the Red Demon Continent, but then I saw you guys.” Jiu Shen took out a bottle of Deep Sea Spring Dew from his outer space earrings and downed it.
“Honored Master, if you don't mind me asking, are you from the Profound Dragon Continent?” The general asked curiously.
“It's true. I am from the Profound Dragon Continent. I became bored after playing around there, so I decided to open a store here.” Jiu Shen replied indifferently.
The general and his men fell silent at the answer. Even Aren who was listening on the sidelines almost stumbled upon hearing the words of his master. ‘So his master came from a different continent.’.
“We can chat later. For now, take your men out and let them pick some herbs to help them heal their wounds.” Jiu Shen waved his hand indifferently.
Hearing that, the general lowered his head politely and walked out with his men.
Before they stepped out, they heard Aren's cold words. “Remember, just grab what you need or something else ...”
