Chapter 463: A Discussion With The Lord of the Corpses
Inside the City Lord's manor, an old figure wearing a gray robe was cultivating with his eyes tightly shut. His face was covered in sweat, but he remained motionless in the exact same place. Suddenly, his eyes opened and there was a shocked expression in his aged eyes as he used his spiritual perception to stare at the situation outside the manor.
“A True God Realm spirit power practitioner! How rare!” The old man muttered in a slightly surprised tone. He was also an expert of the True God Realm, but he was a body strengthening practitioner. He might be stronger than most ordinary experts, but his strength was considered nothing on a large scale. In the eyes of a true powerhouse, he was merely a slightly larger insect!
The old man cleaned his gray robe after getting up on his feet. He then walked out of the manor to greet this unexpected guest. When he saw the visitor, he was stunned when he saw his young figure. “You must be the City Lord of Hard Rock City.” Jiu Shen muttered in a calm voice while looking at the old man's face. This man had a pair of triangular eyes and his face was filled with wrinkles. The old man's skin was dark red, but there was a pale hue there.
The old man had not gotten used to this casual attitude since he had become the City Lord of Hard Rock City, but he still smiled as he nodded his head at Jiu Shen. “I am indeed the City Lord of Hard Rock City. Most people also call me Mr. Corpse.” He was a little proud of himself when he introduced himself briefly. Most of the experts he met would feel a little scared if they heard his nickname, but this human strangely seemed calm even after hearing it. Lord Corpse felt a little unnerved by his composure, but he did not show it on his face.
“There is something I would like to discuss with you, Mr. Corpse. I hope you don't mind my sudden visit.” Jiu Shen said in an indifferent tone. “This is not a good place to talk. Comeing! I'll take you to my study.” The Corpse Lord smiled and gestured at Jiu Shen invitingly. He had reason to invite Jiu Shen into his study. The Corpse Lord's smile became wider when he heard Jiu Shen's words. He then took her into his manor. Not long after, they arrived inside a room with several rows of bookshelves. There was a table with two wooden chairs sitting in the middle of the room.
God's corpse beckoned for Jiu Shen to sit down. “Please sit down, my friend.” He said with a friendly smile.
Jiu Shen looked at the chair with disdain. He then took out his own chair from his outer space earrings.
This move made Lord Corpse slightly speechless. He also wondered if Jiu Shen found the Formation Array inside the room.
Seeing Jiu Shen's impatient gaze, the old man sat down and asked. “Before we discuss anything, can you tell me your name?”
“Jiu Shen..”
The short reply made the old man feel a little uncomfortable.
“Mr Jiu Shen, what do you want to discuss with me?” Mr. Corpse hid the dissatisfaction in his heart and headed straight to the topic. He wanted to see what Jiu Shen wanted to discuss with him. If this human wanted him to do something too drastic, then he would have to silence him here forever and obtain his treasure!

I hope you can allow us to build a building here.Location.” Jiu Shen took out the map he bought in the city and pointed to the area where the Heavenly Sword Tower was temporarily camping.
Corpse Lord glanced at the map. Jiu Shen's designated location was the old region of the Blue Wave Sect. It had a prime location when the ocean was still there, but it had now become a desolate land. However, he did not want to directly agree especially after hearing that Jiu Shen came with the entourage!
