Chapter 76 Princess Sylvia Deceives the Second Prince
“Fourth Sister, it has been a long time since I last visited the Wine Master Jiu store. I want to order Tempura Fried Shrimp and boast the taste to our imperial father.” The fifth princess said arrogantly.
The fourth prince's lips twitched hearing his words and was slightly jealous.
Her younger sister was able to talk casually with their imperial father. If it was him, the emperor would have whipped him a hundred times.
“I will only order five Blanc Ables for now and also one serving of Fried Shrimp Tempura.” The fourth prince licked his lips as he spoke.
“Eh? Isn't that our second brother's carriage? Is he here too?” The fifth princess was shocked to see the second prince carriage outside Jiu Shen's shop.
The fourth prince knitted his brows and said. “It looks like so..”.
“Hmph! Lefs go. Second brother still owes me a thousand True Crystals.” Princess Sylvia said with sparkling eyes.
Prince Dante was surprised by his words and he could not help but ask. “Hah? How does the second brother owe you that many True Crystals?”
Princess Sylvia glared at her fourth brother and said with an evil grin. “Because I'm the fifth princess and the imperial father loves me. Hehe.”
Prince Dante paused from his steps and was dumbfounded at the words of his fifth sister. ‘This girl is getting smarter and smarter. My initial condolences to you, second brother ..’
Princess Sylvia pulled her brother over after seeing him standing up foolishly.
“Hey, don't pull me! Fifth brother!”
After the two left the scene, an old man dressed like an ordinary person stood where they were before. The old man glanced at the second prince's luxurious carriage then at the figure of the two young people he was secretly protecting. “Oh shit! I hope nothing bad happens.” Mumbled as he quickly followed behind the two youngsters without making them notice.
Princess Sylvia's smile widened after seeing the second prince sitting with his men. He then slowly walked towards them while ignoring his fourth brother's warning.
“Sister, don't make trouble here. If you make a big fuss, Young Miss Theia will probably get us out of the store.” Prince Dante whispered into her ear while pulling her half-heartedly.
He had been cheated many times by his fifth sister and he wanted to see others give up like he did before. Furthermore, Prince Dante was not very fond of his second brother even though his brother had put on a gentle and kind face ever since they were young.
Prince Dante felt that their second brother was just pretending, but he was not so sure either.
“Oh, what is my cute little sister and my talented little brother doing here? Are you here to enjoy wine? If that's the case, it's all on me.” Prince Arslan said with an affectionate smile.
Princess Sylvia's smile became even more excited when she heard those words. “Second Brother, don't forget that you still owe me a thousand True Crystals.” The fifth princess deliberately increased the volume of her voice so that everyone inside the store could hear her clearly.
Prince Arslan almost choked on his wine when he heard the cute voice of the fifth princess. He then saw the little female demon wink at him nervously which made her lips twitch in annoyance.
Princess Sylvia frowned and said loudly. “I want it now! I want it now!”
Prince Dante found himself sitting and looking at the scene with great interest.
Prince Arslan's pupils widened due to the sudden explosion of the fifth princess. He did not expect that he would make things difficult for him in front of many people.
If he did not agree to her request, he was sure that the little girl in front of him would definitely throw a tantrum.
He knew how difficult it was to calm down the fifth princess, so he gave up and said in a slightly trembling voice. “Sure. Here are a thousand of your True Crystals, my fifth sister.” Prince Arslan took out a small pouch from his robe and handed it to Princess Sylvia with trembling hands.
It was unknown whether he was trembling from anger or shame. Nonetheless, the fifth princess received the pouch with a wide smile on her face. “I know second brother is the best! Hehe.” He said frivolously.
“Everyone, you heard what my second brother said, right? He said that everything was on him, so let's all enjoy our wine because he will pay for our order! Hehe.” Princess Sylvia smirked after saying those words.
The people inside the shop cheered when they heard his words.
“Life second prince!”
“Thank you, Your Majesty!”
As for the second prince, his gentle face was almost distorted and he could barely control his raging emotions, but he still put on a friendly smile as if he really meant it.
Princess Sylvia felt a chill behind her back as her eyes met Prince Arslan's warm gaze. It felt as if he was looking at a poisonous snake quietly waiting for its prey in the shadows.
The second prince stood up and smiled as gently as the morning air and said in a friendly voice. “Drink, everyone! It's all on me this time. Haha.”
“Haha! The cheers! We salute us to you, Your Highness!”
“All praise second prince!”
As everyone cheered for the second prince, Jiu Shen was still sitting lazily in his chair while rubbing Ice feathers. He was the only one who looked calm inside the shop as everyone shouted out praises.
The fat cat who previously still looked angry now closed his eyes happily while enjoying Jiu Shen's gentle touch. “Again... Again.. Meow .”.
The male and cat duo seemed to be unaware of what was happening inside the store as their eyes remained closed.
Actually, they both knew what was happening, but they were too lazy to bother …
