The Wine Shop of Eternity

The Wine Shop of Eternity
Chapter 68 Plot Elder Ming

The Xue Family Plantation.

“Older Ming, we have loaded the caravan with all the weapons and resources you have ordered us to carry. Now ready to ship to the neighboring Blue Fang Empire.” The figure wearing full knight gear saluted as he spoke in a respectful voice while facing someone who was behind him.

The man turned around, showing the face of a man who was already approaching his old age. It was the person who sent the Four Swords and Five Swords to destroy the shop of Jiu Shen, an elder from the Xue Family, Elder Ming!

“Make sure everyone in this caravan has the Beiming Family crest tattoo on their body.” Elder Ming declared with a sly smile on his face.

The knight saluted once more and replied in a deep voice. “As you said, Elder Ming.”

Elder Ming sat in his chair and waved his right hand as a sign for the knight to come out of the room.

The knight bowed deeply to Elder Ming and walked out of the room.

After the knight left, Elder Ming's smile widened as he muttered to himself. “Beiming Lei, let me see how you will respond to this after reaching the emperor's ear.”

After which, an evil laughter resounded coldly in the room.

* * *

“Prepare everyone to start the march! Everything here should be sent without error!” A knight shouted loudly at the people who were dressed like merchants.

The people dressed like merchants stood up neatly. The overall impression they gave was similar to the company of soldiers who had gone through countless wars.

The truth is that they have never been traders from the very beginning. In fact, they were death soldiers personally trained by Elder Ming to be sent on dangerous missions. They were only loyal to him and the Xue Family!

After that, the ‘traders’ jump over their respective caravans with deft movements.

On either side of them were dozens of soldiers with full body armor mounted on their horses.

“Start the march!” Upon seeing that everyone was fully prepared, the knight ordered while kicking his horse while facing forward. His entire face was covered by his helmet and only the light from his eyes was faintly visible. It was emotionless without any waves.

The entire caravan followed behind him without voicing anything.

If one were to see them, they would definitely think that this caravan was just like any other caravan. But if the top experts saw them, they would definitely realize that no one in this caravan was weak. In fact, the weakest among them were at least at the 3rd rank Crusader realm and there were dozens of them in this group!

They used the secret passageway built in secret by the Xue Family to exit the Silver Wing Kingdom without being noticed by the patrolling guards.

“Stay focus! There is nothing wrong in this transaction!” The knight in the lead shouted in a cold voice.

The one leading the caravan was actually Sword Three, one of the five Slaying Swords that Elder Ming had nurtured! His strength was at the early stage of the 7th rank Emperor realm!

His presence in this caravan alone was enough to tell just how important Elder Ming was placed in this transaction!

It was the darkest night when the group slipped out of the Silver Wing Empire. Only the faint ripples of caravan wheels and horse footsteps walking on solid ground resounded in the darkness.

Sword Three narrowed his eyes as he sensed the other group in front of them. He got off his horse and walked forward a few steps.

He then spoke in an emotionless voice. “Who are you? Are you from the Fang Imperial Family of the Blue Fang Empire?”

“Pap clap clap!” The sound of someone clapping echoed in the darkness. It was then followed by a voice filled with hidden ridicule.

“We are indeed the ones sent by the Fang Imperial Family. And you guys were supposed to be the ones sent by the Beiming Family to deliver our belongings, right? Haha! Impressive!” The man leading the other group chuckled.

Sword Three felt the humiliation from the man's voice but he pretended not to know as he replied in a cold voice. “We have delivered the goods as promised. Take out the slave so we can complete this transaction.”

“Clop! Clamps! Clamps!” Faint footsteps could be faintly heard as Sword Three spoke. He then saw a towering silhouette wearing a dull blue armor with a robe made from the fur of a ferocious beast.

“No need to rush, my friend. I just want to talk to you about the reason the Beiming Family did this? Are you probably planning to make a revolt with all the slaves we sent you? It's been years and your people are probably ready for it. Haha!” The man asked with an understanding gaze only to meet the sharp and deep gaze of the Three Swords.

The man felt his heart pounding as he looked at the emotionless eyes of Sword Three. It was as if he had not seen a man but rather a ferocious beast!

He swallowed the words he was about to say and forcefully shrugged his shoulders to cover his rising fear.

“Haha! You're too stiff, my friend. Don'worry. We don't care about the welfare of the Silver Wing Kingdom. In fact, we will gladly offer our help if you decide to start a revolution.” The man chuckled slightly before he spoke with a smiling expression.

The Three Lips Sword curved under his helmet, but his eyes remained cold as he spoke. “Slaves ..”

The towering man shook his head with a smile and gestured to his men with his hands and commanded them in a deep voice. “Take out those slaves and give them to our friends here!”

“Good my master!”
